• JoyMöller (9/5): We had a great stay - The host is very friendly, responsive and answers quickly if there are any questions or problems. Check-in and check out were easy and uncomplicated. The apartment is very big and located almost in the city center. Parking is available in front of the apartment (if there are free spots). The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food by yourself, which was a big plus for us. The walls are quite thin so you definitely hear the trains passing by and sometimes noises from the other apartments.

• stefania (8/5): Struttura comoda e molto pulita - La casa è molto spaziosa e molto pulita, in posizione comoda rispetto al centro e al mare (7 min a piedi). A disposizione asciugamani, lenzuola e phon. C’è ascensore. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata eccellente. Il palazzo ha un parcheggio ma è spesso pieno, nelle vicinanze ci sono opzioni anche gratuite (una rarità per Rapallo) La casa è molto rumorosa, essendo vicinissima al binario della ferrovia (passano ovviamente spesso treni e il rumore è forte). Ci sono poche stoviglie (può essere un problema per un soggiorno più lungo, per un soggiorno breve è ok)

• Mario (3/5): Ingiudicabile, per il prezzo che ho sborsato mi aspettavo molto di più. Struttura sconsigliata! - Non mi è piaciuto nulla. La colazione non era compresa, non esisteva una moka per fare il caffè ma nemmeno le tazze per contenerlo. Ho scelto la struttura perché era una (struttura) delle poche senza la scritta VICINO ALLA FERROVIA: il treno passava vicino al balcone. Gli arredi lasciano a desiderare, il letto aveva la spalla destra staccata. WF gratis non ESISTEVA. Impianto elettrico non a norma. Aria condizionata GRATIS ma da non utilizzare: I due climatizzatori portatili sono in pessime condizioni, con i tubi scocciati. Tutto. Gli asciugamani puliti ma ancora umidi! Le tende alle finestre erano sempre in terra. La tapparella della sala bloccata aperta senza possibilità di essere chiusa. La carta igienica GRATIS era tre quarti di rotolo, finita quella non ce ne era più. I prodotti da bagno (un bagnoschiuma e un balsamo usati e meno di metà) sono stati lasciati da altri ospiti. In frigorifero non esisteva nemmeno una bottiglietta di acqua.
