• Horst (10/5): Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt - Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment und werden wieder kommen . Das Apartment ist in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Parkplätze gibt es im Innenhof. In direkter Umgebung ca.1 Minute Fußweg gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Edeka, Action, Aldi , Volksbank , Apotheke, Bäckerei….
• Thomas (10/5): Alles war super - Sehr nettes Personal, es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem . Die Ferienwohnung war Renoviert und verfügt über elektrische Rollos. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und ich konnte meinen Bus im Innenhof parken . Die Küche war gut ausgestattet !! Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!
• Thomas (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder ! - Die Ferienwohnung war frisch renoviert und mit modernen, neuen Möbeln ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, sodass man sich direkt wohlgefühlt hat. Besonders gut waren die Parkplätze im Innenhof direkt am Eingang. Tolle Mitarbeiter, auf alle Fragen wurde schnell reagiert. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.
• Paul-Henri (1/5): - Nichts! Dear Sir or Madam, Only a few days prior to our arrival, we were informed that construction work was taking place in the stairwell of the accommodation. Due to this very short notice, it was unfortunately no longer possible for us to make alternative arrangements. Nevertheless, we decided to proceed with our trip, hoping that the inconvenience would be minor. However, upon arrival, we found that both the building and the apartment were in a poor and, in parts, hazardous condition: The main entrance door was permanently left open. A step leading to the first floor was damaged at the edge, causing me to trip. In front of the apartment door, there was a hole with exposed cables, into which my five-year-old son stepped and injured himself. Inside the apartment, cables were protruding from the wall and from the extractor hood. Additionally, loose screws were scattered on the floor. For five booked beds, there were only three chairs available in the kitchen. Photos were already taken during our initial visit; however, these do not fully capture the extent of the deficiencies in detail. Due to these significant issues, I immediately contacted the landlord, informed him of the defects, and stated that I was unwilling to stay in the accommodation under these conditions. At the same time, I requested a full refund of the amount paid. The landlord, however, denied the existence of any of the reported issues. As I was still in Essen at the time, I attempted to return to the property to take more detailed photographs as evidence. However, I was unable to do so, as the access code to the apartment had been changed. During a subsequent phone call, the landlord refused to grant me access to the apartment and abruptly ended the conversation. As a result, I was neither able to properly document the issues nor would I have been able to stay in the accommodation. I kindly ask you to carefully review this matter and arrange a full refund of the amount paid.

• Andreas (10/5): Danke alles war super ! - Sehr schönes Apartment , Parkplätze gab es kostenlos im Innenhof . Die Betten waren bequem und alles war sehr sauber . Das Internet war super . Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in 2 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Sehr nettes Personal mir wurde bei fragen schnell weitergeholfen . Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Essen werde ich wieder hier hin kommen !
