• Armand (2/5): - The lady that welcomed us was very kind and nice. She even left a bottle of wine to welcome us. The apartment location was just 10 minutes after crossing the border from Switzerland, so for us that had a long drive was 👍 The apartment was on the 5th floor but no elevator (also written in the booking description.) Although it seemed clean, it smelled like humidity and old and not maintained. Bathroom, although new geberit WC, it had extensive black mould in the shower. Bathroom door no keys, so you had to inform everyone that you were going to the bathroom or you could find yourself get caught with your pants down. The kitchen was old, beds not comfortable. Sheets and linen were clean. Insulation: Not much, you could hear almost every noise from the road with everything closed

• Carlos (9/5): Superb - An excellent stay in a comfortable and very clean apartment with lots of light. Excellent parking and only one block from a spectacular supermarket. Elizabeth is an excellent hostess! All was fine!

• Alfonso (9/5): Excellent and highly recommended! - The room is neat, comfortable with complete amenities. I love that there is a balcony view on the property and its close to bus stations. I just preferred to have at least an elevator because the property was on the higest floor😂
• Dermott (10/5): Elizabeth apartment Como - Excellent host who is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The apartment is very clean and spacious. There is a very good supermarket within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. We only stayed one night but it's a very good base to get in and out of Como. The bus stop into Como is in front of the supermarket and the return bus stop is literally at the entrance to the apartment complex. We got the No.7 bus. Only a few minutes from the centre. Nothing.
• Lukas (9/5): Superb - Exceptionally clean, beautiful view from the balcony, the host is friendly and helpful. Not a big issue, but apartments are on the top floor and there is no elevator, but again, the spectacular views outside pays off
• Paul (8/5): A good property if your fit and can climb 80 stairs to get to it - Well appointed and very clean That there was 80 steps to get up to the apartment and the dinning room chairs are not comfortable to sit in for any length of time
• Sophie (8/5): Very good - The landlady was very nice and even helped us book a restaurant on our late arrival. The flat was comfy and well located ! The floor of the kitchen was a bit sticky

Clean : 100% satisfied Staff and management:- friendly and professional Facilities: easy parking, Netflix apartment is in 4 th floor😔 Couldn’t lock the main bedroom it’s the only negative 😔
• Brandon (9/5): The host met us and made things easy for our stay. All was prepared for us and it was an easy check-in. We got lucky wit - It was a nice, clean apartment great for a large family. On the fourth floor, but no elevator unfortunately.
