Kõik vajalikud migavused olid olemas, super hea ja nutikalt lahendatud köök, pesuruum pesumasina ja kuivatiga. Mugavad voodid, terrass, kesklinn käepärast aga samas vaikses nurgakeses kuhu linna kära ei küündinud. Ühesõnaga kindlasti üks parimaid kohti kuhu oleme sattunud WC-poti kaas oli kinnitusest lahti tulnud, ilmselt eelnevatele klientidele oli ette jäänud. Aga kuna käed pole hiljem külge pandud, siis võtsin kruvikeeraja ja keerasin kinni, aga see oli ka selline pisiasi pigem

Check-in and check-out were very easy and convenient. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was a minor issue with bedroom door - the door did not close properly, its height seems to need adjustment.

Truly, like sunlight from multiple sides and this apartment is so classy. Different than normal... I enjoyed the coffee machine - good quality. WIFI was fast and had a table to do work, so enjoyed working from home. We had everything needed to do cooking and enjoyed that Lidl was so close to buy food from. I did stay with my family and they were sad that we had to leave :( Sooooo niceee thank you! One light was not working, but it was not really needed...

Усе продумано, посуду для приготування було трішки замало. Підʼїхали трішки раніше, і були дуже здивовані від крику персоналу, що не встигла провести прибирання. Після заселення був дуже насичений запах хлору. І велика кількість пороху , особливо у кутах та під меблями.

Ļoti laba lokācija- tuvu Aura centram, blakus veikals, ir stāvvieta, pirmais stāvs, sava ieeja. Lielas, plašas telpas. Plaša virtuve ar visu nepieciešamo. Silti, tumšie aizskari. Mums ļoti patika :)

Responsive host, well maintained apartment and excellent location. As always one can find few minor invonveniences (few more hooks in bathroom etc) but they were well outweighted by pros this time.

Finding the apartment was a bit challenging, as there are new contrsuctions around - Google Maps and Waze couldn’t locate the exact point. However, the hosts were helpful.

• Anne (7/5): - The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was a lot of natural light. Wheelchair access to the bathroom was impossible as the doorway was too narrow.
• Alexey (3/5): Meh. - Be careful, they lie about their location. The published address is 3-4 blocks closer to the center than the actual location.
• Jeremy (8/5): A spacious apartment in a decent location - The unit was spacious and in a decent location, with a new Lidl grocery store on the next street. It was within a reasonable walking distance to the centre and was convenient to the Ahhaa science museum which was the main reason for our visit to Tartu. We also enjoyed the nice espresso maker and there being an actual clothes dryer (most only have a washer. The address on Booking.com was wrong so the directions in the booking app took us to a different address (Booking listed the address as 8 but it’s actually 32 (8 is the apartment number) - fortunately the host had also messaged instructions as well so we ended up referencing that after going to the wrong place. We also found it a bit difficult to access as the instructions said there were three front doors, but really you had to go to one area to get the keys and then another separate area to enter the unit - this wasn’t clear to us. Finally, the unit could’ve been a bit cleaner and the kitchen sink leaked (we advised the owner at checkout but never got a response). Overall, we would stay here again but felt some small things could be improved.

Две отдельные спальни, хорошо оборудованная кухня, есть даже кофемашина. Есть всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания, кофе, хлопья для каши, сахар, посуда. Через улицу - супермаркет. Есть стиральная и сушильная машины. Отличное соотношение цены и качества. Не очень удобно пользоваться ванной комнатой, особенно когда вас несколько человек, но это мелочи.

Easy to park and you get your car next to the front door. Drying rack or a clothsline would be nice since there was a washing machine and a dryer (not a real problem at all).

The location is marked as Aleksandri 8, but the REAL location is 650m away from the center at Aleksandri 32! It's a really big deal for the families with small kids or wheelchair people. Gas BBQ grill doesn't work.

• Markus (9/5): A very good sleep over - recommended - Very nice very modern - newly built - has everything you need. 10 minutes walking to downtown. a supermarket right behind the house. It is a good place for both a short stay or a longer vacation. Haven't seen anybody - everything worked online. Nothing really to complain about. When we lived there - there was a construction site right next to the place - and it was noisy. Caused by the construction it was not possible to access the super market directly but you had to walk around the block - but I guess those are just minor issued and a temporary thing. Everything else - fine!

It has all the necessary equipment to cook, wash dishes, laundry, washer dryer. A small cot for babies. The hosts did not communicate fast with text messages, but probably would have answered the phone if we would have needed to get some quick answers.

We rented scooters to get around. Many of the lights in the unit did not work. Zero communication from management company.

• Stuart (8/5): Very good - Building was as per photos a large ground floor flat with seperate bedrooms, kitchen, sitting room and bathroom, parking and outdoor space. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The flat is close to the centre but also quieter parts of Tartu. Hosts had left coffee, snacks etc and went out of their way to make our stay go well. No issues with check in / out etc. Couple of playparks nearby that kept the kids occupied. Really nice family sized flat that worked well for a 2 week stay.

• Airiju (9/5): Nice family stay at Tartu City with your private garden - Easy self check-in and check-out. The entrance in directly to private garden, very convenient with visiting with pets and carrying luggage to the apartment. It has supernice terrace and the interior is very good. It felt like stepping into someone's home , as there were even some food in the fridge and welcome snacks on the tables, also different shampoos in the bathroom and even dry foods in the kitchen for passionate cookers! It has a dryer and washing machine as well and free parking lot just outside the entrance, visible from the apartment windows. Second bedroom and living room windows are directed to morning sun, and there is no airconditioner, so the visitors on hot summer days should know to consider sleeping in high temperatures. Master bedroom is nicely to the other side of the building, so at least 1 room can be well slept. Also, there is a good comfy couch in the kitchen, that is not exposed to morning sunlight: our other kid chose this one to sleep instead and didnt complain:-)
• Līva (10/5): Your perfect family-friendly place to stay in Tartu! - The property was exceptionally clean, it was equipped with absolutely everything one would need for a short or medium-length stay. Anything from a washer-dryer unit to several condiments, you have it! The place was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and also had toiletries, towels, bedding and pillows in great abundance. We felt very welcomed - there were also extra snacks around. The location was perfect - it is located a short walk away from the Old Town as well as the Bus Station. The neighborhood was very quiet and it felt safe to walk around at all hours of the day. It is hard to think of anything negative about this property! The only thing - we could not find dishwasher tablets. And also - we wished to use the dryer, but the fuze blew off just from powering it on. Maybe it is worth looking into!

The location was in reasonable distance from the city center/ The apartment was well equipped (we really liked the coffee machine). There is a construction going on in the neighborhood. Sometimes it was too loud.
