• RoseMarie (10/5): Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you. - Location, cleanliness and well equipped apartment - everything you need for a very comfortable holiday in Cowes. Would highly recommend. Perhaps some toddlers proofing such as protectors on sharp edges of the table and the patio blind anchored out of reach to avoid a choking hazard. The key safe was very difficult to use.
• Tom (7/5): Well appointed and very comfy appartment in the heart of Cowes - Great location which is really close to the shops and the beach. Had to go through two garages to get to the room and the intructions were terrible. Staff at the appartment block were not allowed to tell us how to get to the room which was extreemly dissapointing. Fortunately a very friendly gardener was able to help us locate the appartment. Internet speed was very poor with speeds as low as 5Mbps.

The apartment was spotless, comfortable, private. easy access with clear instructions. Parking the car away from the apartment is a bit of a pain. So load and unload in the complex parking lot before you move it into the secure parking spot around the corner
• Kristie (8/5): Wonderful location to explore. - Great location. Spacious apartment. Our carpark was taken by someone else. It was challenging to find the carpark and navigate to the room.
• Sally (10/5): Exceptional - Property in perfect location. Walking distance to main street and beach. As an extended family destination, was perfect. Spacious living areas. Well equipped kitchen and spotless. Bedrooms, bathrooms also very clean and comfortable. Appreciated extra TV's with young children. Just wish we had booked for longer stay! Only minor glitch was lack of another dining chair for your group of 7. But not a deal breaker.

• Gary (9/5): Superb - The apartment was great. Comfortable and spacious; excellent location and well equipped. Showers and lounges were above average based on our travelling experience. Our parking spot was very disconnected from the apartment location and the instructions for access, while being as clear as possible, were still confusing. In the end we found it simpler and more convenient to use on street parking.

• Kate (9/5): Superb - Extremely comfortable and spacious. Excellent location. Missing a couple of essentials which I thought may have been there eg salt and pepper, olive oil, body wash in both bathrooms. Other than that everything was perfect!

• April (10/5): amazing experience in Phillip Island - the place is soooo amazing..we loved it. it's spotless clean, its bigger than what we expect.. the space is great, the furnitures are lovely and high quality, the kitchen stuff is perfect for my husband. a very nice place to stay in... the location is great, just right in front of the esplanade and very near to other shops and cafe... my family enjoyed very much our experience, highly recommended esp for big groups, it exceeded our expectations😍😍😍..definitely will come back and bring my family here... we suggest, it would be better if the linen fees is included in the total payment when booking or pls include it in the amenities list as i we were not able to notice it in the important info notes before booking. 😁😊😍 even though, still highly recommended place to stay in..
