• Gary (10/5): This homestay was a great find. - Perfect location. Quiet and yet so close to the old town.  Perfect hosts. Helpful and friendly.  Perfect room. Large spacious triple, with balcony and ensuite.  Towels were changed daily. Cheap cold water and kettle available. Brilliant restaurants nearby. I highly recommended Chopsticks. This homestay was a great find.   It was really good. Can't think of any suggestions for improving the homestay.

• Alberto (9/5): Good value for money in Hoi an - Superb location and amazing local stuff. Located 5-10 min walk from city centre in a very local & quite area with local prices. Perhaps the lack of ventilation in the whole facilities. Everything was locked up, creating warm effect.

Дворик утопает в зелени! Хозяева очень доброжелательные, все покажут расскажут и даже карту дадут! Расположение отеля тоже очень понравилось, близко к центру и всем достопримечательностям, но при этом на тихой улочке! С удовольствием вернулась бы сюда снова!!!

• Anna (9/5): I loved our stay here in Pebble homestay and would recommend it especially for friend groups. - I loved how accommodating the staff were. They cleaned the room daily and took out the trash. The room was big for 3 people. There's no elevator, so be mindful that you'll have to go up flights of stairs.

• Quyen (9/5): Superb - It is closed to the centre and even the Memories Land. It is close to the main Street but very quite. Room is spacious, light. The homestay is green with many kinds of tree. They let us check in when the room is vacant even it has not been 2PM yet The remote of the air conditioner didn't work smoothly, we need to unpack the battery many times to make it work! The floor from the 2nd day is not as clean as the 1st day we come - which means it was not carefully taken care.

Big room They lock the gate at night so if you come home late (midnight) you have to ring the doorbell and usually the dad wakes up and opens the gate. I did this every night and i think he didn’t like it :/ sorry
