Guest Reviews
- Teresa (6/5): OK - We were a family of 8 adults and needed a large house with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. This property tick that box Communication from the owner was not great. I asked owner several times for key code in the 24 hours before our arrival. We arrived at property at 4:15 and still no code. After another call & text she sent it. There were not enough bath towels and no hand towels or bath mats. We discovered the laundry from previous occupants was left in a damp musty heap in the utility room. I asked the owner to drop towels to us and was promised bath & hand towels the following morning before 10. That never happened. There was very little cutlery and kitchen utensils and what was there needed washing before use. The dining chairs are falling apart and only 6 for a property that advertises for 10 people. The rubbish was overflowing the bins which were left in the back garden. Definitely take pillows as previous comments suggested. In general, we felt there was no pre-guest preparation to make you feel at home. It felt like a student house.

- Thuy (9/5): - House is big and comfortable. Good for 2 family with kids
- Kelsy (1/5): Extremely disappointed the place was not fit for purpose - The location and they let us check in 2 hours early which was very kind All of it it was dirty not even a cloth to wipe about beds full of hair pillows stunk dirty toilets bath showers so bad we could not use there was bin fulls of rubbish left outside it stunk through the whole house mould everywhere. Dirty walls floor carpet there was marijuana cigarette upstairs on top of the radiator and the whole top floor stunk of weed

- Lee (1/5): We didn’t stay. It was seriously unhygienic and should be shut down - We didn’t stay. It was seriously unhygienic and should be shut down. We didn’t stay. It was seriously unhygienic and should be shut down
- Ariannr Elise (5/5): You get what you pay for/ less. - Plenty of room and easy access to town. Private parking was very useful as well. The property was not as well maintained as the photos advertised. In addition, there were several patches of black mould in the room, which made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. The amenities were also limited. The listing stated that towels would be provided, but when we arrived, there were none available, and a used (wet) towel had been left out. We also noticed that the fire extinguisher appeared to have already been used, which raised safety concerns.

- Amelia (7/5): Overall, good location, clean but not perfect but that’s okay! - Very close to Bournemouth town, there is also a McDonald’s, Lidl, Aldi and garage down the road! £10 uber into bmouth town which is perfect Some of the house was quite worn, the chairs were a bit knackered and some lights were hanging out the ceiling.
- Richard (10/5): -
- Sara (4/5): Reasonable space - The house was a reasonable size
The kitchen was of a good standard. Even when previously arranging a time to commence tenancy the host was absent taking up the only parking space for the property in a road that was restricted by both single & double yellow lines. When she eventually returned it became obvious that shopping had been prioritised over getting a key cut as per the large Primark bag she carried. We had to wait approx 30 minutes for the host to show!
The house was furnished cheaply with items unsafe for use or broken. There were not enough seats in the dining room for the amount of people - kids had to sit on the floor to eat). One dining chair was unusable due to requiring repair leaving only 5 chairs for a tenancy of 8. Majority of seats were marked / stained.
The shower mat in the downstairs shower room was soaking wet (and didn’t dry out the whole weekend) therefore we chose not to use it as we considered it a health & safety issue as we didn’t know how it had got wet. A downstairs shower was one of the reasons we chose this property as one of our party was disabled.
The wardrobes also were considered a health & safety risk due to the backing of them had become free affecting the Integrity of the structure. Dangerously teetering once the doors were opened - a danger to the children in the party.
The curtains in the downstairs bedroom did not fit the window leaving approx one foot uncovered seriously affecting the occupants privacy.
Kitchen utensils were of a cheep variety and the knives wouldn’t even cut a sausage much to everyone’s hilarity!
The house was not as clean as we would have liked with cut toenails in an upstairs bedroom and hairs in the bed which led us to believe that the bed sheets hadn’t been changed. There was however, a rack of sheets drying in the utility which made the movement around the fridge freezer difficult. There were also sheets left out drying on the outside table. These should have been put away prior to us taking tenancy.
- Harishwari (10/5): Would visit again:) - The rooms were quite spacious and maintained well. The bathrooms were very clean. Check in and check out process was very smooth. The host was very responsive even on Christmas eve which I am very grateful for!
