• Thi (9/5): Good area, the granny flat front resting area is nicer than the photos, the photo doesn’t do justice. - A good relaxing and quiet area although when I was there, some construction work in the main road or somewhere nearby is a bit noisy. It’s a bit far from the city and half of the road is currently dirt road (not sure if it will ever fix), so following Google is challenging somehow.
• Hovendene (10/5): - Very friendly host. Location of accommodation is a generous distance from the main house. Nothing. The place was perfect for our stay. Only 15 mins from Palmerston. Exceptional service by the host

• Wendy (8/5): Family Friendly - Although we initially thought the location might be a little too far out of Palmerston, we soon got used to the 15 min drive. We looked forward to getting home to the peace and quiet in the evening and sitting back and relaxing before falling into the comfortable bed. There's a great patio. Unfortunately the television reception couldn't be relied on. I think Family Friendly is very suitable for a couple who likes to 'get away from it all' but any other guests would have to sleep on the sofa, making space a bit tight.
• Joanne (6/5): Lovely hosts - Friendly hosts, lovely gardens, spacious outdoor eating area It didn’t feel 100% set up for guests as per photos as appliances and linens, towels etc bit old, empty hammock holder, some things not working when needed. Swimming pool part of the family home with pets so we didn’t feel so comfortable to use.

• Erika (7/5): Good value for the price. Host was friendly and helpful. Was perfect for our needs. - Location was good for me as it was close to my family and friends. Very private, handy for what I needed, to pack my trailer and have space for my little dogs to run around. The shower pressure was fantastic! A few minor things that would’ve made our stay a little more comfortable which I shared with the host. Having to get out of the car in the wet season to open and close the gates every time we went out and in was a bit of a pain, tv was small and basic and struggled to get reception probably due to the weather cloud coverage. The front door was a sliding glass door with key latch that was bit tricky to close so didn’t feel very secure. Even though the location is pretty safe I’m sure most guests would prefer to feel safe and that everything was secure. Portable convection hot plate was tricky to use so we just relied on the microwave. Towels were great for exfoliating, could’ve used some fabric softener and a fan in the bathroom would’ve been great.

The place was so clean, quiet, relaxing...everything was great, especially the outdoors with the hammock!! We didn't get the chance to try the pool, so sad!! Time went too fast... Would love to be back in future if availabl e!
