• Kerry (4/5): Disappointing, needs updating to a better standard - Near to amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Overall very clean. The bedroom was the most updated of the cottage.. The two seat settee. Very small for two adults. No cleaning equipment ( mop, brush/ pan ect) . Shower temperature is either freezing cold or very hot , no warm gage. Trip hazard from hallway to enter kitchen . Very small step( lip) which you wouldn't see ( I tripped up but luckily recovered a fall) . Television upstairs is impossible to view as the high metal bed post is right in the middle of your vision . I would of liked to had breakfast before leaving but you have to leave by 9am , which I know was stipulated but it is really very early .

• Susan (10/5): Cosy stay in beautiful Lake District - Lovely cosy cottage perfect for a couple for a few days away in the lakes. Great location to access local amenities and the bonus of private parking. We had everything we needed and the cottage was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. A welcome pack was a nice surprise. Great communication with hosts too. We would definitely recommend for a short visit. Cottage was perfect. Perhaps a later check out would be an idea, especially in later months.

Overall - The location of the cottage is excellent and although the cottage is compact it was very clean and tastefully decorated. • Luke (10/5): Fantastic stay in Bowness - Fantastic stay in the lakes. Hosts were lovely, allowing us to check into the property early and nothing was a problem such as leaving our car at the property after checking out whilst we went for breakfast. Accommodation is lovely and cosy and exceptionally clean. Roughly a 5 minute walk from the main part of Bowness around the lake. Has all the necessities, including a hob, fridge and microwave oven. Private car parking space outside the property which is an added bonus for visiting the lakes. Also very much appreciated the milk and biscuits left for us on arrival. Will definitely be returning to Keepers Cottage. Nothing

Andrew and kate had put milk tea bags and biscuits on side which was very nice .The cottage had everything we needed for a 3 day break .Every room clean and tidy .Great location 5 mins walk nearest supermarket . 10 mins walk to boats .we wouldn't hesitate to book again .

• Helen (10/5): Lovely cottage in the perfect location - Beautiful cottage. The location of Kepler’s Cottage is in the centre of Bowness and only a short walk to Windermere. We loved everything about this cottage, it was comfy, clean and had a charm about it. The hosts were amazing, from texting us to let us know we could check in early to leaving milk and biscuits for our arrival. We will 100% be booking this cottage again, we had a wonderful Easter weekend in the lakes. Nothing it was lovely.

• Simon (10/5): Exceptional - Multiple rooms spread across a few floors, which made the cottage bigger than expected. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Ideal location that was quiet and just a few minutes easy walk to the shops, pubs and restaurants. The Westmoorland restaurant (below the pub) is a 2 minute walk and some of the best food around! I was 5 weeks post heart surgery when I stayed and I managed the little hill from the lake back to the cottage. Having the parking space in such a location is a great bonus. If you have a big car it's a little awkward getting into the space but fine once in. As Arnie said - "we'll be back" 😀
• Edward (7/5): Good - Rooms were clean warm and comfortable, great location easy to get to and many walks, pubs and restaurants nearby. Only dislike was the kitchen. There wasn’t much counter space, and the oven took a long time to cook anything, however we still managed. Otherwise had a great stay going round the lakes and mountains.

We have stayed at their adjoining hotel several times but the cottage is ideal as you can come and go as you please. Central location close to shops and eateries. Andrew and Kate are lovely hosts who really care about their business and their guest's satisfaction. Highly recommended. Leaving!😩
