The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location close to everything while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t come up with anything i disliked it was such an incredible stay and a beautiful place to visit!
Catarina (9/5): A nice stay outside Budva with quick access to a quiet beach - The location and availability of parking spots were both great characteristics of this hotel. The room was also nice and with a great view to the beach and see. The hotel is located on a main street with traffic, and although we were on the 4th floor, we could still hear some noise outside. We also noticed that the interior walls of the rooms were not very well isolated as we could also hear noise from the hallway.

L’hôtel a beaucoup communiqué avec moi avant notre arrivée pour répondre à toutes mes questions, et ils étaient toujours disponibles et très réactifs. La chambre était propre et confortable, le petit déjeuner tellement délicieux, et le personnel vraiment accueillant et attentionné. La vue depuis l’hôtel est tout simplement incroyable ! Petit plus également pour la place de parking très pratique, ainsi que la plage juste en face de l’hôtel. Merci beaucoup pour tout, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Monténégro ! The hotel is located in a lovely neighbourhood, with three beautiful beaches within walking distance. Everyone at the hotel was always very kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Graham (10/5): A perfect and modern hotel in a great location. Excellent value for money. - We liked everything about this modern hotel. The room had everything we needed, was lovely and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a nice choice of hot and cold food. The facilities including a sauna were exceptional, as was the receptionist, Maria - she was very friendly, informative about the area and very helpful. For us the location was perfect - very pretty surroundings close to a great beach and lovely bars and restaurants. We had a great walk to Budva old town along the coast. Nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Mereäärest võimalik jalutada erinevatesse randadesse. Rannad on kiviklibused. Hotell asub tee ääres ning liiklusmüra on häiriv. Kui rõdu uks kinni panna, siis on vaiksem.

Nicole (1/5): Beautiful hotel - but impossible to sleep. - The positive side was that the accommodation was clean and nicely presented, with a great location close to waterfront restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. Unfortunately, we could barely sleep during our 3-night stay due to extreme street noise and very poor sound insulation — we also heard everything from neighboring rooms. Even in the upgraded apartment, the bed was even more uncomfortable and we still couldn’t sleep. The beds were extremely hard, almost like sleeping on the floor, and the pillows were strange and uncomfortable. After one particularly sleepless night, we were so tired that we tried to rest on sun loungers at the beach — just to recover. Not what you expect after paying over €500 for a hotel stay. We asked to change rooms early in our stay but were told it wasn’t possible. Later, staff falsely claimed we had declined the offer. We also weren’t told about the window shutter until the last day — and when we did try it, it made no difference at all. The noise was still overwhelming. When we raised our concerns, management blamed us for not checking that the hotel is located next to a road — which felt very unprofessional and dismissive. We asked for a refund for at least one night due to the lack of sleep and how it affected our ability to enjoy our holiday — but this was denied. Sadly, we left Budva feeling exhausted rather than rested. The hotel should invest in proper soundproofing and take better care of their guests.

Jovana (10/5): We would like to stay again! - One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed, including organizing transfers. You can really feel they care about their guests. Breakfast was fantastic every single morning – everything was fresh, homemade, warm, and super tasty. There was such a great variety of options, and the best part? We got to enjoy it with a stunning sea view. It honestly felt like something out of a movie. The hotel itself is beautiful – very clean, peaceful, and tastefully decorated. The pool area was a highlight for us – perfectly clean and with an incredible view of the sea. We could have spent the whole day there just relaxing. We also loved the wellness facilities. There’s a nice gym if you want to stay active, and the sauna was such a great way to unwind after a long day. Everything was in top condition. All in all, this place exceeded all our expectations. It’s rare to find such a perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and warm hospitality. We’re already planning to come back – highly, highly recommended! Everything was amazing
Andrea (10/5): Relaxing and cozy stay. - The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming - we felt completely comfortable asking questions to get to know the area, and they offered plenty of helpful advice. Our room was cleaned and maintained daily to a high standard. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the location was fantastic - very close to local amenities like the Voli supermarket and nearby restaurants. Przno Beach, located nearby, was a beautiful spot for evening strolls and enjoying dinner by the sea. We had an amazing and relaxing stay, especially enjoying the sauna which we used twice (privately reserved for an hour each time), as well as using the swimming pool for afternoon swim after a long day at the beach. We also appreciated the convenience of booking a taxi to the airport directly through the hotel, as it was one of the services offered. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we would highly recommend this hotel. Everything was great!
Ronja (10/5): Unterkunft die zu empfehlen ist! - Wir waren im Mai, außerhalb der Saison, da. Das Hotel war zu diesem Zeitpunkt seit 2 Monaten geöffnet. Wir waren für 11 Nächte vor Ort. Mit Kleinkind und Baby kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Das Personal war super kinderfreundlich. Durch die separate Küche im Apartment konnte ich auch Speisen für die Kinder zubereiten. Die Kinder können im Schlafzimmer schlafen und man kann im Wohnzimmer oder auf der Terrasse gemütlich sitzen, ohne das man stört. Aufgrund kleiner Unfälle unserer Kinder in der Nacht, wurde auch ohne Aufforderung unsere Bettwäsche öfter gewechselt. Der Service vor Ort war sehr gut. Die Kommunikation konnte auch über WhatsApp stattfinden, was ich als sehr angenehm empfand. Das Hotel arbeitet mit einer Autovermietung zusammen. Die Preise waren super fair und günstiger als in Budva. Dadurch das wir 11 Nächte vor Ort waren, war das Frühstück sehr eintönig, da man nicht die größte Auswahl hat, aufgrund der Größe des Hotels aber auch verständlich. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, dadurch war es nachts auch ab und zu mal lauter, aber komplett im Rahmen.

