• Carmen (10/5): Excellent stay in a quiet and comfortable location - The apartment is very easily accessible from the highway, making it ideal for a comfortable stop during your travels. The area is quiet and perfect for relaxation, and the parking is safe, right in front of the house. You can also reach the city center on foot with a pleasant walk. The apartment is spacious, bright, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, and the thoughtful touches from the host – water, coffee, and candies – were much appreciated. Nothing to mention.

Jego dodatkowym atutem jest położenie - tuż przy parku oraz trasie rowerowej nad Kocą. sam gospodarz przywitał nas z "sercem na dłoni". Pomógł dostać sie do jednej z lepszych restauracji w jakich ostatnio byliśmy.

• Giancarlo (10/5): - Inizialmente avevo prenotato per una sola notte, ma alla fine, vista l’ottima esperienza, sono rimasto due notti. Ho viaggiato con il mio cagnolino e ho apprezzato molto il fatto che siamo stati entrambi accolti con grande gentilezza. L’alloggio è meraviglioso: al mattino mi ha accolto una splendida vista sul parco davanti alla casa, illuminato dall’alba. Un momento davvero speciale. L’appartamento è molto accogliente, caldo e confortevole – ti fa sentire come a casa. Anche il parcheggio è semplice e comodo, un grande vantaggio. Il proprietario, Dean, è estremamente gentile e allo stesso tempo molto professionale. Sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare. L’unico piccolo dettaglio che qualcuno potrebbe considerare è che l’appartamento si trova al secondo piano e non c’è l’ascensore, il che può essere un lieve inconveniente se si viaggia con una valigia grande. Tuttavia, l’atmosfera dell’appartamento e la cordialità del proprietario compensano pienamente questo aspetto. Ringrazio sinceramente Dean per l’ospitalità e sono certo che ci rivedremo. Lo consiglio vivamente!

• Mar_And_Mat (1/5): Letto sporco: abbiamo dovuto dormire sul divano. Location okay, generalmente parlando, ma letto no - Posizione della location molto buona per chi si trova in macchina. Booking mi contesta che ho dato valutazioni positive alla struttura complessiva e alla location, quindi sostiene che non posso dare valutazione di 1 totale. L'appartamento è oggettivamente bello. Tuttavia, la mancanza di letto pulito non ha consentito di dormire e quindi si azzera la valutazione nonostante l'edificio sia carino, appartamento adeguatamente arredato. Alle 00.30 mi reco a dormire con la mia partner ed emerge che il letto dove dormivamo non era pulito, con abbondanza di capelli e peli rimasti sul copri-materasso, sotto al piumone. Chiaramente qualcuno ha ritenuto di non dover pulire il letto o cambiare lenzuola e federe dopo il precedente ospite. Abbiamo cercato disperatamente un ricambio di lenzuola in tutti gli armadi (avremmo passato una notte tranquilla dimenticato l'accaduto), ma la policy della struttura è di fornire solamente la biancheria da letto che hanno deciso di fornire (evidentemente non lavata) e al massimo dare accesso a una coperta di lana. Vista l'ora, abbiamo trovato soluzione di fortuna dormendo sul divano (e la mia ragazza prima ha provato a stendere la coperta di lana "sopra" al letto). Non abbiamo contattato il titolare perché ormai era tarda notte. Il problema è sostanzialmente il solito: questi appartamenti privati hanno soppiantato strutture ricettive professionali che faticano a tirare a campare, ma poi la situazione è sempre con figure di riferimento improvvisate, che non abitano nelle vicinanze della struttura. Una cosa dovevano fare: darci un letto pulito. E non ci sono riusciti. Il resto della struttura è okay, come dicevo nei lati positivi. Inizialmente avevo pensato di non fare proprio la recensione, ma l'insistenza di booking mi conduce a farlo una volta per tutte. Non tornerò mai più in questa struttura.

• Vincenzo (10/5): - I proprietari sono Super gentili e sanno come accogliere un ospite l'appartamento supera tutte le aspettative che un ospite può cercare . per noi è stato come stare a casa nostra e abbiamo passato un buon natale eravamo già stati in questo appartamento ci siamo ritornati e ci ritorneremo in futuro. Il sig.Dean è una persona speciale sempre attento a curare i minimi particolari per migliorare l'accoglienza degli ospiti non c'è altro da dire che: ECCEZIONALE N.N.

