- Oleg (10/5): - Проживание превзошло все ожидания! Дом у моря оказался даже лучше, чем на фотографиях — просторный, очень чистый и уютный. Внутри всё продумано до мелочей, чувствуется забота хозяев. Отдельное восхищение вызывает вид на море — просто потрясающе! Здесь царит спокойная и расслабляющая атмосфера, идеально для отдыха. Мы остались очень довольны и обязательно вернёмся снова. Спасибо за тёплый приём!

- Örs (10/5): Every day went to beach. - It was a nice property with a large yard with shady yard. Inside it was air conditioning. The property is very close to the beach and to other turistic places like the mountains, other beaches. It was great at all.
- David (7/5): Adequate but not fancy - The fenced-in yard was big and had a hammock and some swings which were nice. The kitchen was quite large and the table there could easily accommodate 8 people. The air conditioners in the 2 large living rooms (the house is basically 2 connected units) worked fine and easily cooled the entire house including the kitchen. The house itself is pretty basic - no frills but adequate. There is a small supermarket about 100 meters away. The Gritsa beach is about 600 meters away, where there is a very good restaurant called Ippokampos. The owner of the house was very nice and responded within a short time to all of our questions. 1. The day before we were to arrive the owner sent a message saying the remaining amount (300 Euro) was to be paid by cash only. The Booking.com site specifically says the owner could be payed by credit card and not cash. We were counting on paying by credit card since this was the end of our vacation and we were low on cash. Both Booking.com and the owner were of no help and I had to find the cash. 2. The location of the house on the Booking.com site was 300 meters from the actual site so when we arrived we had to get in touch with the owner's parents (who were supposed to give us the keys) who didn't speak English and get directions. In the end of course we located the house but this was aggravating. In addition, one of the reasons we rented the house was because it was supposed to be very close to the beach (about 300 meters), but in the end it was twice the distance which was also aggravating. 600 meters may seem close but not when you have 2 small children. Also, truth in advertising is very important. If I had known about the distance from the beach and the cash requirement I probably would have found a different accommodation. 3. The mattresses were thin and we could feel the springs when lying down and were very uncomfortable and hard to fall asleep on.
