• Michelle Barbara (10/5): Very comfortable and central stay, we would book again - The apartment was spotless, it was very spacious and the facilities were amazing (Washing Machine, large fridge, dishwasher). It was easy to gain access as directions and code etc provided ahead of visit. We particularly liked the air conditioning which had a remote control and the balconies looking over the bay were fab. The location meant we could walk to Cave More, Dubrovnik Old town and the Bus and Ferry terminal all within approx 20 mins ish. For anyone who doesn't like to walk too much, the buses stop right outside the apartment Nothing - it was great!

• Lynn (10/5): - A Perfect Anniversary Getaway with a Fantastic Host! We had a wonderful stay here while celebrating our wedding anniversary! 💕 The apartment was super comfortable and had everything we needed — the kitchen was fully equipped, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking Marina Lapad and Gruž Port. There’s a bus stop right below the apartment, so it was really easy to get to the Old Town and other parts of Dubrovnik. The airport bus also passes there, and there’s a small bakery nearby where we enjoyed fresh bread and pastries every morning. What made our stay extra special was the kindness of the host — we were warmly welcomed with wine and cake, such a sweet gesture for our anniversary. 🥂 We truly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again when we visit Dubrovnik! 🌅 Everything was just perfect for us!

• SATOKO (10/5): ドブロブニクで最高の休日を過ごせました! - これまで泊まったことのあるアパートの中でも最高の一つです、最上階でハーバービュー、ベランダがリビングと寝室のそれぞれにあり、そこで軽食をとることもできます。光にあふれ、良い風が吹き抜け、本当に居心地の良いアパートでした。設備面でも、キッチンやシャワーは最新設備で使いやすく、冷凍庫があったので持っていた保冷剤を冷やすことができました。　立地も便利で、大きな道を渡ればスーパーも近く、旧市街までバスで10分程度で行けます。エアシャトルも同じバス停です。ホストには大変親切にしていただき、ドブロブニクにまた行ける機会があればぜひリピートしたいです。（滞在中に書いた口コミ投稿が一時保存のままになってしまっていたため、投稿が遅くなってごめんなさい） 何もなし。

• Lacy (10/5): A perfect stay. Thoughtful, comfortable, and incredibly well hosted. - We loved everything about our stay. The location was ideal, with buses to Old Town right outside the building. The decor and amenities were beautifully thought out, and every detail felt intentional. The place was spotless, well equipped, and incredibly comfortable. What truly made it special was Katarina’s responsiveness. She answered every message right away and made everything easy. It’s rare to feel this well taken care of. Highly recommend!

• Deanna (9/5): A lovely place to stay im Dubrovnik! - Lovely large apartment with a great view over the Port. Bus at the door takes you to Old Town and close to shops, bakeries, etc. it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of instructions for checking in and out. Best to arrive during daylight hours.

Katarina was an amazing host, there was no problem at all with communication. We could also check in to the apartament earlier, which was also hugely convenient for us as we arrived in the city in the morning. Nothing :)

Host was helpful and have detail information checking into the apartment. Bus stop right in front of apartment and was a 10 min ride to old town. Apartment is very new and kitchen is very well equipped. Quiet building and very nice neighbourhood. There is also a bakery store besides the bus stop if you want a quick bite. Perfect for a week stay in Dubronvick. Sure we will return. If you drive and need to park in the parking lot, during check in, you need to first find a place to stop your car, go inside the apartment and take the parking lot remote control in order to move your car into the parking lot. Checking out is the reversed step. We had to stop the car at the bridge in front of the parking lot entrance. Not the host fault but thats the way you need to enter the parking lot on your first check in with a car. Main entrance door does not close I guess it is for outsiders to access the shops on the main floor. We felt it was a safe neighbourhood but outsiders can still easily access the building.

Thank you to the owners. - Location was ideal. 20 minutes from the bus station. 2-3 minutes to the superrmarket, bakery next door and bus stop to the Old Town. The walk to the Old Town takes 20 minutes. No issues at all although the child lock on the oven defeated us even though we downloaded the operating instructions and the owner also sent some instructions.

If we visit Dubrovnik again, we will be staying at LuMax Apartment. - The Property had everything we needed, it was modern, clean and the view was just so beautiful (Just like the pictures). It was very central having the port nearby as well as Old town. There was a bus stop right by the hotel so it made it very convenient to commute. And to mention, there is a cute little bakery right by the apartment, serving delicious treats all day. Nothing, again it was awesome. What I loved most is that it was just like the pictures.
• Connie (10/5): This Airbnb made my trip to Dubrovnik a 10. - The apartment is LuMax. Two patios. The view from them, the entire port and hills. You have an 8 story view, and fast available elevators to take you quickly to the ground level where you will find a shopping mall across the street, a restaurant next door, a full sized grocery store a few blocks away. The port and its shopping and restaurants an easy flat walk away. The apartment has everything you need. Spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t miss mine. Spacious.

Amazing and large apartment with a stunning view from the balconies fulfilled with all the facilities for comfortable living. Has great location which is pretty close to the center (Old city), good transport facilities to get different places, bus station is just around the corner, supermarkets are also nearby. The Host Katarina is very responsible and friendly, provided us with all the instructions in advance and in whole it was a big pleasure to communicate with her. She responded me very fast and was very helpful. -

The stuff gave clear instructions and was friendly. The location was fine for us as we like to walk but nearest beaches are around 2 km. Only thing for me was pillows

We enjoyed early morning coffee on the balcony and evening sunset. Apartment is fully equipped with all the new appliances. The host was super helpful, giving us useful information about the buses, beaches, and places to go. Check in was super easy and they were giving us extra time on check out. The bus to the old town stops right outside the building but you can also take a walk to the old town. Bakery and shops are just around the corner. Everything was great. We had an amazing time.
