• ELG (6/5): - Mono decorado, buena ubicacion pero escaso menaje. Aunque salen fotos de dos tramos de escalera, en realidad son tres, super empinados y estrechos, no apto para personas con problemas de rodillas o cadera, creo q habría q avisarlo.

• Agnieszka (10/5): - Mieszkanie z dwoma sypialniami i dwoma łazienkami, dostępna również kuchnia i taras. Lokalizacja w centrum, wszędzie blisko. Byliśmy poza sezonem, więc nie było problemu z parkingiem na ulicy. Duża ilość schodów, każde pomieszczenie na innym piętrze (dla osób starszych lub z dziećmi, to może ważna wiadomość)
• Veronika (7/5): - Průměrné ubytování ve skvělé lokalitě. Dům sestává ze 3 pater a nádherné terasy, možnost vaření a vyprání prádla, kuchyň vybavená. Horní ložnice je kvalitnější, spodní ložnice je temný pokoj s velmi nepohodlné postelí, malou koupelnou, která je špatně odvětraná a malou kuchyňkou s minimálním vybavením a nepořádkem pod umyvadlem. Během pobytu bez úklidu. Dům už je značně opotřebovaný, chybí kliky u dveří, polámané dlaždice, atd. Za nás rekonstrukce již nutná. Největším zklamáním byla komunikace s majitelem/majitelkou. Během našeho pobytu nešly zamknout vchodové dveře na ulici. Vyměnili jsme si pár zpráv, prý to tam byl někdo zkontrolovat, ale přesto nam to nešlo. Domluvili jsme se tedy na schůzce, ze se tam sejdeme společně, ale od té doby už se nikdo na mé zprávy neozval. Majitel je vlastně neochotný cokoliv řešit. Dalším mínus je obrovský noční hluk, křik z ulice, nedá se téměř spát. Jediným velkým plusem je lokalita blizko centra. Dle mého názoru se v Polignanu dá najít hezčí misto k ubytování.

• Anne-Marie (7/5): Polignano a porté de main - La localisation. Le gîte est situé à proximité immédiate des commerces et restaurants. La communication avec le propriétaire. Le décor Le matelas du lit du 1re est inconfortable, de plus il n’y a Pas de lampe de chevet dans cette chambre. Nous aurions apprécié avoir un couverture supplémentaire la première nuit car nous avons eu froid. Dans la cuisine, il manque une bouilloire, un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle et un allume gaz. Allumer le gaz avec des briquets n’est pas facile et risqué.

• ROCIO (10/5): Una excelente estancia. - La ubicación genial , en pleno centro. Todo muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. Te dejan café, té, agua, sombrilla para la playa… la terracita es ideal, al igual que toda la decoración. Las escaleras son muy estrechas y empinadas.
• Nadège (9/5): Superbe maison en plein cœur de Polignano et de ses activités - Situé en plein centre de Polignano, très bien équipé. Personnel très sympathique. Toutes les maisons ont des marches donc difficile pour une personne âgée ou handicapée.

La cucina ha un bel terrazzo e ha la macchinetta del caffè con qualche capsula di cui si può usufruire La scala per salire al primo piano è irta e strettissima, i bagni piccolissimi, il materasso davvero scomodo con molle del letto molto rumorose e la cucina all'ultimo piano non aveva l'aria condizionata
• Amanda (8/5): Very good - This is a characterful narrow little house with a room on each floor. There is a good bathroom with shower for each of the two bedrooms. You do have to walk through the upper bedroom to get to the top floor where there is a light kitchen and the roof terrace - so you need to know your fellow travellers well! The apartment is perhaps just a little down at heel but there were lots of thoughtful additions and it was well equipped It was a shame that after all the rain the cushions on the outside furniture were wet. Could they be kept inside between visitors?
• Kerry (6/5): Well situated for the old town and close to restaurants and the sea. - Close to the sea and the old town amenities. The steep stairs in the entry could be challenging for someone with mobility issues. The accommodation is on three floors. It was necessary to go through one bedroom to access the second (upstairs) bedroom. The lower bedroom was not well appointed. The lower floor bathroom was tiny and the kitchenette there was unnecessary as there was a full kitchen in the top floor. The house was cold and took time to heat up.

• Paul (8/5): Great location but be aware of the building layout! - Great location to explore the town just minutes from bars, restaurants etc. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and bathrooms were good. As per previous reviews the layout of the building wasn't ideal. To get to the 2nd and 3rd floors you have to go through the 1st floor bedroom, to get to the 3rd floor you have to go through the 2nd floor bedroom. The 3rd floor kitchen was very basic and too hot to use in hot weather. The balcony was a good spot at the end of day to chill.

• Bev (7/5): Traditional apartment with lots of nice features - Quaint & quirky traditional apartment on 3 floors, above a disused shop/office. Secure private front door on the street. Narrow stairs up to 1st floor which has a double bedroom & bathroom, 2nd floor another double bedroom & bathroom, 3rd floor a small kitchen/diner & small sheltered outside area with seating. Nice interior. Not a problem for us, but it would not be suitable for elderly people because all the stairs are steep and very narrow with no handrails on wall. We couldn’t take the apartment at 3pm as the cleaner arrived about 2:50pm while we were outside, & was cleaning until about 4:20pm. The road the apartment is on is very scruffy and run-down, but only a couple of minutes walk from the lovely Via Roma

Overall, the room was clean,but the stairs - It was in a very good location, and the rooms were beautiful. In terms of what I didn't like, I wanted to mention that the room on the first floor didn't have a door, and light would come in from the kitchen. Also, the doors were a bit old
