Silvina (10/5): Como en casa - La encargada fue SUPER amorosa con nosotros. Nos prestó plata cuando no teníamos cambio, nos pidió taxi, nos cuidó del frío y nos recomendó donde ir a cenar y estuvo riquísimo.

SAFTA (10/5): O cazare excelentă! - Mi-a plăcut absolut totul. Mi-a plăcut foarte mult primirea de la recepție care a fost de excepția. Fără ca să pun întrebări am primit toate informațiile necesare( parolă WiFi , oră și loc servire mic dejun, etc.) Am primit o cameră mare, cu balcon cu vedere superbă la oraș și munte. Paturile au fost confortabile. Micul dejun a fost îndestulător. M-a încântat curățenia din restaurant și din tot hotelul. WiFi a fost gratuit și foarte bun.

Asset (9/5): Удобное расположение ко всему! - Всем привет! Я студент Университета Памуккале, и до начала учебного месяца хотел посмотреть на город. Больше всего мне понравилось его расположение, оно очень близко к Университету и не далеко от торгового центра Forum Çamlik. Второе я хотел бы отметить персонал, они улыбчивые и добрые Ассортимента завтрака можно расширить, но в целом все было вкусно!

Had to change 3 rooms due to bad toilet, another due bad air-conditioning Worst breakfast No proper reception. Check in done my cleaning maid and had to call owner on video call. The bathroom is in a bad state, dirty and old, in the room there is no kettle to make a tea or a coffee, the breakfast very very poor, no choice... we had to leave early because of this all things!

Ali (8/5): Very good - Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even prepared a place for us at night where we can drink without disturbing anyone. On Booking it says Check-In is at 7 in the morning, however this is apparently not true and we had to pay extra to be able to check in at that time.. very disappointed about that. The heating units in the rooms were also broken.. It was extremely cold in some of the rooms.
