Guest Reviews
- Lavy (5/5): Così cosi Però bene per i bambini fascile per uscire non deve camminare tanto buono - Comodo per uscire benissimo Non mi piace piscina era troppo piccola
- Mikael (7/5): An Ordinary price worth Hotel with perfect location. - Just an ordinary hotel in perfect location
Didn't use the Pool - it was simply too hot at the roof during daytime.
Friendly Stuff. If I missed something...No don't think So?
- Stephen_Spencer (9/5): Phnom Penh - Location, staff, pool. Pool closed at 5pm, unable to enjoy sunset swim.

- Paul David Connolly (2/5): - This in Cambodia was the worst hotel I stayed at for 7 days in that time they cleaned my room 2 times I made a complaint to the reception . But I found out from the cleaner she was doing 28 room unfair to her
The staff were so bad no costumer service Dislike everything about this hotel
Too close a night club really noisy
- Ryan Dean (3/5): A great learning experience. Probably not going to do it again. - Close to Riverside, great location. Staff was always helpful. Good refrigerator and daily amenities, such as water, coffee, just ask. Old property in desperate need of updating. No pool, no gym, no restaurant although the hallways and corridors reeked of burned food. Half the room have no window, (good for some, bad for others), the other half had a widow looking into construction peril. Housekeeping was irregularly dependable. Small television. Odd showers.
- MUHAMMAD AMIR ZAFRI BIN (5/5): - Great location Uncomfortable bed, also not that big for two people, elevator was broken many times, airconditioning not cool enough, fridge is not working

- Dara (4/5): -
- Koch (8/5): Top Lage mitten in Phnom. Penh - Schönes Zimmer, Pool in der 8. Etage. Top Lage.
- Laurent (9/5): Professionnel - Attentionné professionnel, je recommande Le personnel emplacement

- Bernd (1/5): Terrible - What a hotel!!! We were there because a friend knew it from before. It was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. At night it was so loud that no sleep was possible until 3am and then the noise and doors banging starting early in the morning. Most probably because rooms had multiple occupants. It was dirty, no decent light, no fridge, no safe. You can do a lot better in Phom Pheng
- Charles (8/5): Good as usual -
- Jean (7/5): Good value for money for budget conscious travellers - Good value for money for budget conscious travellers Only one lift and slow so avoid top floors
Shame about the Rooftop Bar closing early and the restaurant closed, would be a great place to chill out in the evening
- Na (9/5): Superb -
- Na (8/5): Very good -
- Amanda (6/5): Everything was good until the last day whereby we encountered the rudest receptionist ever. He would not let us use the - Nice and clean. Good location The receptionist
- Petri (8/5): Very good - Been here many times. The location is great, close to the riverside and shops & restaurants. Hotel feels safe and is mostly clean.
- Graham (6/5): Pleasant - Staff not over friendly
No food as advertised
Room safe not working
- Joshua (7/5): Good -
- Jules (8/5): Very good - It was a superb stay. Welcomed at reception. Efficient staff. Room has fridge , coffee , air con.
On the roof is a view and pool that is superb. I came from the islands and needs badly R&R.
I'll try and stay here on all future visits. Well done guys I say ! There is nothing to dislike !