- Azmeh (7/5): Great, comfortable & fun, could be improved some - Location Few broken (toilet seat), unsteady items (dining table) but overall liveable
- Ella (10/5): - Clean and spacious, had everything we needed.
- Macey (8/5): -
- Sophie (3/5): - It was near to the party we were going to. Very disappointed, the property was not clean, there were no lampshades and it smelt damp in most rooms.
The front door is dangerous and a fire risk as you need a key to get out, you can also just walk in from the street without a key.
There were dirty wet rags left on the radiators. The tea towels were filty and a dirty old sponge was left to out for washing up.
The kitchen utensils were sticky, the glasses and crockery looked dirty.
There are stains on the curtains in the back room and the wheelie bin was full with a full bag of rubbish left on top.
We could wait to leave.
- Rosie (4/5): A nice size property but could have been cleaned better - The house was a nice size, with lots of bedrooms and two 3 bathrooms which was brilliant. We loved having a patio garden outside. The house wasn’t very clean. I did send a direct message to the host to just let her know this and I received no reply, when I asked a few days later if my message had been received I got a one word response of “yes” and nothing else which was disappointing as an apology for the cleanliness would have been much appreciated.
- JAVID (9/5): Recommend - The house was very clean along with the bed sheets. The kitchen was equipped with everything you may need for cooking. Conveniently placed next to local shops and malls, and a 15 minute walk to the beach. Parking is a bit tight on the driveway if you have a large car but still doable. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to family and friends. The wardrobe's have seen better days. The dining chairs need tightening up.
- Laura (9/5): Bournemouth - Everything was ok, nice house Crazy neighbour
- nasir Hussain (10/5): - The house was very clean with all the home facilities beds were very comfortable. Front door and upstairs toilet lock needs to be repaired
- Muhammad (8/5): - Clean & spacious Please change the cleaning mop
- Samantha (9/5): Central location, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds & fabulous showers! - Clean, spacious & easy to access Nothing
- Joseph (2/5): Never again too dirty - It was spacious Not enough towels 5 for 7 people and the glasses and cups were dirty and the house wasn’t clean
- Edwin (5/5): - Huis in vetrouwbare wijk Was niet zo schoon.
- Sunita (8/5): Relaxing - It was big and spacious
- Mandy (7/5): Good - Great location for O2 arena. Good for large group of people with bedrooms. Communication not so good.
Only parking for one car.
Beds need extra/new pillows as completely flat and only one towel per room. Wardrobe hanging off wall.
- Jessica (9/5): A very good stay for my sisters birthday, wil book again! - Very clean it’s a big house with big rooms!
The beds was very comfy, the communication with the owner was really good. Will definitely be booking again. Nothing everything was great
- Ramachandran (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice property. Neat and clean. Property is very cozy.
- Saniya (7/5): Good -
- Zoltán (5/5): we were able to sleep. - Spacious rooms.quiet area.
few little touches were welcomed, such as a few teabags and sugar
beds were comfy Communication. I indicated the expected time of arrival several times. between 4-5pm. I received a call after 3pm asking when I would arrive. I indicated 16.30. It was almost 5 o'clock when we got there but the cleaning was not yet ready. We had to leave and come back later. Completely disorganized.
The quality of cleaning is poor. I don't think it has been mopped for days. I could see it on the floor 1 TV was in the relatively small livingroom but we couldn't use it because the remote control did not work. Probably needs to check the battery more often. We couldn't even do laundry because the washing machine was full. It's not the guest's job to unload it. dirty beddings left behind all over the floor in the laundry room. There is a huge coffee stain on the wall in the downstairs room. It's not pretty.
First impressions weas `looks clean`. however : Doors are dirty, especially the kitchen door. mirrors on the wardrobes are very dirty too.
would be nice if they could provide washing up liquid and clean sponge (which was very used and disgusting)
- Jessica (8/5): Very good - Very spacious and very clean We struggled to open the front door from the inside but aside from that property was perfect!
