- Elaine (8/5): A very comfortable stay and very good value. - The towels were lovely and fresh if a little small.
- Christopher (9/5): - Good location for the purpose of my stay Nothing everything was good for a one night stay
- Mei (9/5): Small but perfectly formed. - Cosy, self-contained annex down a quiet, residential cul-de-sac. Small but perfectly formed with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
- Matt (10/5): Good value good location. Great hosts. See you again soon. - Great as always. Nothing to dislike.
- Matthew (10/5): Perfect. I’ll be back. - Lovely couple. Nice comfy bed. Plenty of facilities. Couldn’t ask for more!! N/a

- Kate (10/5): Excellent - good value. - Everything - bed, kitchen, bathroom all just perfect. Clean and smart and very well thought out. Lovely host, too. I liked the idea of offering to provide ingredients for cooked breakfast although on this occasion I didn't have time to do that. Only one tiny thing - I couldn't reach the socket to plug the microwave in but it didn't matter because I used the hob instead which was surprisingly fast and efficient so I might well use that again.

- Richard (10/5): - Everything there wasn’t really anything to dislike room was warm inviting clean has everything you needed
- SoulSearchers (9/5): The perfect stop-over. - It was the perfect location for our trip to Lands End, and great value.

- Diane (7/5): - The room was lovely and clean and well fit out. It was very compact and included lots of facilities but we felt it was a bit cramped for us.
The shower was quite small.
- Rebecca (4/5): -
- Lisa (8/5): - I hadn't predicted how much noise comes from having a fridge and freezer in the room but that was my fault, not the hosts. Also the boiler was very close and an overly powerful air freshener which I managed to turn off. It's a good place if you are not sensitive to these things.
- Martin (7/5): -
- Silvester (8/5): - Accommodation was very neat and compact with everything you need.
Tea, coffee, milk etc also provided.
Nice big bed
Out of town but good bus services. Not much space to move around.
Very small shower cubicle but did the job.

- Eugenio (10/5): - The host was amazing and friendly, they helped us with the itinerary, very kind people. The accomodation has everything you need and very clean. peaceful area and road parking available m will come back.. :)
- karin (8/5): Great place but some small improvements would make it even better given the cost - The room is a good size and there is everything you need kitchen wise for self catering. The whole place was very clean and nicely presented. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were helpful. Small improvements would really enhance the property experience: surprisingly there's no hairdryer provided (although after asking the hosts did manage to get me one to borrow), but this feels like a basic things to include as standard. The pillows were the lumpy foam type, which aren't very comfortable, and the body towels provided could have been bigger to go round you when getting out of the shower - which is very compact. Just some small adjustments would have made my stay even nicer.
- Julian (10/5): Great stop off, well appointed accommodation - Great little place, exceptionally well appointed - they have managed to get a lot into a small space. Also, contrary to the description, there IS (very good) internet access. Only slight mark down is for the very compact shower … I’m not the smallest, so bit of a squeeze.
- justine (10/5): Enjoyable - The hosts were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me Nothing
- Marie-Claire (7/5): - 1 petite table et 2 chaises même pliantes auraient été appréciées pour prendre le petit déjeuner assis ailleurs que sur le lit.

- Weston (9/5): Great find for my needs at the time. - A great location for my situation. Accommodation was very clean and well presented. Ideal for couples, with all facilities provided (fridge, freezer, microwave etc). Bright and airy with large window. The shower cubicle is small. Would not be suitable for "larger" people.
- Mike (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent for what we wanted to do. The accommodation was very clean and very good. The bed was a little uncomfortable for us. There wasn't a bottle opener and no glasses.
