- G (3/5): Very bad and will not recommend anyone - The room was clean They said that the room is only for 12 hours and not 24 hours as we made the booking though booking.com. this created a bad after taste. My family had to pay 150 rs per hour to extend the stay. This is not what I was expecting from this hotel which has a genius rating in booking.com app

- M (8/5): If you find a good deal, this place is an absolute steal. - The rooms were particularly clean and well equipped with basic toiletries. Placed in the centre of the city, the room was quiet and comforting. Nothing in particular but it’s subjective to the traveler’s requirement. My time there in Ranas was absolutely amazing.

- Muthu (5/5): Lot of very good hotels available in Trichy than this one. - Nothing much. Location. Very much congested road. The road the hotel located is just 30 feet. The parking area is not user friendly. I checked-in @ 8 PM. Next day I asked for 2 hrs extra for checkout. They charged 600 (300 per hour). When I asked the hotel staff, they told us that if we've booked directly then they don't charge this extra amount. Due to booking.com reservation, I ended up paying extra. And health facet at toilet was broken. Room was not clean enough. AC is not sufficient enough as Trichy is one of the hottest place in TN during May/June. Have lot of better hotels at Trichy than this one. Will never book this hotel again.
