• Elena (1/5): - Gute Lage Sehr dreckig, überall waren Haare. Das Badezimmer sowie die Böden waren nicht geputzt, das WC hat teilweise auch nicht funktioniert.

• Sladjana (9/5): nette Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick - Sehr schön eingerichtet, Küche ist ok eingerichtet das nötigste ist vorhanden… die Lage der Wohung ist super im Bau ist eine Bäckerei sowie ein Cafe … der Garagenplatz war auch vorhanden was sehr toll ist in der Umgebung. Das Personal ist sehr nett und der junge Mann ist auf alle unsere Frage eingangen und uns gleich geholfen ein großes Danke an ihm. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft und das halbe Badezimmer stand unter Wasser anbei Fotos und zu wenige Hand.- bzw Duschtücher. Geschirrtücher wären auch super welche dazu haben. Der Balkon bzw das Gelände ist sehr dreckig und staubig.

• Sergei (7/5): Nice place to stay in Belgrade - Great area around, underground parking and helpful concierge in the building. Perfect bakery with coffee on the first floor. Very easy to get anywhere in Belgrade from here. Apartment need small fixes like broken towel rail, broken shower head, cooker was not working we used provided mobile stove. Curtains was not working well.

• Carmen-alina (10/5): Cozy apartment in a nice area - The apartment is located in a residential area/complex. Close by you have a lot of options for brunch and coffee, you are close to the Sava Promenade and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre or to the fortress. A small issue was the noise you hear from outside, especially the tram that goes on the bridge, it’s really loud, but there’s not much you can do about it.

• Maria (6/5): Coffee issues reveal management inconsideration - The location is great if you want to explore the new complex at the waterfront. Walkable to the promenade and the mall. We had a late check-in as we were traveling to a few different places that day. We checked in around 8, exhausted and in need of a cup of coffee. After grabbing groceries from the very nearby store (Maxi), we discovered that the oven was working, but the stove was not. We did use the oven to bake a frozen pizza but could not use the stove top to make turkish coffee as the thing would not turn on. At that point, we decided to use the provided Nespresso machine. Turns out it also did not want to turn on. My daughter drinks tea during the night, but I couldn't make that either as the electric kettle provided was so covered with limescale that I dared not use it or have my kid drink water boiled in it. We called the number listed on Booking.com, and the lady informed us to call her husband as she did not know what to do to make either things work. So, we called the number of the man who greeted us and collected the payment, thinking this was the owner, but he told us to call yet another number as he does not know what to do. Finally, we ended up talking to the owner, who had us check the fusebox. Since the fusebox did not show that any breakers were tripped, he had us send him photos of the stove. He concluded that there was nothing he could do as he was not an electrician. Up to this point, we were annoyed but not upset. Now, I completely understand that things happen and that technology can malfunction even after being checked that day. But to just tell us there's nothing he can do without even offering to bring coffee (or send someone to bring it), ask the building reception to arrange for coffee, to bring a hot plate, replace the Nespresso machine or, if all else is impossible, offer a discount (however small; either for current or future stay) for the annoyance and to show that he appreciates us as his paying guests is something I do NOT understand.

• Marko (7/5): Good - Location, convenient parking in the building, nice apartment. The sheets and bad covers were worn off, even dirty. Place was not cleaned for a while and there was dust on all surfaces. Very basic decoration and equipment. Maintenance should be drastically improved.

• Jose (8/5): A great intro to Belgrade - Loved the location near the waterfront. The apartment was spacious and well equipped except maybe the kitchen. The fact that we didn’t know we had to heat the water; also access was a little complicated but we eventually found our way around.

• Zaim (10/5): Excellent value - Everything was perfect, from the welcome of the owners to the confort of the appartment, particularly well equipped (free private parking spot, good WiFi, modern fridge, washing machine, iron,...). Nothing special, just maybe the bed a little bit noisy when you turn around but nothing serious
