La cucina veramente eccezionale e la cuoca, direi chef, e’ una professionista esemplare nel sua maestria nel preparare i piatti. Qualsiasi prodotto ha una qualità molto elevata. Giro parecchio per sciare, questo albergo lo metto sul podio. Una straordinaria scoperta da tenere come un tesoro.

• Lorenzo (9/5): Hotel perfetto per settimane bianca a Sestriere - Ottima la posizione sulle piste. Colazione fantastica. Ottimo anche il ristorante. Staff gentilissimo. Camera piano terra, se pur ben rinnovata, è un po’ buia (devi tenere tende chiuse altrimenti ti vedono)
• John (10/5): Perfect for a wonderful happy ski holiday. - The staff were without exception superb & ultra friendly & helpful, which made our ski holiday wonderful. Thank you to them all. Location for skiing with hotel ski room was straight on the snow, for skiing to Sestriere & beyond & back or the more exciting runs on Borgata mountain. Also excellent ski hire shop next door, who gave a nice discount to Hermitage guests. Food delicious & varied & breakfast generous & good. If coming by train to Oulx, then bus from Sestriere, NB you MUST phone for the local €1.70 bus from Sestriere to Borgata!! Similarly the bus to/from Turin station is very scenic, covered by INTERAIL PASS, but goes/leaves from Sestriere, so book that local bus! Nothing really. Just NB my above comments to book by phone the local Sestriere to Borgata bus ... we learnt the hard way!!

• Ihor (10/5): - Как всегда на высоте! Уже второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Самый приятный персонал! В этом году у них появились отличные бармены и очень улыбчивый официант. Так приятно! Все такие добрые. Спасибо огромное! Так же они обновили номера, сделали тёплую сушилку для лыж и новый лобби. Отель развивается. Поэтому хочется приезжать снова и снова в него. Расположен в 1 минуте ходьбы от подъёмника, аренды лыж и кассы для покупки списпасов. Очень вкусные завтраки. Также решают абсолютно любые вопросы приветливые девушки на рецепшене. Можно оставить вещи, чтобы даже в последний день насладиться катанием. До Стстриере есть автобус по расписанию за 1,8 €. Обязательно вернёмся!

Lage vom Hotel ruhig, in der Nähe eine gute Pizzeria. 1) Dusche spendete nur wenig Wasser und brauchte lange für Warmwasser. War leider nicht zu beheben 🤷🏻‍♂️ 2) Zimmer war klein und im Souterrain, aber funktionell. 3) Frühstückseier waren immer kalt 🥶- egal ob Spiegel - oder Rührei

Staff were friendly and supportive in every way. Ski rental next door. We had two rooms and one room was a bit dated and the shower pressure was weak. Borgata wasn't a great location as the 1/2 the slopes were closed New Years week. Ski rental is next door but is very crowded beginning of the week in AM.

Receptionist Natalia contacted us in advance of our stay. Very responsive and good recommendation to rent skis. Perfect for a couple of days if not too picky. We were at the ground floor, very convenient to be next to the ski room but very noisy (very badly insolated). The kitchen is also on the same floor which is noisy. There was also loud music from 6am which woke us up (even if we do like Queen). It is true that breakfast has good choice but the quality could be improved as we are in Italy!

It was a bit isolated from Sestriere main town. The last bus back was at 11. We hoped we could get a taxi if we wanted to stay out later but there were none. Did result in earlier nights and better skiing though!!

The restaurant at the Hotel is good but with very little choice.The location is nice, but with a construction nearby. The bed that are not confortable (with springs). • Carolyn (10/5): Fantastic hotel with wonderful service and staff! - The staff were exceptional. We had a problem with our car during our stay and the hotel staff, especially Natalia on reception, was absolutely amazing in helping us sort it out. Good breakfast, great location for skiing with a chairlift just a few metres away. The hotel is in Sestriere Borgata - which is a little hamlet out of Sestriere itself. We were there towards the end of season, so it seemed a little quiet.
• Gil (9/5): Excelent hotel. Very nice stuff, good breakfest, superior location. Just stay away from their dinner - one night, we had a dinner at the hotel (a 3 course fixed manu). It was not a good experience. The menu that was presented to us and on which we decided to book our reservation, was inaccurate and we got meals that we did not order. Also it tasted very bad.

• Cristian (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Hermitage. The area is amazing and is well worth a visit. - An excellent position for those who want to explore France and Italy. Breakfast had a good selection of savoury and sweet food to meet everybody's tastes. The evening meal was made up of four courses with excellent appetizers in particular and a traditional menu on Saturday for guests to try the local food which was delicious. The hotel also caters for guests with particular dietry requests. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The rooms need a little bit more maintenance during the low season. However, the hotel staff dealed with our requests straight away without any problems.
