- Julie (8/5): Great atay - stored our skis in the rental shop by creat lift ao we didnt nees to carry them up and down the road each d - Comfortable rooms hot tub, lounge area, reception staff, cleanliness The breakfast was great but the queuing system to get to the buffet doesn’t work- the buffet needs to be in a larger area of the restaurant rather than tucked around the corner. They need more staff in the kitchen to bring out the hot items quicker.

- Giacomo (9/5): Vera montagna - L'hotel è bellissimo, tutto di legno che sembra davvero una baita, ma molto elegante allo stesso tempo. La camera dove abbiamo soggiornato era una standard, tutto è stato gradevole e funzionale, letti e cuscini comodi, ambiente silenzioso. Colazione spettacolare, con torte che cambiavano di giorno in giorno, salmone, spremuta di arance fresche, e omelette/uova strapazzate/pancake inclusi nel prezzo. Ho anche usufruito del garage (a pagamento, 15€ a notte) che è stato molto comodo sia perché il parcheggio dell'hotel è parecchio lontano, ma anche perché ha nevicato tanto e non ho dovuto faticare a liberare l'auto. Il centro benessere carino, con bagno turco , sauna e una bella vasca idromassaggio. Ho provato anche la vasca esterna, sotto una nevicata! Esperienza bellissima, ma ho resistito solo pochi minuti...per come sono io l'acqua non era sufficientemente calda. Per trovare il pelo nell'uovo, la camera è un po' piccina, ok è standard ma un metro di larghezza in più avrebbe fatto comodo. Allo stesso tempo devo dire che c'erano armadi in abbondanza per sistemare i tanti vestiti che avevamo e mettere via pure le valigie.
- 007-MI6 (8/5): Beautiful Champoluc - This is perhaps the most beautiful building in Champoluc dating back to 1903. The exterior was so beautiful and inviting this Christmas. The rooms are warm/cozy and very comfortable with fantastic mountain views. The bathrooms are superb with modern showers. Delicious breakfast served by very friendly staff. Great location in the centre of Champoluc and the ski lift. To the director of the hotel , please accept my comments to improve as I like the hotel. 1. Why dont you offer your customers a welcome drink? a simple glass of prosecco would be great. 2.I took the luggage to the room myself on arrival and departure. I do not mind but perhaps shows the service is not as good as it can be. 3. The lounge of the hotel is beautiful but sparsely decorared and lacked Xmas decorations. The fire should be there most of the time not just after 4pm. You need to make it warmer and cosier and open the bar earlier. 4. Why wouldnt you give your customers some prosecco and panettone on Xmas day and have some live music as they did at Hotel Castor where they created a magical Christmas Eve. 5. Other customers did mention the lack of toiletries in the bathrooms ( body cream , shower cap, cotton wool pads) and I think they are correct.

And the room was quite pretty - though could have done without the patch of weeds masquerading as a garden just outside That the hotel had omitted to mention that even guests needed to reserve a dinner table in the main restaurant, so that we were relegated to the bistro And that the receptionist omitted to mention that we should unload our luggage before proceeding to the hotel car park which proved to be half a mile away...in the rain

- Vera (10/5): Molto positivo - Champoluc è una località molto carina e la struttura è in un’ottima posizione. La struttura è molto bella e pulita con staff super gentile ed accogliente. Colazione eccellente e anche il ristorante è ottimo. Arrivate per ultime, ci è toccata una camera che aveva le finestre che davano su un box / retrò dell’albergo con vista sulle macchine di lavoro parcheggiate lì, quindi camera buia e senza vista montagna o natura, conviene chiedere quando si prenota.

- Tatiana (9/5): Un weekend rilassante da sogno - Gli spazi comuni molto accoglienti, ampi, curati e arredati con gusto. Il giardino molto bello. L'attenzione dello staff al benessere generale (c'erano dolci a disposizione per merenda per tutti, persino una torta vegana). Nulla. Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, l'apertura della porta del bagno era un po' scomoda in quanto impediva il passaggio.
- Yuliya (10/5): Outstanding experience! - We, group of friends, had visited the hotel for ski holidays and thanks to the beautiful location and very gentle staff we had an outstanding experience. The structure of the hotel as new and very curated, excellent delusions breakfast, and of course spa and outdoor jacuzzi were the part of that experience. Very cosy design and attention to smallest details made our holidays unforgettable!

- Manuela (9/5): Beautiful local hotel that is well worth the money and is a must stay in Champuloc. - Rooms had a wonderful locally inspired interior, comfortable beds, were warm and cosy with plenty of space. The hotel and room were clean and the views were beautiful! Gorgeous property. Lovely reception area where a quaint little bar accompanies an eclectic space with ample seating for pre dinner drinks and snacks. Only a couple of hundred meters from the ski resort. Maybe a different shower soap as the one we had was strong on the skin. If possible a little bottle of moisturiser would add to the sophisticated style of this beautiful hotel.

Un ristorante eccezionale, l’idromassaggio esterno e’ una coccola meravigliosa. Una nota speciale per tutto lo staff, persone accoglienti e sorridenti come raramente se ne incontra, dalla reception al bar, dai camerieri alle persone addette alle camere. Grazie del piacevole soggiorno. Nulla di rilevante, se devo proprio guardare il capello avrei aggiunto uno specchio per le signore nel bagno.

- よし子ちゃん (10/5): 素敵な山小屋 - アルプスを眺めることのできるAyasの素敵なホテル。ゴンドラ乗り場まで徒歩5分。今回は夏でしたが、冬スキーにも是非行ってみようと思います。ハーフボードで夕食付にしました。お値段のわりに豪華で食べきれない量で雰囲気も素敵。大満足です。サウナもあり、ジャグジーもありで楽しめるホテルです。唯一残念なのは、お部屋でＷｉｆiが使えないことです。
- Grosvenor (10/5): Would Certainly Go Back - Beautiful, traditional hotel with very attentive staff, exceptional food & great position within Champoluc for ski lifts (5 mins walk). Needed feather pillows & duvet in room which staff sorted out immediately. Every night (part of half board) we were given an exceptional 4 course dinner. The communal parts of hotel are very comfortable & somewhere you want to spend time after a day skiing. If I am going to be very critical, then the room could have been a little bigger, but its a really wonderful hotel in a lovely chilled resort.
