• Lord (9/5): Definitely recommend, this was a great apartment, good value for money, really helpful management. - Management were really good and helpful. We had a problem with the fridge but they came next day with a new one. Also, sorted the internet really quickly. Location was great - shops, transport everything nearby - bus from Stansted stopped right outside the door. Everything was ready when we got there. No hangers in the wardrobe! Internet signal was a bit glitchy at times. Heating a bit complicated and could do with clear instructions. Apprently, normally this should be fine but when we arrived the apartment was cold and the heating was off. so had to work it out.

• Garry (5/5): Ok for 1 night. - Guy that eventually came to fix not having any hot water in shower. Great guy! Extremely noisy from apartment above, generally noisy in morning with people slamming doors and hotel waste collection, view of a derelict building, view of hotel carpark, smell of used fat from chip shop opposite if opened windows for ventilation. Pillows need changing.

• Jason (8/5): Very good - Very clean, very warm & cosy, overall an excellent flat. Well set out with a well appointed kitchen & a great shower in the bathroom, again both spotlessly clean. The bed & sofa were very cheap/uncomfortable and let the the rest of the place down.

• Michael (7/5): Stay in braintree - It was a neat environment, comfortable. The heat was down, and it took some good hours before it was fixed. The place is located close to town centre hence a bit noisy. No mirror in the bathroom to shave for men. Limited parking.

• Isabel (8/5): A comfortable and relaxing apartment with great amenities and modern feel. - The property was modern, clean and good location No instructions for working the heating/ thermostat. The shower water pressure was poor. Parking spot was inconvenient to get in and out of. Blocked in several times.

All the facilities you could need and location was very central. We arrived on Wednesday teatime for a 4 day stay. Unfortunately the shower had no hot water on Thursday morning but once reported we got it fixed promptly. Just one of those things but can't fault anything else and would definitely recommend the apartment.

• Steven (9/5): Lovely, would return - Lovely apartment in the centre of Braintree. Very comfortable with everything you need. Couldn’t get the shower to be a reasonable temperature, either too hot or cold. Tried both days but ended up having a cold shower
