- SANJAY (1/5): NOT A PLACE TO STAY ANYMORE. PLACE IS GOING DOWN. - I have been there long time. Staff is decent and helpful when they can They very restricted to assist. They did fix the toilet bowl Never fixed the Balcony door. Did fix the bulb in bathroom. 1- The toilet bowl was leaking and there was water all over. 2- There was no light bulb in bathroom. Was fixed next day. 3- There was no key to lock the balcony door. DANGEROUS. Was never fixed. 4- Thou I had requested to fix the lock for the balcony no one took it seriously and they neglected it totally. 5- There was smell from the bathroom all thru. 6. There is mould in the bathroom.
- Jaco (4/5): I would not recommend this apartments unless you have NO other alternative. - Safe parking After waiting for the reception clerk for a while, we got our room key. Went to park our car only to find another car in the spot designated for us. At the room, garbage was found and food in the fridge looked like someone else was still using the room. We then proceeded back down to reception. We were then moved to another room (apparent upgrade). This room had damage all over from smokers, despite being a smoke free apartment. The huge open core of the building allows sounds from all the floors to echo throughout the building. We ended up checking out 3 hours after checking in.

- Estelle (7/5): Overall very convenient location, but something needs to be done regarding their security system. - The location and safety of the propery was excellent. Close to the CTICC where we needed to go for work, the building also has a courier guy and a food lovers. Second time staying in the property. Clean and has mostly what you need on a business trip. Getting into the property was a nightmare. We were sent a code to do our biometrics and upon arrival the system was down?!! Which meant we couldnt access our rooms at all. We sat in the lobby for 2 hours with all our suitcases waiting for the system to get back up. After contacting the agent we were told that it was the only way to get into our suite, so no back up plan. Even though we got access eventually the system would go offline intermittenly throughout our stay. I was stuck in the elevator twice, because the system didnt recognise my face. Our access also stopped the day before we left, so we had to ask the security to let us in and out. Another strange occurence was that we were contacted by the hosts asking if they could come into our room for an inspection. Even though we felt uncomfortable with this and mentioned that we would only be back in our rooms after 7 in the evening, they said that it would take 10 min. I didn't press for further details but did say it was fine. Did find it strange though especially as they didnt mention what it was that they were inspecting.

- Darryl (1/5): A stay marked by friendly staff but let down by a dated, poorly maintained apartment that fell far short of its “luxury” - The location. What I didn’t like about the apartment was that it did not match the advertised “luxury” standard. It was very basic, not homely, and quite dated in appearance. The condition of the furniture and finishes was poor, stained dining table, creased curtains, and worn furnishings. There were also several maintenance and cleanliness issues, including cockroaches, a bathroom basin that didn’t drain properly, and a window without a handle, which raised security concerns. Overall, it felt poorly maintained and not as presented in the listing photos.

- Lindi (7/5): The stay was good, bar the balcony door that couldn’t lock. - The apartment was good value for money, it felt safe, clean and spacious. Linen was good quality had such a great sleep. The check in process was not so seamless had to call a guy to arrange for the access and he seemed a bit unprofessional acting too familiar. The balcony door didn’t lock, that felt like a security risk for us but because it was late, we just stacked the couch against the door.

