• No1korean (4/5): - Morning mood Spa is not working properly. No warm water. Was main reason I choose this house. So disappointing. There was a hornet in master room. I killed it though.
• Kadari (9/5): We will be back again n again! - One of the best property at Gorokan area and the owner is so nice and kind. Everyone of us liked that property and I am sure few of us will go back, definately . We should stay longer in that beautiful property .
• Jerome (6/5): - The house has potential was spacious location was good close to everything. The kids enjoyed the pool and the kayak. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with kitchenware. The house was run down and not properly cleaned. Spiderwebs cockroaches throughout. Even found some in one of the beds. Mattresses were very uncomfortable and the beds weren't stable moved all over the place. Towels were allocated one per person however no spares available for the pool if wanting to swim very inconvenient. The bbq was also filthy if you wanted to cook on it. Outdoor kitchen also was not working.

• Derek (3/5): I will not book again - the lounge is a great size lovely and huge and so was the dining area kitchen nice size fridge the view is lovely plenty of bedrooms. nice bathrooms, pool is great for swimming. Great outlook kids liked the air hockey. The deck has loose uplifting floor boards,plus a hole which someone had tried to repair, dangerous, no handrails on most steps very dangerous, kitchen cupboards and cheese maker and electric frying pan dirty, childrens bed very squeaky, bathroom spa bath does not work, outside spa by the pool does not work, bbq disgusting dirty plus it does not work, had to go back home and get our own. Kitchen area downstairs by the bbq disgusting sink filthy, water leaks into a bucket which was full, rusty cupboard, lounge downstairs had dried vomit all over it, which the host came and removed. The underneath where the kayaks are located needs a good clean out.
• Marten (7/5): It was OK. - Really liked the lounge space, and number of bedrooms. Great view. Kids enjoyed paddling in the lake & swimming in the pool. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Most beds were comfortable. Loved the cotton bedsheets. To be honest, it looked & felt like it needed a good deep clean. Kitchen benches were somewhat greasy. Splashbacks not very clean either. On our first day we wiped the dining table before using it, and the cloth became obviously dirty. Some cutlery & glassware was visibly dirty. Some plastic cups were mouldy. The downstairs bathroom cabinet is very dilapidated. The bathroom door does not close. This shower floods the floor area - slip hazard - and the shower water runs out into the bedroom, contributing to mustiness. The Main bathroom has a vanity cupboard door completely missing. Back deck has several loose boards, which could be a trip hazard. Windows & glass balustrade looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a long time (windows & glass doors were quite cobwebby).

• Rebecca (9/5): Relaxing large house overlooking the lake - The view out the window and balcony was very beautiful and we could enjoy the birds on the lake and sky. The house is very big so our older kids were able to play downstairs on the air hockey table whilst their grandparents rested two floors up. Space was very large and we could spread out. Pool was lovely though we only had a 15 min dip since it was cold in the afternoon. Also, it was fun to explore the house as it has lots of rooms and nooks and crannies!

• Mai (8/5): Very good - The location is good with very nice view of the river. The house is big enough and kayaking on the river was fun activity to do. The host Jonathon is nice and very responsive. Overall the house is big enough but an old style house with many furniture needs an upgrade, like chairs were old and rusty and wooden balcony have cracks. The children's bunk beds were not comfortable and made a squeaky sound. The pool and spa were a nice addition but I wish they were heated. We were not able to use the wardrobe as it was locked.

The place looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Our expectations were met, and the location was excellent. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Besides this, the pool, the accom - The pool, great family times around it and had a lovely time beating the heat Host was wonderful and replied very quickly to any concerns The amount of stairs, needs to be listed.
• Charlene (7/5): Good - The house was nice and big with plenty of room for our big group. The pool was good and right on the lake. There are a few safety issues that require some attention. The balcony and outside structure were unsafe. It wasn't the cleanest.

And Jonathon was good replying back to all questions we had. Stairs to go down to pool equipment needs repairing, was very dangerous for anyone to go down especially when we needed to turn on cleaner and spa House had many webs covering doors and could use dusting down

Our kids didn't want to leave. We definitely will be back when it's warmer so we can enjoy the pool more. • Nadalin (9/5): Overall, had a great time and bonus points for the view. - I liked the pool area, the many rooms, pretty much the whole place. This property would be great during summer. I think the upstairs balcony would benefit from having a table or lounge set and will maximise people experience here. Nonetheless, a great stay.

• Debbie (8/5): Great location and large property; excellent stay! - Great location; very large property and great for large family getaways. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Good contact from the owner after leaving when looking for a lost item. No manuals to operate the equipment; the Smeg kettle was a little complicated and if I had stayed longer would have loved to use the coffee maker but that looked challenging too. The fridge was not cleaned and dishwashing supplies were difficult to access as wasn't sure they were clean as the under the sink was messy and ?dirty.
