• Birgit (7/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, Parkplatz vorhanden, die Betten waren bequem und sauber Die Treppen sind sehr steil, es riecht etwas muffig, vielleicht vom Teppichboden? Das Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig, im Schminktisch war noch Abfall von vorigen Mietern
• Joshua (7/5): Overall very Enjoyable, will definitely be back to Folkestone - Very comfy bed Excellent location The entire place is yours Nicely decorated The stairs inside the property are very steep, and the stairs leading up to the front door are very steep could be unsafe when wet.
• Helen (8/5): Joanne was incredibly helpful. Centrally located. Easy access to Folkestone Harbour, beach & creative centre. Excell - Easy access to Folkestone & key areas. Beds & Furnishings were comfortable & easy to get comfortable. The stairs were a little bit challenging, but we managed. There was a slight odour but we burnt a scented candle & that was fine.
• Vicki (10/5): Short and sweat but we were very happy with our stay. - Lots of space. Great location. Parking included. There were lots of big blue bottles, not sure why because everything was very clean. Stairs very steep.

• Lisa (8/5): Very good - Location and parking No TV in the common (middle room). Having a member using downstairs room as a bedroom we couldn’t use the tv, this was minor issue.
• Sa (8/5): Very roomy and nicely decorated house but with steep stairs. - The decoration was nice. The living room was cosy, dining room was very good. The bedrooms were really very comfortable. The location was very good just next to historical neighbourhood. The stairs were very steep and dangerous. Inside the house there are 2 flats of stairs and they are both very dangerous. The standing area at the top is smaller than 1 sqm and it is really risky getting from one room to the other.

• Beverley (9/5): Superb - Fabulous location for folkstone harbour, bars restaurants and street food a plenty. House was clean and had everything we needed (stairs are steep). Great communication from the host.

• Denise (10/5): Great Summer Holidays with the Family - The house was so cozy and sweet, so we enjoyed the few rainy days. Butter most of our two weeks stay was warm and sunny and we loved that it was such a short walk through the lovely town to the beach. The house was equipped with everything we could wish for. We were so sad we had to leave and hope to return next year.
• Kelly (8/5): Lovely well maintained property, a great base for our visit to see family in the area, very close to the harbour and all - Modern furnishings and well stocked on all possible accessories. Although we were made aware before hand the stairs are very steep!
