• Przemysław (10/5): - Czysty i fajny apartament (2+2) z doskonałą lokalizacją blisko centrum. Wspaniała baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Dubrownika. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem przez Whatsup. Polecam.
• Maria (9/5): - The apartment was really nice, also very well located, close to the center but not in the city center itself, which isn't as accessible. It had all the amenities you'd need, including dishwasher and washing machine and they left a baby chair and clot for free for us to use. The best thing was that it had blinds and no light came inside when you were sleeping, which I found really hard to find when I travel and was really convenient, especially as we were travelling with kids. There is a small hiden beach very close to the apartment which was really nice. It was on the first flor and didn't have lift. As we were travelling with kids and the baby chair that was a bit inconvenient, but still was good overall and we'd come back.
• Shawnee (9/5): Perfect location - Perfect location with the sea (and small beach bar) just outside the back gate - we went for a swim and an espresso every morning before breakfast. Easy 2 minute walk to the old city and to major bus stops. The apartment is nice and spacious with everything you need. The bed was comfy and the shower strong :) There were some building works going on in the floors above, but the host has told us this beforehand so it wasn't a surprise and wasn't much of an issue during our stay - it was only noisy during the day when we were out exploring anyway.

• Johan De Belie (8/5): Spacious appartment close to Pile gate - Very close to old town, perfect if you want to live the Dubrovnik life. Spacious apartment where you can relax a bit, and even do some cooking if you like. Closest, ‘affordable’ parking opportunity is a 20 min walk, up and down. Use public transport or uber, and only get a car when leaving Dubrovnik. The bed itself is ok, but the sheets were not really long/wide enough for two, should be easily fixable.

• Kevin (5/5): The location of the apartment does not make up for the discomfort due to loud construction upstairs with no warning and - Location of property was very convenient for the main gate of the old town. Access to beach through back gate was also very handy We were not told that the apartment was directly below others that were being renovated. Building Noise including hammering, sawing, sanding took place each day (including Saturday) from 8am to 7pm. The owner of the property claimed they had not been made aware of the works until the day before we arrived (although they did not mention it until we complained). The works had obviously been ongoing for more than just a day before we had arrived and we should have been given the chance to change our plans, or provided with a discount. Access to the apartment was through a dusty foyer including building materials. We were not able to rest in the apartment at any time of the day. The owner told us to take our compliant to Booking.com which we have done but are not getting any resolution.

• Nicola (7/5): - Excellent location - only a few minute walk to the old town, despite this was very quiet. Super clean and as pictured. Very spacious apartment, seperate big living area as well. It was located in an older building under renovation which was a bit strange in arrival but that didn’t matter it was quiet and such a good location.
• Tia (10/5): Amazing find close to old town and beach. - The apartment was very spacious with separate kitchen dining/ bedroom/lounge room. There was a washing machine which was very useful. The location was absolutely perfect, only 2min walk away from old town but far enough that the street is quiet. The apartment also backs onto a beach which is nice to have. Very creaky, outdated stairs and entrance. The lock on entrance gate was very stubborn.

• Sean (8/5): A comfortable and well-located apartment with everything we needed nearby - The apartment is very spacious, with plenty of room to relax—aside from the compact bathroom. The bed and couch are both very comfortable, and the rooms are filled with natural light. The host was generous and allowed us to check in early, which was very convenient. A small swimming beach is just outside the back door, and the old town is only a short walk away. The shower is on the small side, but it was manageable.
• Lynn (10/5): Lovely spacious apartment near old city of Dubrovnik - Wonderful location close to the old city of Dubrovnik, restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious, beautifully renovated, has comfortable beds and air conditioning. I greatly appreciated having a washing machine, as I was in the middle of four weeks of travel. The hosts, Kristina and Tino are always available to answer any questions. Kristina and Tino are caring and kind hosts who messaged me during my stay to make certain everything was okay. I liked everything about the apartment.

The only issue we had was that the shower didn’t drain well so showers had to be very short and two people couldn’t shower after each other.

• Felicity (9/5): Very happy, would recommend - Just outside the walls of the old City but quiet and peaceful. Spacious accommodation, very large comfy bed and well equipped. Owner very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend. WiFi patchy and rather slow. Unpredictable, came and went.

