• Sagnik (8/5): - The location of the homestay is the main attraction just a stones throw from Miramar beach. The interiors were near and cleaned thoroughly. It has ample amenities for a comfortable and carefree stay. We were some five people...it would have been great had we got an extra single bed.

Even though we stayed for just one night, we loved it so much that we plan to stay longer next time we visit Goa. The host was very kind and helpful, giving us tips on things to do around Panjim. It felt like staying with family, not just a homestay. If you're looking for a peaceful and friendly place to stay, Serene Homestay is perfect! Leaving the property 😅

• Im (9/5): Highly recommended homestay near Miramar beach - This impeccably clean, comfortable and spacious homestay flat is located within walking distance of Miramar beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needful and also has a dining table and chairs. The beds were comfortable, the linen fresh and clean and the bathrooms spotless. The host family living downstairs are friendly, helpful and ready to answer questions. They also kindly allowed us to keep our luggage in their living room past the check-in time, until we were ready to leave.

• Hallur (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and hygiene. Owner is very friendly. It was wonderful stay here. Nothing.
• Ganesh (9/5): Overall nice to stay here. - Flat is neat and clean. Even Kitchen was neatly kept. Nearer to some eating joints and there was no hassles if one want to stay in Panajim especially if one want to visit Casino. Only one Bathroom has geyser and that makes inconvenient if more people stay.

• Jenitta (9/5): Superb - The property is comfortable for a family to stay. The owners are helpful too. They assisted us with booking cabs for sightseeing and pickup drop off. The property is clean and there are enough amenities in the kitchen to have quick meals. I was happy with this place staying with my parents as we felt at home. The location is a bit confusing for people dropping off food or getting a cab as not many use Google maps properly in the area and tend to call you for location which is difficult to explain as it is inside the streets. However we did not have any issue getting to the place using Google maps and the location given by the property.

I got surprised when the host provided us few things (tea, coffee, sugar, full kitchen setup with utensils) which is not much of monetary value but makes the life easy in a new place. Very small drawback. No lift. but since our place was on 1st floor, so it was okay.

• Kumardip (8/5): Fully furnished home stay near Miramar - The owner was very accommodating, Property was neat & clean, well maintained. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen with gas, fridge, water purifier, utensils, dining table etc. 1 living room with TV, 2 washrooms (1 has shower facility only). It's exactly the way it has been displayed in the picture. This apartment is in a residential area approx 2 km from Panjim. The master bedroom & living room ac is very weak, unable to cool the room. You will not get the AC feeling. And they don't provide the remote, the AC is set to some fixed temperature which is not sufficient.
