• Ahmed (1/5): - In primis la maleducazione e la disonestà nei confronti di una famiglia con un bambino di 2 anni, siamo rimasti 2 giorni senza acqua dove i proprietari non hanno avuto neanche la decenza di avvisarci, in modo tale da poterci organizzare prima del rientro a casa, ma semplicemente scoprirlo da noi senza avere soluzioni una volta rientrati. Una volta chiesto spiegazioni ci hanno semplicemente risposto che non era un problema dipeso da loro ma di tutto il palazzo, fregandosene dei propri ospiti! Per non parlare del fatto che la casa disponeva come da foto di una sola camera da letto, di una poltrona e di un divano ma che una volta arrivati non era letto, perciò non è una casa che può ospitare 4 adulti e 1 bambino.
• Dhimitra (10/5): - Φανταστικό σπίτι με υπέροχη θέα και πεντακάθαρο η κυρία Ελένη πουασ εξυπηρέτησε ήταν πολύ ευγενική και ευχαριστως ανθρώπος μας βοήθησε και με τα μαγαζιά και αξιοθέατα που μπορούσαμε να επισκεφτούμε όλα ήταν υπέροχα σίγουρα θα ξανά επισκεφτώ την πόλη και το ίδιο σπίτι !!!

• Oleh (7/5): It could be a perfect apartment, but... - Even though the apartment is quite spacious and pleasant, it’s obviously unfinished and not fully equipped for comfortable living. The large couch, new TV, nice and quality bathroom, big balcony with a lovely view, and two air conditioners are great However, the fridge looks about 20 years old and its main door doesn’t close properly, which keeps it warm and causes it to leak. We had to prop it shut with a chair and a 6-liter water container just to keep it almost closed – but even that isn’t enough. There’s mold hidden behind the bed. I’m not an expert, but it seems inactive — hopefully — yet it’s hard to understand why it hasn’t just been scraped off and the wall repainted for safety and aesthetics. The bed itself is too soft, which isn’t healthy, and the pillows are good for sitting up to read, not for sleeping. The kitchen is also missing basic items like a cutting board, grater, kitchen knives, and tea cups. There are odd cables sticking out of the floor in every room, and light bulbs are missing proper fixtures. It wasn’t clean enough, especially the couch — there were food crumbs and lots of tiny particles that looked like dandruff. It could have easily been vacuumed in 2 minutes at most. It could be a perfect apartment with just a little investment. An Ok fridge costs about a week’s rent; a good fridge costs about 2 weeks rent but would last at least 10 years. What a shame