Daryna (7/5): A beautiful hotel, but the lack of privacy, incorrect listing information, and maintenance issues made the stay extremel - The hotel looks stunning and is located close to the beach and restaurants. The room had a beautiful sea view. Breakfast was acceptable, with enough options to choose from. The room was mostly clean, and with the balcony door closed, outside noise wasn’t an issue. We were also allowed to stay by the pool after checkout. Our room was separated from the neighboring one by a thin door right next to the bed, which completely destroyed any sense of privacy. We could hear everything — TV, conversations, even sighs — absolutely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. The listing also stated that late checkout was possible, which turned out to be untrue. Some areas were not properly cleaned, especially behind the bathroom door. And the worst part: in the morning, there was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I’ve never experienced anything like this, and I can’t understand why the hotel isn’t fixing it.

Baseins un viesnīcas jumta. Tuvumā gar pludmali izvietotas kavejnīcas. Jauks skats pa logu uz pilsētu. Drusku problemātiska transporta novietošana un piebraukšana no pilsētas centra puses.

ZANNA (10/5): - Гостиница находится в 15 минутах езды от центра Будвы. Потрясающий вид с балкона, в номерах чисто, каждый день меняют постельные принадлежности. Гостиница на первой линии от моря. Немного разочаровали завтраки. Обслуживание персонала на высшем уровне. Переветливые и всегда готовы помочь. Рядом с гостиницей есть большая Гостиница спа-казино, и так как мы попали в некупальный сезон, нам посоветовали взять день спа в этой гостинице и хозяйка нашего отеля нам в этом помогла.

Yulia (10/5): - Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing – the girls at the reception were always friendly and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. We were even allowed to check in earlier free of charge, which was a lovely surprise. The room was new, very clean, and had a breathtaking sea view. Housekeeping was done every day, and everything was spotless. The breakfast was pleasant, and we also appreciated the convenient parking. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone – it’s truly a great place to stay!

Nicola (8/5): Overall this is a lovely hotel. We had a nice stay. - The rooms were clean and comfortable with a spacious balcony. There was daily housekeeping, pool towels are provided and there is a free safe in the room. The 2 lady’s on the front desk were friendly and helpful. Good strong WiFi in all areas of the hotel. Other than breakfast there is no option to purchase food, meaning you were forced to eat out every night unless you had an apartment. No aircon in the gym. Very unfriendly main lady at breakfast every morning. The hot water was always cold and she did not like it when you asked for hot water. We ended up boiling the kettle in our room and taking a cup of water down with us as we were made to feel so bad if we asked for water. There are no bars near the hotel, you need to get a bus into Budva. The bus stop is just outside the hotel though. Although the hotel is spotlessly clean, the pool filter is completely full of green bacteria/mould and is in desperate need of a good clean.

shaynr (9/5): - Seems to be a new hotel, thus all facilities and equipment are in perfect condition. The room is rather small, but still contains all the necessary amenities. The room has a porch from where you have a wonderful view of the sea. The service was correct and effective. Breakfast ead decent The hotel is located near a main road, where the constant din of the passing cars is really annoying.
Jule (9/5): Wir haben uns mit der familiären Atmosphäre rundum wohlgefühlt. - Das Personal war super freundlich und rundum bemüht, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel war auch super schön und wie auf den Fotos und der Beschreibung. In der Küche hätten wir uns noch mehr Kochutensilien gewünscht, war aber für Kleinigkeiten völlig ausreichend.

Simge (10/5): Keyifli,temiz,güzel bir işletme. - Konumu budva merkeze biraz uzak ama manzarasıyla sahilin dibinde olması kendine ait havuzu olmasıyla çok keyifli bir oteldi.kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve çeşitlilik çok yeterliydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Otel çok temizdi. Biz çok keyif aldık öneririz:)
