• Bligh-wall (8/5): - Excellent accommodation and good value for London. The only issue was the damp smell in the passage leading up to the accommodation which can be a bit of a worry when you first arrive. There was also a lounge in the pictures which the room didn't have. It wasn't really that important as the room was excellent for what we required.

Muy cómodo. Lo peor del alojamiento diría que es que solo hay una silla y éramos dos personas entonces eso fue un poco incómodo a la hora de comer en el apartamento… deberían de poner dos sillas!

But everyone needs one! The loo seat was broken. Your publicity deals fairly with the noise problem, but it is pity that the expensive modernising of the apartment did not include soundproof windows.

The staircase to the third-floor apartment is so narrow my suitcase wouldn’t even fit — you literally can’t get proper luggage up there. • Virginie (7/5): Aangenaam verblijf, goede prijs-kwaliteit voor Londen - Voldoende (bewegings)ruimte, want vaak zijn de kamers in Londen best klein, dus zeker een meevaller ! Propere badkamer. Goede faciliteiten, veel voorzieningen (haardroger, keukengerei, toiletgerief, zeep, etc.). Er lagen zelfs oordopjes, wat zeer welkom was in deze luidruchtige straat (politie, ambulance & brandweer vlakbij dus passeren geregeld), maar dit was vooraf goed gecommuniceerd, dus geen verrassing. Goed bereikbaar via openbaar vervoer (bus & metro's) ! Ook heel fijn dat we voor inchecktijd onze bagage al mochten komen afzetten (zonder in te checken). Kamer zag er properder uit op foto's, die kan wel wat opfrissing gebruiken (muren schilderen, schade wegwerken, ...). Ook de gang mag wel mee gekuist worden door de kuisploeg (tapijt was heel vuil). Bed was best smal (voor koppel met zwangere vrouw & zwangerschapskussen).

• Gina (10/5): - We had everything we needed for. Short visit to London. Base location was suitably placed for a short walk to the tube station. Everything you need locally from decent cafes (full monty highly recommended) and local shops to a range of local pubs, with some nice walks through parks or along the canals if staying local. I think it could do with a touch up here and there nothing too concerning.

• Rosie (6/5): Overall, dissapointed. Not worth the money. - Property was a great location. The listing made it unclear which apartment you’d be getting. Also when we arrived the general maintenance of the place could be using with a bit of up-keep. Scratches on walls, cobweb between the panels, old washing up sponges. There was also crumbs left between the drawers, some utensils that didn’t seem like they’d been cleaned, hob that hadn’t been wiped, a bathmat that could have used replacing. There was also stain spots on the bedding. Dust between the slats of the blinds, I could go on. It is loud at night but Iwas more bothered about the cleanliness of the place.

• Epremian (1/5): Séjour gâché par une inondation et une gestion décevante de la situation. - Rien du tout le séjour était catastrophique Notre séjour a été marqué par un incident majeur : une inondation dans la chambre. De l’eau s’est infiltrée, rendant la pièce partiellement impraticable et créant une forte humidité. Cela a été extrêmement inconfortable et stressant. En plus de cela : • Propreté insuffisante à l’arrivée • Chambre plus petite que sur les photos • Isolation phonique inexistante (beaucoup de bruit la nuit, portes qui claquent) • Manque de réactivité du personnel face à la situation et aucun remboursement n’a été effectué. Nous n’avons reçu ni solution rapide ni compensation adaptée pour ce problème sérieux. Pour le prix payé à Londres, le niveau de service est inacceptable.

• Maček Fabijanić (6/5): - Smještaj je na odličnoj poziciji, blizina dvije podzemne, autobusi .. U istoj ulici ima nekoliko manjih trgovina za potrebe hrane, postoji i Tesco nešto dalje,Caffe shopovi se nalaze u neposrednoj blizini kao i nekoliko pubova. Smještaj je bio ok, kada smo stigli domaćin nam je dao krivu šifru za preuzimanje ključeva pa smo se osjećali kao budale koje pokušavaju provaliti u stan. Domaćin nam se ispričao i dao isprvnu šifru. Kada smo ušli u prostor, on je bio strašno hladan, a grijalo se cijeli prostor na jedan električno radijator. To nas je malo iznenadilo jer je bilo problematično svakodnevno zagrijavanje prostora, jer nismo mogli ostaviti taj radijator da radi cijeli dan. Urednost je bila dobra, kupaona je imala malo čudan miris, ali je bila uredna i opremljena. TV nema nikakve programe, samo Netflix, a i on nam je prestao raditi nakon 4 dana. Sve u svemu je bilo ok, ali ima mjesta za popravak. 7/10 :)

The studio was clean, modern, and well laid out, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to rest. Location was convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities and transport, making it ideal for a quick overnight work stop. Overall, a comfortable and efficient stay — I’d happily book again for future work trips.

