• Nadia (8/5): - Lovely apartment, amazing view! Fabulous location with easy access to the beach, ocean pool (highly recommended!) Fisherman's Co-op, shops and restaurants. Balcony was well used - as was the dining area and lounge - plenty of room for everyone. Well appointed, clean and good facilities. Accessibility was good with ramp access and lift outside. Inside good too in bathrooms and balcony. Hosts were responsive, friendly and helpful. No complaints, just helpful suggestions. - A photo of the location of the letter box location would be useful. - Instruction and photos of our garage location are needed, as we had to go through all the car park floors to find it - it took us ages!! - Also, instruction and photo of which lift to park by, to unload for the lift eg in the visitors bay. - Ceiling fans in bedrooms are needed as it takes a long time for the aircon to reach them An aircon is needed in the master, due to the corridor restricting air movement.
• Roland (4/5): A nice apartment that needs proper cleaning. Noisey due to heavy traffic. - The keys were described as being in the letterbox to the far left of the property. They were in fact located to the far right of the building as you look at it in the back of the letterbox which made it hard to see the numbers. There was no mention of the seafood processing facility opposite. This meant heavy trucks arriving and leaving in the early hours of Saturday morning causing much noise as the accelerated up the hill. I would not like to be there during the week days when they are much busyer. The windows of the apartment were filthy together with the balcony floor and outside furniture, to the extent we had to clean these ourselves so we could sit down on the chairs and use the table. But by far the worst was the build up human hair in the grate of the en-suite shower. This was disgusting and unacceptable. Clearly a sign of lazy cleaners and poor inspection by the property managers. To her credit Kristen was very proactive when we pointed out the cleanliness of the apartment and she came herself to clean up on the Saturday morning. However she should never have had to do this and the apparent should never have been made available in this state. She kindly left a bottle of wine but a simple apology would have sufficed.
• Margaret (10/5): Thank you for the privilege of staying in your special apartment. - The location was great. The touches inside the apartment were exceptional and the layout suited us perfectly. It made our holiday an enjoyable and memorable experience.
• Lucia (10/5): A picture-perfect holiday destination where comfort, convenience, and incredible views come together - I absolutely loved waking up every morning to a stunning beach view – it was the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t be better for all ages, with shopping centres, banks, restaurants, and cafés just a stone’s throw away. Although the bedrooms didn’t have air conditioning, I requested pedestal fans, and they were delivered within an hour of my arrival – such a thoughtful touch. The McGrath team were exceptional in communicating with me and even went out of their way to assist when I had trouble finding the correct entrance. I honestly cannot praise them enough. The bathroom was well stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, and both the kitchen and bathroom had more than enough essentials. I would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a fuss-free, relaxing holiday in a beautiful location. It truly exceeded my expectations. BEST STAY EVER :) :) The only thing I could suggest is fly screens on the windows and doors, but it wasn't a real issue, just a few pesky flies.

• Venessa (10/5): Super relaxing apartment. - Very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room especially with kids. Close to restaurants, harbour and Main Street. Home away from home. No pool.

• Hakea (10/5): Fantastic.....great location and facilities. - spacious, modern with great view of harbour, located close proximity to shops and restaurants, secure (double car) parking, great facilities. initially couldn’t locate parking space, nor unit, would recommend a mud map for first time guests.
