- Alves (8/5): - Very good location. Very well-equipped (dishwasher, pots and pans, wine opener, etc.). Big bathroom with a bathtub. Bed was slightly uncomfortable. Could have been cleaner at the start (mould in the grout in the bathroom, for example). Toilet seat was loose as well.

- Stefania (5/5): We won’t come back - The location is excellent. The appartement is small and could be pleasant but its potential is not exploited The appartment is much smaller than shown in the photos. The advertised balcony is very tiny. The coffee machine advertised is actually a « machinetta » not easy to use. We had a very bad experience with the real estate agency in charge of the accommodation : we received no practical information prior to our arrival. It would have been a good idea to tell us that the street of the building is pedestrial but accessible to vehicles, which would have saved us a lot of searching. We were given no information when we arrived and the document with all practical information - including the wifi code - was missing. We were told that the code would be sent to us by message. They didn't send it. We had to chase them to finally get it after 24 hours. The agency gave us a phone number to contact them when needed. But everytime we tried to contact them they didn't answer. We were told that they would contact us the day before departure to organise the check out. They didn’t. Once again we had to chase them to get the information - which ended up being to drop off the keys ourselves in the agency's mailbox.
