• Yana (9/5): - Просторный номер. Очень удобная кровать и отличный матрас. Спала замечательно. Доброжелательный персонал и менеджеры на ресепшн. Близость дороги и шум от байков. Но ночью все утихло и это не повлияло на сон.

Очень спокойно на территории, приветливый персонал, регулярная уборка. Свое кафе на территории и есть достаточно кафе на той же улице, буквально в 5 минутах ходьбы . Магазин рядом.

• Ruchita (9/5): Super Comfortable stay in peaceful side of Cangguu - Super comfortable and clean room. Location in the quiter side of Canguu with amazing cafes around. Common hot/cold water and coffee station. Pool is a little small with less privacy. Parking space limited.

После ночь в этом отеле, меня покусали клопы, это до такой степени мерзко , что мне стыдно об этом писать, мое тело все в красных точках!!! Уважаемый персонал, вам нужно выдавать вместо полотенца , антибиотики - чтобы люди после сна ни чем не заразились!

• Evgenii (2/5): - I was scared to take a shower there, the sink got clogged right away and the water wouldn't drain, there was a strange smell of gas all night, the only reason I stayed there was because it was night and I didn't have the strength to look for something else

• Berdencia (10/5): Exceptional - The staff went above and beyond and were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend to stay at Santera Village. The rooms were cleaned daily and always fresh. The staff were so pleasant and smiling. I woyld definitely stay here again. The beds were super comfortable. The only thing misaing from the room was a fridge and a tv,but apart from that everything was great.

• Marta (7/5): A nice first stop when you arrive in Canggu - Basic but clean. Once I figured out where I was, I realized the location was pretty central and close to some great cafes (Motion, Nude) as well as my favorite yoga studio. Laundry service was excellent. Receptionists spoke good English. Cafe food was surprisingly excellent and the cafe is very clean. Bathroom had a moldy smell and the sink was clogged towards the end of my stay. Some other guests were smoking and making noise that kept me up at night. Pool isn’t really one you can lie by or relax at, but at least it’s there if you want to take a quick dip.

• Hazel (10/5): Exceptional - It was quiet and away from the noise of the area. The pool is small but quiet also and had it to myself everyday. Bed comfortabl and also a big room with excellent AC. I really enjoyed this place! Shower also very good! Breakfast is so good here and the coffee also is very nice. Staff lovely and attentive.

• Maria (9/5): Beautiful clean room, attentive and kind staff! - We absolutely loved our room! Great vibe and energy, beautiful design and everything was super clean. The staff were so sweet and attentive. We loved it! The view from the top floor is not great, overlooking construction next door. But once you get used to it it’s fine. Being a vegan and animal lover I was also a little stressed out from a caged bird at one of the neighbours, making all sorts of noises. However, this is of course something most people wouldn’t think about. Everything else was fabolous!

• Alannah (2/5): Horrific. Surprisingly somehow alive. - The pool was cute and the room was nice and big. I was electrocuted here twice, the second time my laptop flew across the room and was completely damaged and when I called the staff to let them know the man came in and was laughing in my face saying “no worries, this happens in Bali” I’ve been to Bali dozens of times and stay for months at one time and have never had anything like this happen to me before. I’m the morning when they FINALLY agreed to let me move rooms so they could “fix the plugs” they gave me ten mins warning (again I was staying for a month and working so had a LOT of luggage to move, the staff offered to help me and I thanked them and said there was one bag of all my bathroom stuff which I would like to personally move, of course the guy didn’t listen and attempted to carry it down the tiled stairs, breaking my bag, dropping everything down the stairs and smashing £1500 worth of products in the process, when I alerted the receptionist she didn’t seem to care at all and offered me an orange juice. I then realised the reason they rushed me out of the room was not to fix it, but to put another unsuspecting guest in there. Every single night a group of 5-8 of the staff are screaming and hollering with their friends all night until reception arrive at 8am. I was poisoned with gluten twice at this hotel becoming very unwell after I was very clear about my allergies from day one and had to get food delivered every meal which they hated and would keep at reception until it went cold as they don’t allow grab drivers to the rooms. On the day of check out they came running to my taxi to shake me down for $4 for a coffee I didn’t drink on the third day they had tried to poison me so had left the restaurant and gone back to my room. There is construction day and night so good luck getting any sleep and the bathrooms STINK and I don’t mean stink for Bali I mean STINK.

• Sabrina (8/5): Value for money! - Hygiene and cleanliness were definitely the highlight of this place! I have stayed in another accomodation that has a more strategic location, but their cleanliness was not comparable to this, bedsheets, toilet and curtains were clean, and it has a wonderful scent after housekeeping. Highly recommend their landry service too, they wash, dry and folded our clothes neatly leaving a beautiful scent with it, and there is extra charges of 40k for 1 kg. Overall great value for money, great for budget travellers, just dont expect a very luxurious villa/resort concept. The pool was smaller than expected and we do need to share a few things such as hairdryer and fridge (at the lobby) but it was okay for us. The breakfast at the restaurant was okay, not the best/mindblowing.

Everybody is giving you the hospitality vibe. Feels like I'm still in the Philippines while I am away 🙂 Not that didn't like, however I just hope they have a television to watch their bali TV shows/movies and English Premiere League (Football) The rest is just perfectly awesome 😎

• 大森 (10/5): Thank you for everything. - Their 24-hour concierge service offered me additional comfort during my stay. After I messaged them I needed a bottled water l didn't take in that morning, the staff delivered it immediately. I was also impressed by the staff checking my room quickly if l didn't forget anything when I asked him to take out my luggage. The meal and coffee were also so great. I'd love to be back to Santera Village soon!! I don't know if they have a complementary toothbrush and a complementary toothpaste.

Everything seemed new, the pillows were comfortable and the restaurant had good food. The rooms don't seem to be isolated property, we could hear the loud talking from the room next to us, also the motorbike noises during the night disrupted our sleep.

Had to clear it up that we paid for three nights. Confusion expanded to the food order in the restaurant and to the motorbike rental. A bit irritating but facility was clean. Hotel very far from everything but not bad if you use Grab or rent a motorbike.
