Amy (8/5): Great place, lovely ambience - Room was very nice. Unexpected noise from the post office trucks loading at 3:30 a.m. Free parking was financially welcome but had to ark off site. Lovely place, hospitality room on second floor was very nice. Would recommend!!!
Elizabeth (8/5): - Really liked this property, we stayed in one of the third floor apartments and it was adorable and very comfortable. The parking situation is tricky, though. Their parking lot is really far away, like a 20 minute walk far away. You’re better off finding street parking or using one of the nearby paid lots. Overall, though, the place was clean and very nicely renovated. Great location! Would stay here again.
Megan (10/5): - The Burbank Rose is in a great location to the main dining and shopping area in Newport. It was very clean, spacious and the staff were very kind and professional. The free parking lot was about a 15 min. walk (0.7 mi.), which wasn't bad for us. We were able to drop off our luggage, then park and walk to the B&B. We would stay here again.

The location couldn’t be more perfect, within walking distance to everything Newport has to offer. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient place to stay.
Ana (2/5): - The property was lovely but Expedia was not. You messed up my reservation, instead of the 2 nite you only booked me for 1. I paid more than had I call ed myself. Will never use Expedia again ,you are horrible with an incompetenet staff

Our room had everything we needed for our stay. Priscilla was super nice and helpful for checking in and out. Will definitely come back again!

The only thing was there is no elevator for when you need to bring your luggage up to the third floor (& back down). The parking lot is far but it was easier for us to pay for parking across the street. Overall, excellent stay - would recommend!

Francesca (10/5): Hidden Gem of Newport - Would absolutely recommend staying at the Burbank Rose! Great location. Beautiful property, gorgeous and clean suite! Priscilla made the check in process smooth and was available for any questions or concerns! Such a beautiful and cozy spot will 100% come back to stay at this quaint Inn!!! Parking is not available on site but was given a very detailed list of parking options. We parked for free in a lot (15 min walk) for 2 days no issues. Easy and beautiful walk so it worked out well!
Isabella (10/5): - We stayed on the top floor in the Cherry Rose suite and wow we highly recommend! Priscilla checked us in early, gave us so many resources and information about our room as well as the area! Very spacious room, living room with a pull out couch, a kitchen with a sitting area and fridge, and a very cute bathroom. Everything was decorated so beautifully and had an amazing view at the top floor! Everything was so close by it was easy to walk to and from the shops. Thank you Priscilla for being so great & accommodating!

Check in was great with the necessary information easily visible and waiting for us upon our arrival. Staff was readily available to answer my question about parking when I reached out. There is a very nice room with snacks and variety of coffee and creamer selections. I would definitely stay there again!
Kathryn (8/5): - The property is now under new management, and on-site parking is no longer included as an amenity, even though there is space available for guest parking. Be prepared to pay $40 or more to park a few blocks away.

Laura (8/5): - Great location and big comfy bed. It is an old house so our bathroom was quite small, but totally adequate. There are no staff onsite and it is self check in, but they were responsive when we had questions about parking. Lovely stay.
Rachel (10/5): - The Innkeeper was so incredibly helpful, responsive, and nice. The room was really nice and charming - coastal decor vibes and an extremely comfortable mattress. It's in a prime location and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.
Alicia (8/5): - Great location and very nice rooms. Only complaint the TV streaming was poor. Could not watch anything without it stopping. Perhaps the router is out of range. Bathroom was tight but we managed. Tiny sink and mirror. Not ideal for hair and makeup. No area to place toiletries. Last thing, the parking late was half a mile away so if you find a closer spot I would suggest that.

Anna (10/5): Clean and Comfortable - Just as described! Very clean and comfortable room. The only little weird thing was we wished the room with the bunk beds had a door so that it would be two separate spaces and not a wide open room. It didn't affect our stay but I could see it being a problem for others. The parking was a bit far but walkable.
Rick (8/5): - only issue was the TV did not work. After getting new batteries for the remote I still couldn't find a signal. HDMI1 or 03 showed static. No connection could be made. Someone should have checked all the services I had paid for and see that they were in working order.
