Adamos (1/5): Worst apartment booking experience of my life. - Near the center and with parking. [READ BEFORE YOU BOOK] Worst apartment booking experience of my life. This place is managed by a company called CLEANBNB, and I can confidently say it’s the worst customer support you will ever deal with. They have multiple agents who all respond with the same line: “I will ask a colleague,” and then absolutely nothing happens. No solutions, no follow-up — just pure negligence. Where do I even begin? They send you instructions saying, “Open a box with a 4-digit PIN to get the keys.” What they don’t tell you is that the box is located behind a locked gate. I arrived on a Sunday, waited for 2 hours in the heat, and only got in because a random tenant happened to walk by and let me in — not an agent, not anyone from the company. Then, you face an iron building door that feels like it weighs half a ton. If it gets stuck (which it does), good luck opening it. Inside the apartment? It smelled like a horse stable — and that’s not a metaphor. The apartment is, in fact, a renovated horse stable, and when closed up for days, it smells exactly like one. It took 4 full days for the smell to go away. We stayed 13 days in this place with no internet and a malfunctioning air conditioner. I sent messages every single day — the replies? “We will ask the owner :)” — and then they just stopped replying altogether. If you enjoy adventure, frustration, and complete lack of professionalism, go ahead and book this place. You’ll remember me when you’re locked outside for hours, without support, reading this very review after it’s too late.
Angel (6/5): Pleasant - Unfortunately, we were not aware that this apartment was situated in an area of Torino that could be considered somewhat risky. I parked and locked my bike in the courtyard in front of the apartment, and unfortunately, it was stolen. There were video cameras in front of the house, but unfortunately, the host did not provide us with the footage. That was a bit disappointing. On a more positive note, everything else was fine.
