- HYERI (10/5): - 스위스에서 이가격에 이위치에 이정도 숙소라니 믿기지않습니다 슈피츠가 교통의요지라 어느곳을 가기에도 편하고 특히 숙소도 기차역에서 7-10분정도걸려서 이동하기편해요. 계단으로 이동해서 숙소로들어가고 진짜 넓고 깨끗합니다. 양념류, 커피캡슐다있어요. 뷰도 방쪽은 호수뷰라 좋구요. 침구류도 깨끗합니다. 물도 잘나오고 모든것이 완벽합니다. 옷걸이도 많아서 옷걸어놓기도 좋아요. 티비에 한국채널도 나옵니다. 다음에도 또오고싶어요. 부모님 모두 최고의 숙소라 했습니다. 한국인은 라디에이터에 익숙치않아서 틀기어려울수있어요. 한번틀어놓으면 따뜻그자체에요. 온수는 너무 많이틀면 안나올수있으니 적당히 잘써야해요.
- Michelle (9/5): Highly recommended - great apartment in Spiez. - The apartment is in a great location, especially if you are using public transport - just a short walk from the train station and supermarkets. Access is via 3 very short flights of stairs.
The living room and dining area are very spacious as are the 2 bedrooms, and the views from the bedrooms over the lake / Neiderhorn are impressive. The bathroom has a lovely powerful shower and plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen is a bit on the small side but has all the appliances you need - microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stove top, oven, kettle, fridge, freezer.
The small outdoor balcony was lovely for a quiet morning coffee. The big TV and strong WiFi signals were other benefits. There wasn't anything we really didn't like - but some additional items would have been useful:
- Bedside tables in the second bedroom (they were only provided in one bedroom)
- Although the kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and utensils, it would be useful to have bigger bowls to serve food in / to heat food in the microwave.

- MD Khairul (9/5): - The apartment location is amazing. It's close to central station and has a nice lake and mountain view. It has all the expected facilities. Kitchen was very well equipped, clean and well-kept. It has a nice balcony with coffee table and chairs, that makes the evening very enjoyable. The bathroom door makes creaking noise whenever it is opened or closed, which wakes other people up at night. The 2nd bedroom does not have any socket near bed, we had to use the living room sockets to charge any electronic device.

Quite close to station and clear advice regarding key and departure arrangements Need to have instructions in kitchen to work the various appliances and also what to do with the rubbish. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it convenient for us to buy groceries and cook every day. Communication with the host was smooth, and the self-check-in/check-out with key collection was hassle-free. Overall, we were very satisfied. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The uphill walk when arriving was a bit tiring, but leaving was easy since it was all downhill

- Salwani (8/5): A spotless, well-equipped apartment with a stunning Lake Thun view, comfortable bed, easy self check-in, and great commu - 1. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival, very well-maintained.
2. Beautiful view of Lake Thun from the bedroom window, a lovely sight to wake up to.
3. The bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day.
4. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dishwasher and cooking utensils, perfect for simple meal prep.
5. TV with YouTube access in the living room, our son enjoyed watching during our downtime.
6. Smooth communication with the host via Booking.com messages.
7. Self check-in and check-out process was clear and easy to follow. 1. The walk from the train station is uphill, which can be tiring, especially with luggage.
2. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift, so carrying heavy luggage requires extra effort.
3. We didn’t use the dishwasher, a washing machine would have been more useful for us.
4. The pillows were too soft for our preference, though we still slept well due to exhaustion.
5. The dining area felt cramped because of the large table, a smaller table might make the space more accessible.
6. There was no towel rack, additional hanging space would be helpful, especially for longer stays.
Overall
Despite a few minor inconveniences, we had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is clean, cozy, and offers a beautiful view. With a few adjustments, it could be even more comfortable. We would still recommend it, especially for those looking for a quiet and scenic place to stay.

- Rahul (7/5): Nice apartment, but it's 800 mts from public transport and amenities, making commuting inconvenient - The facility inside the apartment was nice. Overall interior was also good and nice kitchen set up. The apartment is well-maintained but its location is not convenient. The nearest railway and bus stations, as well as grocery stores and restaurants, are approximately 800 meters away. This distance makes commuting and running errands a bit challenging for daily needs.

- Ashutosh (7/5): Nice stay, excellent decor, lots of convenience with mild hiccups. - We stayed for 5 nights in Apartment Heidi and thereby can provide some detailed feedback.
1. Location is good, 10 min walk from railway station.
2. Apartment is tastefully decorated and interior is brilliant. Even the floor plan is good. Large balcony, writing table and chair, good sofa, nice light hanging above dining table makes property fee rich and warm.
3. Kitchen is simply fantastic and all amenities in kitchen are working well. All utensils are penny new.
4. Rooms are heated well and windows are wide and open in case you need fresh breath so should not be a trouble even in summer.
5.Ample of charging points seen.
6. Good beds and blankets noted. And in both bedrooms.
7. Vicinity appears safe and residential.
8. Though there are no closed cupboards in bedroom , there are enough hangers and open box unit furniture to keep clothes etc. All these points are neither complaints nor dislike. This is a mere finding which host can use to elevate status of his property by making few changes
1. Communication with host : Hosts were replying to the queries but they need to be more professional. We have stayed in many service apartments across the globe and so can say this with surety that there is scope of improvement regarding communication.
2. There are stairs to reach property and one needs to carry bags up as there is no elevator in building.
3. No manual or clear instructions about use of TV and other gadgets unlike many service apartment. Upon asking, we got a reply that no apps are for use of guests on tv like Netflix. This should have been mentioned in property details of booking site.
4. There is a level difference between living room and other rooms and for people with eye problems, this can be dangerous. We got used to it but better if host fix this issue.
5. There is no washing machine. This can be hindrance for those who wish to stay for longer period.
6. Although railway station is, Lake is not very nearby. Check geography of Spiez before you book.
7. There are other service apartments in the same building. Not a disadvantage but can be a problem if loud group of tourists enter other apartments in premises.

- Linh (9/5): Superb - Near train station Spiez, supermarket. No washing machine.
- Meher (9/5): Superb - Great location with a mountain view in Spiez. Clean and spacious apartment and excellent communication with the host.
- Karen (8/5): Lovely apartment - Clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy to gain access and a short walk from the station, so a good location. Walk to apartment is uphill so I even got daily exercise thrown in. The living room floor is on a slightly different level from the other rooms. Initially this was a trip hazard but we quickly adapted.
- Owencradock (9/5): Beautiful, bright, spacious apartment close to the idyllic town of Spiez - Location was perfect, just a short walk to the idyllic town of Spiez (much quieter than Interlaken!)

Beautiful views of the lake from the bedrooms Kitchen was a little bit cramped, but not a major issue
Dining area (big table and chairs) is a wasted space, we did not use this area at all (but it didn't take away from the rest of the lovely living area)

- Yue (9/5): Decent place to stay in Spiez - Rooms are big and clean. Communication was super. Location is ok, it takes 10 mins to walk to the Spiez station from where you get anywhere by train conveniently. We hoped that there could be more toilet paper. Also girls would prefer to have a hairdryer and whole-body mirror, or at least a hairdryer.

- Ujjawal (9/5): Superb Experience - Perfect location. Near to the Speiz train station and lake. Host was very helpful and guided us with all what we can do in around Speiz. The best part was everything in the apartment was quite new for usage including cutlery. Free car parking and restaurants are nearby. I highly recommend and would definitely stay during next visit.