Toothbrush 🪥, coffee capsules ☕️ ... I can say, it's the first time I have stayed somewhere which I loved and didn't want to leave. This place is my house in london anymore. For me the place was amazing but also the host is very helpful, kind and attentive. All those make it 5 🌟. All was amazing. I have to tell it, you do your job very well! Thank you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
• Razi (10/5): great stay in this well connected location for tourist - This was a great place to stay in London. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and feels much bigger than most places in the area for a studio apartment. Everything was exactly as described, from the sleeping arrangements to the amenities provided. We especially appreciated how organised everything was, check-in was smooth, instructions were clear, and the apartment had thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming. The area is lively and full of character, with excellent transport links close by. The host was attentive and professional throughout our stay, always responsive and genuinely keen to make sure we were comfortable. Overall, a very good experience and great value for the location. We’d definitely recommend it to other travellers. Everything was perfectly fine.

The space was bright, comfortable, and well laid out, with everything we needed for a short city stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The location is a big plus, very well connected with shops, cafés, and public transport nearby, making it easy to get around London. Despite being on a lively street, the apartment itself felt private and secure.
• Anne-Marie (3/5): A disappointing experience. - This property has a lot of potential. The staff’s online communication was timely. The local area is convenient to the train station and had the usual convenience stores nearby. The sheets were clean. The shower was hot and the towels were also clean. We had the ground floor apartment at the back of the property. With the windows shut, it wasn’t so noisy. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the property was substandard and it shouldn’t be available to book in the current condition. There is extensive black mould on the cornice of the skylights. We only discovered this on day 3 of a 4 night stay. But at the beginning of Day 2, an odor from the shower drain became significant - it wafted into the main lounge area. Water pooled in the shower. While the property said it deep cleans the apartment, the standard of the cleaning clearly doesn’t bring the condition of the property to a standard to make it bookable. We contacted the property about the mould and they wanted to come and check it but as tourists we weren’t available when they could inspect it - but the fact of the matter is, the apartment shouldn’t be available in this condition. Once this is addressed, the property could be made available but the following would also bring this up to standard - instructions to operate TV, heating, dishwasher, rubbish removal,) etc, tea towel and face washers provided, foyer tidied up (remove uncollected mail lying on the floor).

• Fiona (8/5): Nice, clean, good location. A few minor fixes would uograde it to excellent. - Great location. Clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. Nice heated floor in the bathroom! Working TV that played nicely with our Netflix account. Annoyingly, the shower was so clogged with limescale that the overhead didn’t work at all, and we had to manage with a hand spray - not easy for washing long hair :(. Another frustration was the absence of hooks to hang stuff on - an easy problem to fix that would make life much easier for wash kits, towels, coats etc! There was only one chair in the double room - which meant that one of us had to sit on the bed to eat, read, etc. Investing in a couple of flat-topped ikea stools would be worthwhile - they could be easily stored under the desk area, and used by guests to sit on, for draping clothes, or as bed-side tables - making the tiny studio space easier to live in for a few days.

Roman Road is noisy (ear plugs are provided) and although it’s doubled glazed, the windows need to be open on a hot summers’ day.

• Aneka (9/5): Really tastefully done - The property was a bit smaller than anticipated as it is described as a studio. It is however, the size of the average Aparthotel room and really tastefully done. The kitchen and bathroom were added onto what looks like a hotel room with ample storage and a lot of attention paid to the stylish bathroom which was a wonderful surprise. Loved the bathroom - the toothbrushes and earplugs were a thoughtful touch as the room is roadside. Kitchen was well equipped, especially for a one night stay. Wi-fi worked well and there were all the amenities you would expect of a hotel room - towels, tv, and bottled water. Really exceptional value for money.

All TV options available Netflix etc which I would not usually expect. Great location, good food shops very close to the apartment. Great kitchen with all necessary items. Owners very responsive and immediately will attend to any issue and resolve. Traffic noise
• Anqi (3/5): Poor - The location is excellent—very close to the city centre, which made getting around really convenient. The facilities were in poor condition, as if someone had a fight in there. The faucet was loose, the overhead showerhead was unstable and sprayed water in all directions. Also, the listing photos are misleading—the area to the right of the kitchen is actually a bathroom, not the countertop shown in the pictures.

Instructions were clear, and communication with the host was easy and smooth There were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance: trash on the terrace, a crooked headboard, and an oil stain (likely from a hair mask) on the headboard. Some finishing details in the apartment were quite visible and could be improved. The bed was very springy, which might affect comfort depending on personal preference

Roomy fridge and freezer, full size oven and hob, slimline dishwasher. Well heated and insulated from noise (it's on a main road / bus route). Comfortable double bed. Hosts responsive when a fuse tripped. Nothing much. Wet room is a little on the small side for tall people (Mind Your Head over the basin). Utensils a bit basic for a longer stay (e.g. no frying pan). But meets expectations for this type of studio flat.