• Katerina (10/5): Come se fossimo a casa - Dean è stato molto carino e disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Già prima dell'arrivo potevamo chiedere dei dettagli in merito all'alloggio. La consegna delle chiavi è andata benissimo, ci ha fatto vedere tutto e spiegato le cose importanti. L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito, provisto di tutto il necessario (e più di quello). Ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo a casa, compresi i cani. Per loro c'erano pure le cucce e ciottole pronte (abbiamo ricevuto anche un cioccolattino per noi e delle ricompense per loro). Il parco di fronte era anche una cosa molto utile e comoda per noi. Il nostro soggiorno era proprio rilassante. Grazie ancora :-) -

• Christine (10/5): - Außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattetes, relativ neu renoviertes Appartement. Auch an die notwendigen Mückengitter wurde gedacht. Im Kühlschrank stehen Bier, Sekt, Wasser und Knabbereien bereit. Hier kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen. Gleich nebenan ist eine einfache Trattoria mit guter Küche Dean ist ein sehr positiver Mensch und liebenswürdiger Gastgeber. Er hat uns so herzlich empfangen, da kann man sich nur "wie zuhause" fühlen. Vielen lieben Dank dafür

• Andreas (10/5): Top Aufenhalt in Görz - Wir wurden von Dean einem ganz lieben und aufmerksamen Gastgeber berüßt. Er hat uns in Alles eingewießen und sich auch während unseres Aufenthals immer nach Wünschen erkundigt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss ohne Aufzug. Das Fahrzeug kann direkt vor dem Haus auf einme privaten Parkplatz geparkt werden. Es ist eine ganz toll ausgebaute Dachgeschosswohnung mit zwei Zimmern und Klimaanlage. Der Fußweg in das Zentrum ist ca. 25 min. Einkaufen ist möglichst mit dem Fahrzeug zu erledigen(unsere Erfahrung). Neben dem Haus ist ein kleine italienisches Restaurant in welchen man gut Essen kann. Ansonsten gibt es einige Cafees und Restaurant auf dem Weg zum Stadtzentrum.

На няколко крачки от апартамента има ресторант с хубава храна. Апартамента е много удобен, чисто и има всичко необходимо. Намира се до парка, тихо и спокойно място. Невероятно е. The apartment is beautifully decorated – minimalistic yet modern – with thoughtful design touches like the Philips lighting that created a cozy, even romantic atmosphere. It’s cozy, spacious, and feels like home the moment you walk in. The kitchen is super well equipped, the bathroom has everything you need, and the bed is wonderfully comfortable, giving us the quality rest we hoped for. The place is set a bit outside the city center, but it’s only a 5-minute car ride away, so no sweat at all. Plus, Gorizia has plenty of parking available for visitors in the city center, and the free parking spot at the apartment was one of the main reasons we considered and booked the place. Finally, Dean was an amazing host – responsive, available for any questions, but never intrusive. It truly felt like I had a local friend on speed dial, which made exploring Gorizia so much easier. All in all, an amazing stay that exceeded all our expectations. N/A

The chocolate treats on the bed were very thoughtful. Clean towels. There was some road construction outside which is am sure is a very short thing but it happened to be when we stayed there.
• Markodebeljak (10/5): Exceptional - This lovely apartment is located in the ledge of Gorizia which gives you a very calm and quiet experience. Few meters away there is a beautiful park next to the famous Isonzo river. Apartment itself is very clean, beautifly decorated and with an amazing morning view of the sunrise. City center is not far away, over there its very easy to find main tourist attractions. Owner is very nice, generous and helpful so you'll have an easiest time communicating with him. Would highly recomend 🍀
• Renata (10/5): It's simply better than home! - It exceeded all my expectations! Better than home! There is everything, really everything, that serves total comfort and convenience. Clean, modern, high-quality furniture, special lighting, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large refrigerator with a deep freezer, coffee and tea making facilities with ready-made tea filters and coffee, sugar, etc. Private parking space directly in front of the house. The owner is very kind and helpful, he does everything to make us feel good! The apartment is a little away from the noise of the city, in a calm place with clean air, close to the Isonzo river, you can take a nice walk nearby on the river bank, it is also beautiful. The city center by car is approx. 9 minutes. There is also a restaurant right next door. Nothing like that, I was very satisfied with everything.

• Renato (10/5): Super comfortable stay in Gorizia - Súper clean well organized apartment with everything needed to cook, do laundry and just enjoy time in Gorizia. The bathroom is wonderful and Dean is super responsive for everything whenever needed. I couldn’t have asked for more. The pillows are a bit hard, some might like them this way though. Other than that, everything was perfect.