- Terry (1/5): Could not use tv . No hot water - Hot water
- Paul (1/5): The worst hotel I’ve ever set foot in - Nothing Everything
- Tracey-lee (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (6/5): The location suited us for a short stay , anything longer and id get a better spot. - The rooms are pretty basic but have most things you need, My TV was broken and all i got was a shrug of the shoulders. Shower was warm and pretty good though more like a campervan setup with the toilet and shower in the same space. Aircon worked okay , lift was slow , location was excellent if you want walking street area, the pool looked well but i never got to use it. TV was broken , very basic room.
- Jakub (8/5): Very good -
- Ladislav (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (9/5): Great stay, pool small but enjoyable facilities are fantastic - Very helpful staff and clean rooms Nil
- Robert (5/5): Hotel adequate for short stay, but will not stay there again. - Location was good A/C not good, shower either too hot or cold, WiFi useless, we on floor 7 and lift broken for 36 hours, swimming pool broken also for 36 hours, we book taxi to go to airport for 6.30 am, not arrive had to take 2 tuk tuk. No safe in room.
- Andrew (5/5): Passable -
- Benjamin (8/5): Very good - The pool is small but the area around the pool is special with great views of the city and lots of space (that is not taken up by the small pool). I would go up to the rooftop pool area several times a day and enjoy. The hotel could do more with the pool area but it was consistent with the general level of the hotel which is basic and functional.
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Maverick (5/5): Passable -
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Douglas (8/5): Very good -
- Zahid (8/5): Very good -
- Omar (8/5): Very good -
- Nava (6/5): Bad receptionist - Space in the room, roof to bar and pool, bed. The staff in reception, unfriendly, arrogant and not professional. He thinks he is the owner of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel until the management fires him. Horrible guy.
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (6/5): Pleasant - Wifi Noisy area. Staff less than friendly. The hotel is old and badly in need of updating. Air con is very noisy and not particularly good. Noisy bars across the road.
- Jakub (7/5): Good -
- Emmanuel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Radoslaw (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raymond (4/5): Disappointing - Good location near bars Very worn short time hotel but clean and good aircon
- Valdis (9/5): Superb -
- Lorraine (5/5): Passable - Roof top swimming pool Roof Pool and bar closed early 5pm. Room only had internal window.
- Dennis (1/5): I will never set foot in that place again - I liked nothing other than the location. Evertying, they allowed people to smoke in their rooms, even after being told of this.there was no breakfast,no morning newspaper, the pool table on the pool level is unysable because oof severe and old damage.the ladder to get in and out of the pool is missing.general cleanliness and maintainence do not exist.I changed room 5 minutes fter booking because water coming freely from the ac
- Chad (5/5): It's cheap and okay, but simple things could be fixed and maintained at little cost. - The hotel is clean and rooms sizeable. Great location. There is no restaurant, no breakfast, rooftop bar closed, EVERY room has something wrong/poorly maintained. Hot water shower not working, aircon not working properly, TV not working properly, powerpoints broken or unusable, shower drains blocked. Every room had something wrong with it.
- Anthony (4/5): Disappointing - Location was ok. The room was too small .
- Steven (4/5): Disappointing -
- Eli (8/5): Good experience and would book again. - Good location and friendly staff. Rooftop bar didn’t have food available
- Stephen (7/5): Clean and decent with excellent location - Breakfast was not available
- Balram (4/5): Very bad - Nothing Very dirty lots of bugs in the room
- Tumblin (3/5): Poor - Room and linen's were clean. I requested to stay another night, they wanted to charge me close to what I paid for 2 nights. Gave excuse that my original booking was upgraded due to availability. Hate to see what a lesser room was. Rooftop bar/ restaurant is a joke. Never open. The 2 receptionist seem very unhappy, not friendly. Basically on a street that is all bars and prostitution so comes with the territory. Cleaning staff was friendly..
- Andrew (6/5): Pleasant -
- Him (5/5): Passable -
- Julian (3/5): Horroble… - Not a lot… The rooms were smelly, I mean not a scent, it was full on smelly in the rooms that you could taste it, we changed the rooms and still went on.
At 7 am sharp, they started some renovations… that we do not vibrated out of the bed from the drilling was a wonder.
- Hawar (7/5): Good - Location and price Bit noisy and rundown
- Adam (7/5): Good -
- Roger (6/5): Suitable - Pool
Larger rooms on 7th floor No food
- Gary (4/5): Disappointing -
- Kath (6/5): Pleasant - It had a lift Dirty swimming Pool
No Daily cleaning
- Jewell (5/5): Noise!!!!! - Leaving !!!! Was the best part of the stay The noise is incredible you just can't sleep deluxe room had no hot water for 6 days they did nothing about it bar girls across street scream and shout constantly till 3am people slam doors when coming in to room there are much better places to stay like residence 110 this is cheaper and out of this world
- Kerri (2/5): Very unfriendly and missleading. - It was in a red light district We are a group of volunteers go out everyday to schools and poor families.
The advertisement was misleading.
Said they did meals and had a sky bar but where the pool was it closed at 5pm
The staff were not bothered in helping us my friend and I took up 52kg of rice by hand. I asked the stagf if they had a trolly and they said no.
The mext day I saw a trolley out the back.
Very disappointed
Never stay there again
- Guy (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jan (7/5): Good -
- Tan (3/5): Poor -
- Harry (1/5): Avoid at all costs! Poor staff, facilities could have been good but closed ealier then advised - room was okay wasn’t provided with a towel asked staff to show how the aircon worked had no response staff, facilities , was told that there was a pool and a bar area ( rooftop bar) first night night it was closed second night we was asked to leave at 5pm even tho it was advised to stay open until 11pm
- Sarah (1/5): Not worth it unless you are old WM - Wifi was alright We checked out early from this hotel due to the loud noise of outside and people in corridors at night. The room was not very clean, found rat/mouse poo on ground in room, the bathroom is constantly wet due to shower hose being in middle of bathroom. No bin in bathroom so they expect you to walk your used toilet paper to bin in room. When we opened the curtains they just fell off the rack. Room smelled of smoke. In red light distract so there is creepy old white men hanging round everywhere. Bed was not comfy. Not worth even the price it is.
- Joe (8/5): Very good -
- Evan (1/5): Would not recommend to anyone. - I liked that it was a last minute choice for us (as the hotel we had originally booked was over booked) and there were rooms available, unfortunately there was a reason for this Everything in the room was dirty when we arrived, clearly hadn’t been cleaned or any sheets changed in between visitors. It advertises breakfast but this is not available. Red light district very near by, potentially used as a flying visit rather than accommodation.
- Jewell (9/5): Great value - Location great price nice room 👌 Bit noisy
- Siveourn (2/5): Very poor - Picture on the booking.com compair with the real view not the same as what I expected. Ripout price. Bed as concrete.
- David (7/5): Good -
- Kevin (8/5): on st 136 - this was not my first stay at this hotel
the hotel is in a good location on st 136, near to many bars and restaurants
hotel is clean and staff friendly and pleasant have no safe in room ( but do have security boxes at reception)
the lift makes a annoying ding sound every time the lift doors open , which is quiet loud , which is a pain during night time
rooms are starting to look a little dated
- Arn (4/5): Disappointing -
- Garry (8/5): Very good -
- Anthony (1/5): Dirty, creepy and uncomfortable - Gross rooms, no restaurant as advertised, gross old men making gross noises due to proximity to red light district. Never again. Left after the first night. Wouldn't refund me.
- Colin (8/5): Very good -
- Patrick (7/5): Good -
- Garry (6/5): Mostly what we expected having stayed at your hotel before - 608 - Room great large and airy - shower good, furnishings excellent. Bed very good - one pillow good the other needed assistance from a cushion. I Had to clean the aircon filters again. Same last time we stayed at Queenwood.
Had no coffee tea and only one cup
Sheets on bed were were very worn and patched and not real clean / white.
- Jewell (9/5): Superb - Everything clean rooms great staff but very noisy at night it drives you nuts door slamming the corridor picks up the slightest wisper it needs acoustic ceiling to dampen sound Nothing apart from the noise in the corridors
- Ross (4/5): Disappointing -
- Vak_1991 (8/5): Very good -