- Aliyaah (7/5): - Gym One of the securities were rude. Also its called Luxury apartments but it could use some improvement, some small changes, like the paint in the bedroom thats coming off. The one bathroom as a bit dirty, the mirrors and stuff also. There was no pan, no toasters which is like basics for a luxury apartment. But overall safety of the property was great!
- Kaylene (6/5): - View was nice, loved some of the features of the apartment. Dirty dishes was left in the dishwasher, not even cleaned from whoever stayed there last. Set of PJs left in the draw those are signs that room service does not clean the apartment to certain standards which makes me think what else don't they clean. Dishwasher does not work. Had a problem the second night of our stay where we came in and security asked us for something for an energy drink, I told him I only had a R10 on me as I dont carry cash. Gave him the R10, other part of the guests came up and he asked them the same thing, he came up to our apartment and we gave him a big Red Bull. A few minutes later 2 security guards knocked on our door to advise us that we were noisy which we understood and put the music soft which wasn't even that loud as it was playing from the tv and the volume was on 6. We stopped playing our game jut to quiet down. A few minutes later another security came knocking on our door (same security who received a red bull and a R10 from us) he advised that we need to keep it down he received a complaint from the person below which was advised already by the 2 security that came prior to him. We told him that after that 2 came to us we put everything off and stopped sitting on the chairs which we thought could be the reason for the noise. We asked him when he came to knock on our door did he hear any noise he advised us that he did not so we were trying to understand what noise complaint we got if security alone did not hear anything. I will never come back here due to security alone, im sure they get paid to do their job and its not right what they did, what if I did not have any male friends with us and we were just ladies I dont think we would be safe there and I will make this a review on Google so that people can be aware. When we checked out I heard day shift security advise 2 ladies that when they come at night night shift will ask for something so it seems like a normal thing that no one addresses.

Didn't bother to replenish the complimentary coffee and tea which is the only thing they do provide. Just ony type of glass in the whole apartment? For something branded as luxury, they need to do better. The new security system in the building has so many bugs, so expect to be locked out in the basement or elevator multiple times. Staff just say it is the system and don't offer any solution.

In de keuken en de badkamer duidelijke sporen van waterschade in het verleden. Verlichting typisch zuid Afrikaans niet erg gezellig ( te wit).

Great communication with hosting provider... we had to make use of the self check-in porcess, as we arrived 3 hours late... but this process was smooth!. Overall, the experience was excellent. Had slight issue with access to parking, but the security guys on duty were friendly and assisted promptly.

They were all very helpful and delivered promptly! They did have some constructions happening but the windows/doors are pretty sound proof. We would stay there again, great location with pool and gym and Fresh Food Market downstairs 👍 We had some issues with the security camera systems, so secure we couldn't get in LOL Once again, staff to the rescue.

- Adella (5/5): Not great - The property is located in CBD so it was a good location. It has a food court and supermarket in the basement making it easier to buy groceries and food. The apartments don’t cater for parking for their customers. Clients are left to pay for street parking at the entrance of the apartments even if it’s an uber that are there to just pick and drop. There’s no backup generator incase of a blackout and the contact person does not respond when that happens. That means incase of an emergency, you’re on your own. There are security systems but most of the time, they didn’t work and that inconvenienced us when it came to accessing our own apartments.

- Marc-Peter (2/5): Ganz sicher kein Luxus Appartement! - Der Ausblick und die Lage Sehr schmutzig alles, Einrichtung kaputt, fehlende Einrichtung. Dusche verstopft, Schimmel, keine Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine kaputt, Toilettenbürste kaputt, fehlende Küchenutensilien.
- Anina (4/5): Nice, but not so nice. - The flat was clean and the beds comfortable. The entry and security was a mission! I was asked for all the occupants' ID's and cell numbers in advance. When we got there we were all registered with facial recognition, which didn't work for one of our group and for none of us the next morning. This left us locked out of the apartment, stuck in the parkade. The tag we were given never worked.
- Piet (1/5): Very poor and disappointing - Good location for Cape Town Cycle Tour It took them 2 hours to book us in, another 45min to get new facial recognition system to work. They wrongly deactivated our access a day early, leading to us having to go through the whole registration process again. Other residents taking our allocated parking space: Dirty rooms. Even a few cockroaches found in the room. Lifts not working. All in all a stay I would like to forget about soon.

- Tharcis (1/5): - I did not sleep at the apartment as they didn't check me in. And I did request my refund but still no response from the property or booking.com. I booked around 1 pm to check in the same day but at my arrival at 4pm. I was told that my booking is not yet loaded in the system and it is late already. The concierge asked me to look for an alternative accommodation as there was nothing that they could do. I AM SYILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND....
