• jenica (9/5): - La cortesia e gentilezza dei Host. Accoglienti e premurosi. Ci hanno persino regalato delle meravigliose tazzine da caffè(porcellane bavaresi), che io ho adorato. Contesto rustico, essenziale nei servizi, nulla di lussuoso. Ma davvero piacevole, quasi intimo il contesto. Delizioso giardino con piante, divanetti e tartaruga 🐢(oramai in letargo) come sottofondo. Locazione davvero consigliatissima. ✨️

• Karolina (8/5): - The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, about 15 minutes by public transport from the center of Pisa. Spacious and clean. Parking is about a 100-meter walk away, but that wasn't a problem.
• Paulina (9/5): - We had a very good stay. The host and staff were very nice and helpful. The apartment had everything you need for a short break. I didn't like the small windows and the noise of planes taking off from the nearby airport. But the nearby airport was an added bonus, as the drive to the airport took us a maximum of 10 minutes.

Il proprietario é stato super disponibile anche nel concedere il check out alle 12. Nell'insieme molto carino e conviviale.Ritornerò sicuramente Nessun difetto

• anita (9/5): - La casa è grande,pulita,luminosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Molto carino il giardino. Ci ha ricevuto un amico del proprietario ( che era via per lavoro ) super gentile ed accogliente. Consigliato!

• Franco (10/5): - Appartamento alle porte di Pisa, situato in un contesto molto tranquillo che pare un oiccolo borgo a sè.. c'è tutto il necessario per un buon soggiorno.. bagno molto grande, bella cucina equipaggiata, letto comodo e aria condizionata.. molto carino anche il piccolo giardino.. gli host sono stati molto gentili e cordiali Niente di particolare.. essendo immerso nel verde ovviamente c'erano molte zanzare, ma gli host forniscono anche spray e piastrine anti insetti, quindi di meglio non potrebbero fare

From the outside, I did wonder; it is a bit messy. HOWEVER, it is true Italy. And I am so glad I didn't book a uniform hotel. Inside, the villa was spotless and basic - just the way I wanted. I had everything I wanted and needed. The outside was just like that old advert with the child shouting 'Mamma'. I was in a village. The hosts were very nice and welcoming, showing me around the villa and telling me about amenities and places to go / transport to use etc. A great little gem of a place. Nothing
• Ecaterina (10/5): Good vibes place, away from - It’s a very cosy place, I loved every minute of our stay here. It is nicely furnished, kitchenette is ok for basic cooking, the bed was one of the best I have slept in, bus station is really close by. Not for fussy, mire uptight travellers, this is a relaxed, good vibes place. If there is a place where you can live up the dolce farniente, this is the place to be. God knows it was hard to leave it, I’d have stayed here forever listening to the cicadas, away from all the city bustle. The complementary quant little garden with a live turtle was also a highlight of our stay. There is nothing to complain about

• Ana (9/5): Highly recommend. - This apartment is in good location, easy access from the station by bus, very clean everything in good condition, me and my husband have been there for a weekend, we were very comfortable. The owner was very nice and friendly , we are highly recommend staying there. The apartment has a functional kitchen, I cooked an exquisite dinner.
