- Yolanda (9/5): Heerlijke ervaring, aanrader! - Een heerlijk, ruime kamer (en wij hadden de kleinste) met een comfortabel bed. Luxe badkamer met een fijne douche en bad. Het ontbijt werd in een mand voor de kamer gezet en bevatte veel en lekkere producten. Prettige gastheer, kortom een aanrader!

We were given a very warm welcome and had a lovely stay If I had to raise one slight negative it would be that the TV in the room would be better on a TV arm which can be pulled out from the wall to enable it to be watched while in bed. BUT, that’s only because we are lazy toads who like to chill in bed 🤣

Situated overlooking the Afon Teifi river valley just outside Newcastle Emlyn, Roseberry House is easy to find and there is plenty of parking space. Highly recommended.

Room was spotlessly clean, bed super comfortable and bathroom with a roll top bath as well as double shower. Nice little touch of a chocolate each on the bed. Breakfast hamper delivered to the door in the morning, with a delicious egg and bacon muffin, hot croissants, fresh fruit, juice, milk, cereal and yogurt. Easter Sunday another lovely added touch the breakfast hamper came with a chocolate bunny. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you Claire & John

Tasty breakfast I had veggie glamorgan sausages and egg in a bap.Picnic style breakfast huge variety of items including yogurt ,fruit juice breakfast bars and porridge (a little too much for me )very tasty though. Beautifully clean house. Great place to stay lovely walks in the area not far from the sea. The check out time could be extended . Actually there wasn't really anything it's a great place to stay .

- Steviec (10/5): The perfect place to recharge. - Andy was the perfect host - very personable and obliging, though sadly we didn't get to meet Julie due to her work schedule. The breakfast far exceeded our expectation ... we anticipated a breakfast tray with a continental style menu on it, but got a full-on picnic style basket with more than we could comfortably manage (fresh fruit, fresh milk, a litre of orange juice, large warmed croissants, live yoghurt, porridge pots, jams, etc). That said, it was a refreshing change to see a relatively new host to the private hospitality sector going above and beyond to make a good go of their venture, one we're sure they'll excel at. Our room was the Teifi, a family room with large en-suite, fridge, plenty of tea and coffee options in the room, and a fridge, we even had the option of fresh milk if we'd preferred, rather than the sachets. A travel cot, ironing board and iron were neatly stowed in one the fitted wardrobes, but didn't really interfere with storage space ... and there were plenty of hangers for your clothes (something the larger chains need to learn from!). An ideal base to explore the west coast of Wales from, not too far from places like Cardigan, Aberporth, etc. We'd certainly stay again. Signage to the property could be improved possibly? Nothing else negative to say.

So much content and carefully chosen products. Even warm options were offered to us. Andy went the extra miles to make sure we had a great stay. We highly recommend Roseberry house. Location was easy to find in a lovely welsh village with many restaurants to choose from for diner.

- Peter (9/5): Good choice for an overnight stay - Spacious room with everything we wanted. Location was not directly by the road to Carmarthen. You need to turn up a drive signposted to Arosfa House until a new sign for Roseberry House is installed. Andy provided a warm welcome and gave us a good recommendation to have our evening meal at the Coopers’ Arms about 12 minutes’ walk towards the town. Breakfast served in a big basket delivered to the room contained a big bottle of orange juice, fresh milk, a bacon and egg bap, a croissant, cookie, banana and tangerine. It was excellent. We were going to Cardigan and it’s an easy journey there from Newcastle Evelyn so we were very satisfied with all the arrangements. Nothing to suggest once the new signpost has been installed

Very comfortable sofa. The bathroom facilities were superb, large walk in shower and a bath for soaking after a long walk or day at work. They looked after me so well, I had a breakfast hamper in the morning with a lovely selection, fresh milk and the tastiest bacon roll! Andy and Julie were so friendly, so thank you both.
- Carole (10/5): Three generations of family all loved our one night stay, hope to return again in the future. - Roseberry House is in a great location, the rooms we had were fabulous, the beds comfortable and a lot of thought by the hosts has clearly been applied to the fixtures and furnishings. Our breakfasts were delicious and again a lot of attention to detail. We were made very welcome by Andy. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

The room was wonderful, the choice of hot drinks was very good, the bathroom was amazing, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The basket breakfast in the morning, just incredible. The bacon and egg roll was absolutely delicious. My partner and I were so impressed that we will be going back there just because it's a lovely place to stay. I couldn't recommend Roseberry House highly enough. Way beyond expectations. Absolutely nothing. I cannot find any fault or problem. Everything was just wonderful.

They recommended a local restaurant when we arrived later evening and helped us settle in quickly. The property was beautifully presented, modern, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The rooms were beautiful with so much attention to detail, the beds were so big and cosy! We didn’t want to leave. I would highly recommend this stay. The breakfast basket the following morning was such a lovely touch. The hosts literally thought of everything! If you’re looking to stay to visit the nearby coastal spots it’s the ideal location. 100% recommend. We loved it all.

We loved the big bathroom with his and her sinks, huge bath fits two and no taps at the ends. Beds were really comfy and had a great sleep,, best part was the morning breakfast basket at the door. Full of all the goodies… bacon egg roll, croissants with jam, yogurts fruit, orange juice. It was just lovely to be surprised what was in the basket. And to top it off the owners were attentive and kind. We would definitely go back.

I made an error with the booking and they could not have been more helpful. The room was perfect. Very very clean. Comfortable and has a bath and shower I could have spent the day in. Tea and coffee tray was really lovely with high end products. We travel the country for my grand daughters rugby and this is one of the best properties we have stayed in. Breakfast was included in the booking and what a breakfast it was!! Was a continental breakfast delivered to your door and had everything you could ask for including hot egg and bacon rolls, cereal, fruit, Welsh cakes and a lot of locally sourced products. I usually book with a hot breakfast but have been totally converted. This stay was pure luxury and I would defiantly recommend it and am hoping that we stay again. There was nothing not to like at this property. I would have given 20 stars if I could.

Not "on the main" road bit nowhere near too far away from the main amenities. Breakfast was really good. Julie was very friendly and accommodating. Great bathroom and shower. Could have done with a desk/work area in the room. The coffee table was too low for me to work comfortably.
- Thiagarajan (10/5): A very memorable stay at this beautiful luxurious place with family. My whole family including kids enjoyed the stay. - We had a warm welcome by Andy and Julie. Excellent continental breakfast in the morning and they took good care of us. The ambience, luxury and comfort with all facilities including parking were excellent. I would definitely recommend this place for stay. Wifi had issues which was already informed by Andy (owner) but that didn't concern us much.
