Guest Reviews
- Beata (10/5): Great stay in Malaga - The apartment is very well located - short walk to the centre and beach, and quick to escape the city by car to visit other places. Very clean, well equipped, renovated. The contact with the owner Dora was great, she gave many handy tips on where to park. We stayed with 3 people, the flat was spacious enough.
- Nicole (10/5): Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Rennradtouren - Lage, Balkon, Zimmeraufteilung, Größe
- Antanaitis (10/5): - Clean, convenient and has all the needed utilities

- Kruno (9/5): - The Appartement was great, very close the center. The furniture and equipment was very nice and nothing was missed. Comfortable size. The terase was also nice for relaxing. We missed a bit the sun at the terase.
- Natalia (10/5): LOVED IT - Amazing location, very clean, peaceful and quiet N/A
- Sharon (10/5): We had a lovely stay at the Olive penthouse, the communication from the owner was excellent. It was extremely clean and - Extremely clean and comfortable. Very well equipped.
- Jayne (9/5): Quiet location, walkable to historic centre. - Lovely apartment. Spotless and had everything needed. Nothing
- Maria (7/5): Good - We loved the terrace, bedroom and living room. Shower was full of mold and rust and I ve seen ants in the first day and we didn't leave any food around or anything like that. One of the main reasons why I wanted an apartment was because we travelled with a toddler and I needed a washing machine and unfortunately the washing machine here was absolutely disgusting, the silicone around it's door and the detergent tray were full of mold and there was a towel left in it which I don't know of it was dirty or wet, I just ran a hot cicle because I desperately needed to use it afterwards 😔
- Eric (8/5): Very good - Clean good size apartment ,well furnished and equipped, short walk to centre It would have been nice to have some local information in apartment, ie maps etc. lift did not always work.
- Morteza (7/5): Good -
- Julie (10/5): Fabulous! - We absolutely loved this apartment and felt very at home there, it was super clean throughout with nice little touches such as coffee/oil and some toiletries. The location was great, a 10 minute walk over the bridge and into the main part of the city and 20/25 minute walk to the beach, 15 minutes to the train station and 2 minutes to the bus stop, a large mercadona supermarket is 10 minute walk away. The apartment itself was quiet and peaceful on the 3rd floor (there is a lift) with a comfortable bed in a large bedroom (aircon in both main rooms but never needed it) with loads of wardrobe space and drawers, a cute galley style kitchen with everything you could need ( although eating out in Malaga is a must) with a utility area and washing machine, we asked for a few cleaning products and our host obliged. It also has a lovely terrace with comfortable furniture which we enjoyed with a glass of wine after a hard day on the beach or sightseeing. There is also a nice bathroom with a shower (the shower is quite small but fine for us) a bidet, basin and toilet - and plenty of shelves to put toiletries. The lounge is quite spacious with a comfortable sofa and a 4 place dining room set and a huge TV. The apartment was very quiet we only heard our neighbours once playing the acoustic guitar which was actually lovely. We stayed for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it, Dora was a superb host and I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for both long and short stays in Malaga. Nothing, we loved it!
It rained a couple of evenings, perhaps an umbrella? We forgot to bring one on holiday but no real problem.
- Arboltree (10/5): Beautiful spacious apartment to return to after enjoying everything Malaga has to offer - The apartment is very lovely and nicely decorated with great detail. Everything is thought through one would need even for the longer stays.
Although the location might look "a bit far" on the map, you can walk to the old town in 10 minutes. I personally liked to live in the quiet residential area and be more like a local than a tourist.
The small terrace adds to the apartment although I did not get to use it as much I expected because every evening I arrived back to the apartment when it was already dark. I would like to return for a longer stay to have the time to chill at the terrace as well.
I did not see the sun ever shining to the terrace, so for those who do not like being in the hot sun, it would be a perfect place to enjoy a great book, tea, coffee or wine.
There is a wonderful restaurant around the corner called SALA with unique concept, lovely chef and weekly menu, I suggest to check out that too.
If you need to ask or specify something the owner is just a message away and replies quickly. This is not related to the apartment but the rough paving slabs on the streets in Malaga are not suitcase friendly at all. Arriving from Marbella I rolled my suitcase all the way from the bus station to the apartment (30 min) and at the same time hold my breath that the wheels will survive and not break. Taxi would have been better choice but I wanted to walk after a 2 hour bus ride and also see the neighbourhood where I was going to.