- Kyle (9/5): Superb -
- Viktoriia (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed our staying and appreciate the hospitality of the hosts. The house is big and cozy and has everything for comfortable accommodation
- Paul (8/5): Good choice for O2 Arena stay. - Location for O2 arena. The two triple bedrooms helped accommodate a good number of people staying. Some tea bags and long life milk would have been good please. A few extra mugs too. Thanks
- Louise (7/5): Good -
- Flower (10/5): Exceptional - House was great. Area was brilliant... had a fantastic stay N/A
- Sayo (9/5): Would definitely stay again, as I really enjoyed the property - The location is good, very central. Lovely rooms, comfy beds, clean property. Really good amount of space and a great stay overall. I had to message and eventually call the host to get any information on how to access the property. Only space for one car and single yellow line on the road, so a bit difficult if you're coming with multiple people who have cars.
- Harvey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lauren (6/5): Comfortable but not suitable for more than 6. - Bedrooms were comfortable and everything felt clean. The owner was responsive when we needed help with the heating. Although there was enough beds for 10 people, there was not enough facilities, for example, there were only 6 dining chairs at the table and only seating for 6 in the lounge. The kitchen utensils were significantly lacking, eg. only 4 knives, no peeler or grater, or a washing up bowl/plug for the sink.
- Fay (10/5): Very comfortable, had everything needed - Lovely space and rooms, easy to find.
- Lee (9/5): Lovely spacious property, was clean and tidy and suited our needs perfectly. -
- Shari (10/5): Comfortable family location - Very spacious, lovely for a big family stay, great to have so many shower.
- Ellie (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely spacious house with nice garden and everything we needed
- Olubukola (5/5): Okay - Nothing No parking
- Danielle (8/5): Very good -
- Menachem (3/5): Poor - cupboard was not safe
- Manoj (10/5): Enjoyable and comfortable time spent with the family and friends where accommodation ticked all our boxes. - How spacious it was with our large group. Triple rooms were comfortable and spacious to handle 3 beds. The 3 bathrooms definitely helped with our large group too and highly recommend this house for a large group. Definitely would like to return.
- Prince (7/5): Good -
- Jemma (10/5): Really amazing defo will come back - Everything was really good easy to find close to the shops and bars More mates for coming out the shower so don't slip
- Gary (6/5): Large spacious house, close to amenities and a 5min drive to the lively part of Bournemouth, luckily we had great weathe - For a group booking the amount of wash facilities were excellent (3 wash/shower rooms), plenty of room for 2 families. Use of washing machine and dryer. No utensils in the kitchen so difficult to use the kitchen with no sharp knives, and a dirty oven tray that had previously used cooking grease on that burnt when used.
Only space for 1 car, when the property easily has space for 2 families. Area was very noisy at night and in the mornings.
- Hoi (8/5): Good for family gathering - Bright and simple Neighbour
- Sarah (3/5): Felt like student accommodation not a holiday home. Very uncared for property - Good washing machine & tumble drier House was very dirty, parking for only 1 vehicle although can sleep 9+, curtains poles hanging off , complete wall missing in utility room, patches of plaster falling off from leaks . Could have massive potential if a bit of time was taken to repair & clean . Neighbours extremely unfriendly & owner has video cam at front door , police woke us at 7.30 chasing somebody& wanted access to garden then the owner called wanting to know why police were there, don’t appreciate being watched whilst on holiday .
- Rubab (10/5): Nicely renovated, plenty of beds for a large family and location is right next to a mall, aldi, lidl and restaurants wit - Spacious fully equipped for a holiday with a big group of ppl Small improvements like more toiletries, extra bins, lamps in every room and hooks behind doors etc will add more utility for minor cost
- Aftab (10/5): Perfection. - Everything was perfect. The house has 3 bathrooms and laundry utilities. Neighbors for some reason just hate whoever rents this house. Also parking is only for 1 car. Both these problems aren't of the owners but it needs to be mentioned.
- Shazia (10/5): Excellent holidays - The house was absolutely comfortable the beds kitchen garden bathrooms all were clean and beautifully decorated. We love the place and highly recommend for any one who wants to stay in Bournemouth it’s very close from the Boscombe sea front. I cannot say any thing it was beautiful. I met the property owner they were very friendly and helpful.
- Nazha (6/5): Pleasant - It lovely house It’s the small things that could make a difference like variety of tea? No caffiene and herbal teas. More towels. Better pillows.
