• Jonatan (7/5): - Super emplacement, à proximité immédiate du centre ville. L'hôte nous a donné toutes informations nécessaires pour une entrée et sortie en toute autonomie. Malheureusement la salle de bain n'est pas de qualité (bac de douche abîmé, fixation cassée de la cuvette de toilette, petits robinets peu pratiques) et le logement est très mal insonorisé (bouchons d'oreilles fortement recommandés !). Logement un peu cher pour la qualité.

We stayed two nights, slept well both nights, We did not meet any staff, as it is a keypad entry, which was fine for us, but might not suit everyone. Price was fair, and lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. Some blackout blinds would be helpful, duvet felt a bit small for the bed, and some hangers in the wardrobe would be nice, But overall it suited our plans, and was clean. If I was there on my own, I would have felt unsafe, a bolt on inside of the bedroom door would be an added security,

• Alexandra (7/5): - Fantastic location just a few minutes walk to town centre. Great communication for self check in, which was easy. Beds were comfy and room quiet. Had a good nights sleep. The bathroom is extremely small and not the easiest to shower/dry/dress in.

• Eric (4/5): Very disappointed. Skimping on everything. Poor values and won't be coing back. - Very clean and in good condition. Not much else good about it. No chairs, no table, no microwave, no curtains. Door handle in bathroom missing, leaving a sharp screw thread where the handle was. Cut myself on sharp screw thread. ONE PILLOW per person. Had to steal extra pillows from an empty room. Not good value for money. Would be better spending £20 extra and going to hotel. Stairs are very difficult; there should have been some warning for elderly or infirmed guests.

• Ron (2/5): Better somewhere else - no breakfast, location okay responsiveness by the owners, never saw them. Talked on the phone but they didn't follow through with promised help with double billing for first 2 days.
• Ron (2/5): You can do better, move on to someplace responsive. - The man and woman were friendly and offered help on the phone at the beginning. However, when I was double billed for 2 nights by Booking the woman offered to help me get a refund but never responded to messages and when I called no one answered. I never physically saw anyone.

• Lindsey (10/5): Brilliant stay love the rooms and we all love Donegal. We will be back again. Thank you - The rooms were a brilliant size for all the family. Kids loved it. Everything u needed and a brilliant shower as I know sometimes this is hard to find. The rooms were clean and tidy and it was nice and warm at night.It was beside everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. The owner was lovely and checked to make sure we were all ok and happy and if we needed anything just to call. Very happy with the stay. Nothing at all

• Guth (7/5): Okay mit Luft nach oben - Das Touchpad um ins Haus zu kommen war defekt, das gesendete Video war gut gemeint, ließ sich aber nicht downloaden.. es wurde geholfen, allerdings erfolgte die Hilfe einseitig über eine Kamera was für mich gewöhnungsbedürftig war. Die Duschwanne hat diverse Altersspuren und der Türgriff im Bad ist lose. Die angebotene Milch für Heißgetränke fehlte. Alles in allem eine reelle Unterkunft allerdings in einer absoluten Nebensaison als Einziger Gast im Haus komplett überteuert.. Es mangelte an Kleinigkeiten aber in Summe, würde ich mich künftig vermutlich anders entscheiden.

• Y (10/5): Great and peaceful. - The location was great. Just outside the town away from the traffic. Yet it was only two minutes walk away from the town. If you get room 7 ( we did👍) or 6, you get a view of the river. Heads up on parking. The parking is on the street but not dear, however if you are lucky to get a space just outside the bar 2 doors up. No white lines on the outside. You don't need to pay. Nothing.

• Brian (4/5): - I booked a twin room and and a triple room, and once we received the key and entered the property we saw that the property was an apartment with two rooms and two double beds. Not sure how this affects the billing? Also stood on broken glass on the ground floor in the downstairs area, we did not break any glasses during our stay!

• Molly (5/5): It was OK, but could have been better with more accurate description of parking and more outlets. - The location was good, next to the river and close to restaurants and shops. Though it advertised as with free parking, there was no parking available when we arrived, all street parking was taken, which was very inconvenient, Also, the street parking, when we finally got some later in the evening, was not free in the morning and required us to get up prior to our check out time to feed the meter. The double bed in the room had no outlets next to it, so my husband and I had to sleep together on one of the bunk beds to be able to use our night time medical device, also very inconvenient.

• Magee (8/5): - Self check in was good and no hassle, rooms were spacious and anything you needed, just ask and it was given. The shower plug hole was a bit dirty, but was easily cleaned. Most nights were pretty much quite, but in the last night there was a few noisy people in next room, couldn't get to sleep. Altho it's not the managers fault, but he did apologise for this and was glad we made him aware of the issue.

• Lisa M (8/5): Great location! - This accommodation was a 5 minute walk from the town centre. The room was big and very clean. Close to restaurants. Gret location.
• Toland (10/5): Awesome - Everything, on the morning before checking in you get a lovely message welcoming you, instructions and video of the self checkin service. We loved the self checkin. No waiting, no needless information just in and to your room. The room is nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Bed very comfortable. We loved the location, bar 2 doors away, town within a few minutes walk. Tea, coffee making facilities. Couldn't have asked for more. The only wee thing I would ask for is possible for the desk when guests come in leaflets of things to do or visit, takeaway/delivery menus. Some information of Donegal town etc.

• Hilton (4/5): Not a good experience. - Well located. Comfortable bed, good bedding Not a well considered space. Very small surface area for tea making on top of a chest of drawers. Kettle had a fixed chord too short to reach from power point to the work surface, and so small capacity as unable to make 2 full cups of tea. Bathroom no shelf for holding any toiletries. Toilet seat broken. Empty hand soap container, shower could be cleaner. A few other issues of lesser concern. I cannot recommend this place, there have to be better options.
• Michael (5/5): would not recommend it if you want peace and quiet and expect to experience an actual B+B - the central location was nice but also was part of the problem this is called a B+B which it is NOT. B+B used to mean bed AND breakfast. Not in this cae. It was obviously developed to put the least amount of investment in to maximize profit. There was no host to interact with. Walls are thin so it is a noisy spot.

• Jayne (3/5): - Really great location and a lovely view of the river Room was cold and beds only had a thin sheet to cover yourself . No duvet. No shower gel and very tiny bathroom. The cleanliness of the room was totally unacceptable, bathroom was leaking water and dead flies all over the floor in the bathroom and toilet.It appears to be an extractor fan with no cover and honestly was very uncomfortable. Room was quite dusty and stains on one the bed sheets.

Shower area was small and had a curtain, not a door and nowhere to set things in the bathroom, but we were only there for one night so this didn't really matter.
