- Anna (10/5): Stunning! - Best roof terrace in Rhodes Town! I always look for 'a room with a view' and Fluvian Terrace exceeded my expectations. Not only the sun-soaked seating/lounging area with stunning views of the medieval city in all directions, but the whole apartment is spacious and so well-equipped. As well as fridge full of breakfast supplies, and a bottle of wine on arrival, there's coffee machine (with pods), dishwasher and all the creature comforts. No complaints - bedrooms spacious and comfortable, great lighting, TV and aircon. And the whole flat is super quiet, tucked away down a cobbled alley with private entrance. Ioannis met us at the taxi drop and was super-responsive and helpful during our stay. Totally recommend.

- Mike (10/5): Fantastic - great host, great location, great amenities and excellent WiFi. Cannot fault it. - Fantastic location, in the heart of the old town with great views of the Master Palace and clock tower. The terrace is huge and gets the sun all day long. A very large parasol is there if you need some rest bite from it! Inside is immaculate with large rooms and 2 shower rooms. Simply could not fault it. The host, Ioannis showed us around, arranged taxis to and from the airport and put some basic food stuffs in for us. There are towels you can use at the beach and an umbrella if it rains, which alas, for us, it did for a couple of days. This accommodation is simply superb!! Nothing.
- Mert (10/5): Wonderful Suite - Fluvian Terrace is located in the Old Town. It’s within walking distance to historical sites, beaches, and famous restaurants. Despite its beautiful central location, it’s very quiet. The suite is clean, modern, and fully equipped to reach all your needs. The view from the terrace is stunning. Our host was very helpful and kind. He arranged our transfers from the port with a golf cart and kept in constant communication with us for any problems. We were very glad with our stay. - Mehmet (10/5): Perfect location, ultimate comfort, lovely view.... - This apartment located at the heart of the Old Town is wonderful in many ways. At first Yannis, the owner is very helpful and generous. From the start he arranged a Golf cart for our transfer from touristic port to the apartment and the return at the and of our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and the refrigerator was filled with provisions for a good start. The beds were very comfortable. Having two bathrooms is very advantageous if you are staying with your family. The terrace includes sun beds, comfortable sitting set and round table for a delicious dinner with view of the castle, church and minaret. Every centimeter was very clean. As soon as you step outside there are touristic restaurants, gift shops, bars and cafes. Elli Beach is 20 minutes walking distance. In short we had a comfortable and tasty stay at Fluvian Terrace. Thank you Yannis, Esmeralda and all staff.... Nothing at all...

- Gulenay (10/5): Perfect - We took the upper floor of this beautiful greek-style house. The 2 room rental has everything we need with a fully equipped kitchen, a superb bathroom and a fantastic terrace overlooking the old town. Decoration is very nice, new and modern. The landlord was extremely helpful and friendly. There was even water and breakfast in the refrigerator. We will definitely come back at first opportunity.
