• Isabelle (1/5): Don’t book this - The staff was nice! They answered fast and gave me a full refund. This accommodation does not meet acceptable standards. The room was in very poor condition and extremely dirty. There was so much dust that it affected the air quality and made it difficult to stay there.
• John (8/5): One night stay before early morning flight - Clean and comfortable single room.Caught number 285 bus from over the road at the junction at 4.09am.Night bus on the 285 route leaves every 30 minutes during the night and early morning hours.Just tap on boarding with the driver with your credit or debit card.Bus takes you to and from Heathrow Central bus station,where you can access all terminals and National coaches and local buses.

The kitchen area was well laid out and generally the flat was well equipped. The property was always warm too which was nice. Nothing really.

Nonchalant owner. - There is a very unpleasant woman living ( staying ) in that house, she will scream at you for no reason, judge you of things you haven’t done, and make your stay miserable, slamming doors, shouting out loud, taking long showers and talking to herself . When told the owner about it ( with a voice recording ) he said that he would -investigate- in other words take forever and never came back to me, not even to apologise, clueless about customer service, for this reason and as the woman clearly isn’t normal, I was forced to check in before my end date, and didn’t receive anything back. Not money back not I’m sorry. The house faces a very noise avenue, you won’t sleep well. Check in wasn’t ready until 5pm as the cleaning staff didn’t show up, owner was to give me £10 for the inconvenience, but I asked for £15. Don’t stay here unless there’s nothing else. Mess!

• Lisa (8/5): - I liked the warm comfy bed and the great location with easy access to Heathrow. The street in front is a bit noisy but I am just used to quiet locations. The room was quite small & basic but had what I needed. Obviously London is a very expensive place so that has to be taken into consideration. I wish I had had some access to a kitchen - maybe refrig and/or microwave or cooktop.
• Chelsea (8/5): - Affordable, close to the Falconry which is why I was in the area. People that live here are fantastic and hospitable im traveling solo and felt completely safe here. Not alot of kitchen wear , like baking pans and cooking utensils, tons of silverware and dishes. Bed could use an update but im a plus size person who is picky about beds.

The hall leads on dirty carpet stairs And the is just as bad. Ughhhhh The carpet of room no 3 is extremely flighty and horrible stains..never been cleaned. The rather unconditional bad mattress spring loaded . Seriously need a memory firm. The kitchen is OK But The back glass room and long ivery grown garden is very ugly. MOST INCONVENIENT: The house on RED ROUTE AND DOUBLE YELLOW LINE.

Location was near bus stop and not too far from the train station The neighborhood is a bit run down and perhaps not as safe as expected. I think it is better to send instructions how to check in earlier than 2pm the same day. The plants are flying over the house and that actually disturbs sleep. Probably the window glass is too thin

• OluTeee (1/5): - Staff and owner were very helpful. Room 3 where I was askes to move to was so small and tiny that it couldn't even pass for a criminal holding cell. It was very tragic! Thats was pure extortion.it was so so uncomfortable. I still have nightmares from that experience. Asides the tiny size of room3, everything else good even though i lost my CC in the accommodation. Staff said ownwr were very helpful.

• Buzz Bee (8/5): Good value, nice bright room - Pleasant looking room, comfy, large bed. Table with 2 chairs in room, if you want to take a takeaway back. Room was a reasonable size and clean. Close to Heathrow, but not in the flight path, though the main road outside has quite a bit of traffic, often with sirens. Communication was good. Electric sockets by the bed. Untended front garden, with gate covered in cobwebs gave a poor first impression. 3 rooms were advertised, one saying it had a shared bathroom, the other two just advertised as 'King' (which I booked) and 'standard double'. Please note before booking that you're booking a room in a terraced house. ALL rooms have shared bathroom. I didn't expect that

• Susan (9/5): Convenient, value for money, clean and comfortable - I have stayed here 3 times now and feel it is excellent value for money and perfect for an overnight stop before flying. To get to Terminal 2/3 you exit the property, turn left and left again at the main road and the bus stop is just along on the opposite side of the road on the right . No 285. I have met the owners and their family and they are charming, friendly people.

Free parking on the nearby roads. The main road is quite noisy during the night, so I’d suggest earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

• Nick E (8/5): Good perfectly clean accommodation near Heathrow airport - The house and room was very clean. Very comfortable pillows and the mattress was quite comfortable. Easy to get to from Terminal 5 by local bus. There are a few places to eat and a convenience store around the corner. There is a kitchen were you might be able to use the microwave oven. There was a fan in the room. But I found the bedding too hot. Would be good to have thinner summer bedding as there is no Air conditioning. I did not sleep well at all. It was simply too hot. I would have liked a personal small towel for the floor in the shared bathroom or for use to dry face and hands.

• Tabea (7/5): Genau was wir für einen kurzen Londontrip gebraucht haben. - Klein und fein. Man hatte seine Privatsphäre und die Bus/Zug/U-Bahnverbindungen sind sehr gut. Man hat nur etwa 1h ins Zentrum und etwa 30min an den Flughafen. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist top Der Teppichboden ist ein wenig unhygienisch. Das Haus ist ausserdem sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles!

Shared bathroom not clearly indicated in the room title (but indicated in description), so we were not aware it was shared when booking.
• Alice (10/5): 空港から近くで立地が良い上にオーナーさんもとても親切！ - ヒースロー空港から490番のバス1本で来れて、バス停からも徒歩2分くらいのところにあるので、早朝便でも重い荷物があっても全く問題ありませんでした。オーナーさんも本当に親切でドライヤーを貸してくださったり、キッチンを使わせていただけたりと色々と助けていただきました。メッセージもお忙しい中、すぐに返答してくださりました。また、部屋も清潔感がありペットボトルのお水とお菓子も用意しておいてくださりました。 またロンドンに行く機会があったらまた泊まりたいです！！ありがとうございました😊

• Lucy (7/5): - Great location, very comfortable bed. Lots of dust and hair on the floor in the bedroom and the downstairs bathroom was not great - stained grouting/silicone. I asked about tea and coffee making facilities. I was told there were tea bags so to help myself. Well there were only a few ginger tea bags! I had to go out and purchase normal tea and milk, as the milk in the fridge was 10 days out of date. Not great, this would be minimal cost to provide tea bags and coffee and some milk.

Really good location, near public transports and a big Tesco's. Nice experience. The room did not have a TV. Not that I would use it, but potentially other people would. That's my only less positive observation.

• Nicholas (10/5): Perfect for someone who travels light and needs a bed for the night before an early flight. - I booked this property because it is an easy 15-20 min walk from Acton Town station, one stop from Heathrow and therefore ideal for a stopover for an early flight. It was everything I wanted. Communication with the host was excellent and access was easy, one could turn up very late and leave early without any issue. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, it had a kettle, tea and even a biscuit, and the bathroom was tidy and clean as well. It was great value for money. You'd probably not want to stay here if you like hotel-level facilities. It was a private house, the bedroom along the landing from the bathroom, but for someone wanting a comfortable bed for the night on the way to the airport at half the price of an airport hotel, it is ideal. Moreover, the walk to Acton Town in the fresh air in the early morning is something very worthwhile if you are to sit for the next however hours on a plane. For what I wanted, I had no issues with this property. I wanted a comfortable bed for the night and I got it!
• Kien Tran (9/5): Totally recommend. - Clean room, quiet, close to bus stop to the airport. Clean bathroom with a bath. Towels are provided. The lock on the door to the room is tricky to figure out at first (don't close the door all the way to lock). Once or twice you can hear people walking on the stair, but nothing major.
