Important Information

Linen It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00. Peak Periods Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Anita (9/5): This is a great house, we had three families stay and there was heaps of room. - We loved the spacious rooms and surplus supplies ex. Heaps of cups, plates, platters etc There wasn’t really any thing we didn’t like. There could have been a grater in the kitchen and more drinking glasses suitable for children to use.

Clare (8/5): A home away from home, a few minutes drive from cowes. It is a lovely, relaxing place for time out. - The comfort of a home away from home , the spa was relaxing , the fact it had heating during winter. A relaxing place to stay. The main tv couldn't figure out how to get netflix.

Repeka (10/5): Exceptional - The house met all the needs we were looking for. Nice and big enough room for all of us to not feel like we were on top of each other. Close to everything you need while visiting Cowes. Upon arrival in the downstairs bedroom pillowcases were dirty and soap leftover in bathroom. Lucky we did bring our own linen as we were told linen was not supplied.
