• Marlon (4/5): - We immediately on arrival told the host we were not happy with the facility and after back and forth discussions they agreed to pay back our money which was verified by various emails. We booked another property through Booking.com but to date WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR REFUND AND ARE VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!!!!!

• Natasha (9/5): - The apartment, location and staff was amazing we enjoyed ourselves fully. The unit was not as cleaned as I expected it would be. Wasn't too dirty but bedding and pillow cases had a bit of stains on.

• Ntombifuthi (9/5): The stay was excellent the view was amazing - The property was cleaned and what you see on the picture it’s exactly like it is every thing was great even the stuff was friendly accommodate us with warm hands The steps Yoh I think the should have elevates it’s very tiering going up and down

• Henk (5/5): - het uitzicht op de tafelberg Het was voor het boeken niet duidelijk dat we eerst op een andere locatie de sleutels moesten om vervolgens naar het apt te worden gebracht. Het apt was op de tweede verdieping en er was geen lift beschikbaar. Dat was een heel gedoe met de koffers. Het apt was redelijk nieuw, maar er waren toch al dingen stuk (rolgordijnen in de slaapkamer die niet meer omhoog konden, kastdeurtjes die er scheef bij hingen, een tafel die niet echt schoon was). De bedden waren klein en de matrassen zakten door. De en-suite badkamer was heel krap. In de andere badkamer was alleen een bad maar geen mogelijkheid om te douchen of je met een douchekop af te spoelen.

The owner made efforts to meet our needs - N/A What I did not like in the property is cockroaches, I am a passionate hater of cockroaches and had to live with them for a good couple of days. Can the property please address this issue, there are many ways of getting rid of roaches, Everything was fine except the issue of roaches.
• Priya (1/5): Nightmare at greystone - The unit was infested with cockroaches. Cleaning stuff sprayed whilst we were in the Unit. We incurred a lot of costs has cockroaches went into our food and clothing . Utensils were replaced after our check in has it was in a terrible condition.

• Mmapula (8/5): I enjoyed my stay 😃 - Great quiet location There were cleaners coming in every day The apartment had great views, and it was closer to the shopping complex and the beach Secured parking, and the host was attentive Really enjoyed my stay The bed in the other bedroom is not comfortable and needs to be replaced There are no lifts, and we had an elderly person with us, and going up and down the stairs was a challenge for him Blinds in the other bedroom need to be replaced too

• Francinah (10/5): Awesome stay at Greystone executive apartments - The safety of the place and closer to the mall I didn't like the fact that linen gets changed when we check out. We had to use the same bedding first the entire 5 nights.

• Waters (4/5): Disappointing - The Communication on the day of arrival was great. Location pin for check-in was provided. Smooth check-in process. I believe there are multiple units in Greystone Apartments under Ilanga du Cap management. AVOID UNIT 15. It is street facing and very noisy due to traffic, and brightly lit through the thin blinds at night. The unit is on 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Heavy luggage is difficult to carry. Housekeeping and maintenance issues have been brought to management's attention. The beds in particular are not Luxury / hotel quality, and in need of replacement. Disappointed as this establishment is marketed as LUXURY / Up-market but sadly does not meet the standard one would expect based on their marketing material and price range.
• Sebola (4/5): Disappointing - 1. It’s relatively either refurbished or not too old considering neighbouring properties. It’s beautiful on the inside and outside 2. The staff responded quickly to complaints 1. They seem to have a lot of electrical problems besides loadshedding 2. Our mattress was sunk in, the whole bedding and bed were of very low quality. Poor quality pillows and duvet inners making lumps and absolutely uncomfortable and dirty when we got there. At least they changed the sheets around Thursday 3. A bath is an inconvenience when visiting and the shower in the main bedroom was so small and worse it doesn’t drain properly and quickly no matter one turns off the water 4. There was no electricity in our apartment and others. Wifi wasn’t working… so for about 3 days we had stuff working in the apartment when you’re trying to rest after a long day 5. Getting keys from another location
• Nompumelelo (5/5): Passable - The Place is beautiful and very clean but when I was there there was an electricity issue. For 5 days. So my food was spoilt and I could not cook for the duration of my stay. It was not worth it. I was very frustrated. I hope Eskom sorted the issue out because Wow. It became a nightmare. But the place is so beautiful and very clean.