• Jan (8/5): Tina is awesome - Awesome location and assets. The host Kristina is just absolutely lovely. If you have any questions you can contact her and she will be very helpful 😇 Very slow and fragile internet. If you need to downóad anything, it could take up to many hours and when the weather is bad, it tends to go offline for the whole day. Not the host’s fault tho if there is no other available ISP. And no broomstick so you can clean crumbs after yourself 😂 but thats just a small thing 😇
• Andrew (9/5): Greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment - Great location for old town. Well equipped, spacious apartment. Kristina let us check out a few hours later than advertised. Quite a few stairs but this would be typical of an old building in this part of town.
• Ian (10/5): If you are looking for a spacious apartment in a fantastic location for the old town then this is perfect. - The apartment is spacious, has everything needed for a short or long stay and is in a fantastic location, only a minute walk to the Old Town Gate. Kristina was a friendly host who was great with communication before and during my stay. 😊
• Sylwia (10/5): A great apartment in a perfect location - The location is absolutely perfect. It's a 3 minutes walk to the Old Town but you avoid high stairs that you can find within the walls. There are small shops, a bakery and small sandwich bars nearby which makes it great to get essentials. The apartment is in an older charming building, with an internal courtyard and a shortcut to a beach. The air-conditioning is a godsend. The bed and wardrobe are massive. The host couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you Kristina!
• Magali (9/5): Perfect - The apartment is very well located right next door. ramparts and a small cove which can be accessed in 2 minutes through the garden gate. relaxation possible on the garden benches. Beautifully and well equipped apartment. Kristine is kind to you, activates you. I was next to her pretty card that we had found when it arrived on the table for my birthday which had taken place the day before.

I'll definitely be coming back! - The location of the accomodation was impeccable, being situated a few minutes walk from the heart of Dubrovnik but being tucked away from the busiest tourist areas was a huge bonus. Directly behind the apartment courtyard (10 metre walk) is a beach and beach bar. The buses that take you to different areas are very close by, with easy access to shops and eateries.
• Julie (8/5): Great apartment - A very comfortable apartment in a great location 5 minutes walk to the old town but very quiet. Also a small beach right outside the back door! Good communication from the owner.
• David (9/5): Superb - Quiet location but less than five minutes to Old Town. Rooms were of a good size with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning in lounge and bedroom. Bathroom was on the small side.
• Mina (10/5): Perfectly located apartment close to the old town. A super and lind host Kristina. - Kristina is such an amazing host. She made sure we had all instructions to access the apartment many days before our arrival. During our stay she always made sure that everything was going well for us. The apartment is perfectly located near the old town. You can reach Pile Gate by walking 2 minutes from the apartment. So, if you have an early tour to catch (usually Pile is a major pickup point), you won’t have to worry about being late. If you have a luggage with you, do not follow Google Maps (it will take you through a street with some steps that you can avoid to spare energy to climb to the 1st floor to the apartment). Instead, follow the main street Ul. Branitelja Dubrovnika (Pile Gate should be behind you), and right after the fast food shop on your left (Sandwich Bar Piles) opposite to the Hilton Imperial you will an easy entrance to the property via Ul. Ivana Kukeljevica.
• Ronald (8/5): A quiet, comfortable apartment close to the Pile Gate - The apartment is spacious, with separate bedroom and living room. It is very quiet and the inner courtyard lets in plenty of light during the day. It was a delight one lunchtime, with the sun shining in from the courtyard. It is only 5 minutes walk to the Pile Gate. The location was perfect for pick-up at the Hilton, opposite for a number of day tours that I took. The kitchen was well-equipped. Kristina was proactive regarding preparation for my stay, and made sure that I had reached the apartment OK. She was quick to answer a few queries that I had. The only negative points were that there were no dishwashing tablets and promised supply never eventuated. I opened the dishwasher and it obviously has not been used for sometime , so maybe it needs maintenance. There were tea towels and dish washing liquid, so that was OK. Also, the fan in the bathroom (next to the kitchen) appeared not to be working. I guess that this is an issue easily missed by cleaning staff, and the bathroom did not fog up despite no fan.

Reactive landlady who responded right away when I messaged on a Sunday. Air conditioning! Don’t open the windows without mosquito nets at night - learned that the hard way.
• Samadhi (8/5): A perfect home away from home. - The location was perfect . An easy walk to most of the main attractions and beach/swimming. It was Spacious and the bed was very comfortable .The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Making checkin easy. No outdoor space .

The location is fantastic for attractions and the bus stops, only short walk without stairs. Kristina was an amazing host with brilliant communication before and during our stay. The check-in and check-out process was simple. Highly recommended this apartment!

• Cactus234 (10/5): Perfect location near Pile gate - Perfect location for visiting Dubrovnik, just a few minutes walk to Pile gate and a few minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is inside a quiet courtyard. The check in information was very clear and easy to follow. Just personal preference, I prefer duvet with cover than fleece blanket
• Olliey (10/5): Exceptional - This place is a hidden gem that gets you to the Old Town in 3 minutes but saves you from all the stairs and crowds living inside the walls. It is located right across Hilton Imperial with supermarkets, bars, and nice bakeries nearby. The building itself is a complex where families share a quiet and green public garden, and through the garden you are 1 minute to the Sulic Beach - small but great view of the fortress. The apartment itself is spacious for two people. We love that bedroom door is not connecting to the living room as it gives each of us some privacy when we need it. Everything in the flat is spotless clean and well functioned. Dishwasher is a plus too! On top of the amenities we also enjoyed the engagement with the owner. Kristina is super friendly and communicative. Check-in info was provided way ahead of time and the check-in process was super easy. This place really remarks on our stay in Dubrovnik and we will definitely stay here again! Everything is great!
