- Marc (10/5): - Have stayed here many times and will always be back. Bobby is a great host, awesome apartment with full view of table mountain and a bit of a sea view, best part of town, Bree street is always vibey and loads of really good restraunts within walking distance. The jacuzzi on balcony is a great spot to catch the sunrise or sunset
- Yolande (10/5): Fantastic - What a great spot!
We only stayed one night, but the place was neat, clean with mordem touches and everything you might need! It’s very central
with awesome restaurants closeby. The communication with the host was great with clear instructions on how to get into the building👌 N/A
- Kareema (10/5): - Everything! It is a perfect combination of relaxation but a feel of an expensive getaway. Nothing, it was perfect as is.
- Shadley (10/5): - Everything Everything

Absolutes No-Go.
- Arne (9/5): - Fahrstuhl ist deutlich hörbar
- Sauls (5/5): -
- Willem (4/5): Disappointing experience - The photos and location. The layout. The views and the ability to open the balcony door for fresh air. Whilst the photos are a fair representation, in practice the flat is dated and old. It was extremely noisy. The bath had brown stains/cracks and whilst it was clean it felt dirty. The cupboard is a typical factory employee metal locker painted and the two- seater couch seems to have a tear in it. On paper it has everything going for it, but we were so disappointed with the look and feel when we entered causing us to instead renting a hotel room in the Cape Town Lodge below.
- Marc (9/5): - Great location, walking distance to restraunts and bars, amazing views of table mountain and harbour Bedding and pillows could be bit more comfy
- Shamiela (10/5): -
- Solomzi (9/5): Amazing room and host -
- Stephen (8/5): - It would have been nice to have direct internal access from garage to ground floor foyer.
- KARABO (10/5): Peaceful at another level. - Everything about the venue was on point and the atmosphere was just right for the setup. Nothing at all.
- Allicon (8/5): It was okay for one night stay - It was not as advertised the jacuzzi on the balcony. And the security there is also very unhelpful The flat self was nice and clean.
- Yaseen (10/5): -
- Butterworth (1/5): Bobby will insult you! - There are over 40 pictures, only 4 are of the place so it didn't look like the pics. The problem was that it was not prepped for guests. When i contacted the host Bobby as we arrived at 7pm on new years day that there was no milk, info page, etc, he was super volatile. Started shouting at me (I have the recording) about spoilt kiwis and Ozzies coming to Africa and being demanding because we are all unconscious. I am South African but live in NZ. He also shouted about me expecting milk for coffee and said he didn't have staff on new years day. We had just witnessed a hijacking outside the airport. Needless to say, we just needed some tlc or the place to be what was advertised. $800 for 2 nights. Shocking. And I wouldn't use that jacuzzi - call me spoilt then! We didn't stay, after the level of volatility from Bobby (who I would describe as a xenophobic loose canon), we didn't feel safe. So new years day at 7.30pm trying to find a place to stay. And he won't refund.

- Njabulo (9/5): A spacious, secure, and well-located stay that offers great value and keeps me coming back. - Manhattan Lofts is a great stay all around. The location is excellent, with strong security and easy access to multiple restaurants and nearby spots. The apartments are very spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly affordable for what you get. I’ve stayed here a few times now and the experience has always been consistent, which is why I keep coming back and will definitely continue to do so. The only minor drawback is the code-based access system, which can be a bit tedious and doesn’t always work smoothly, but overall the security is solid, so it’s not a major concern.

- Marietjie (8/5): Spacious, central and all the essentials - The location, the host and cleaning service were amazing. The apartment was amazing with so much potential. Needs small modern updates, but very comfortable and spacious. Loved it! The pool could not be used - it closed early, sadly.
- de Kock (8/5): Nice stay in a beautiful loft! - Loft is great, such a nice vibe and decor. Location on Bree Street is very central for anything in the CBD Extremely noisy during the first Thursday of each month, not a train smash but did leave my wife awake until 03:00. Pillows are not very supportive. Advertising showed a jacuzzi bath, but apparently that is at another unit. Swimming pool is not available at night which was not communicated.
- Petersen (10/5): Day well spent - The natural lighting and the bathroom N/A
- Christoph (8/5): Gute Lage. Super Infos/Organisation. - Alles sehr gut geklappt. Instruktionen. Parking. Housekeeping (Ashmore) alles tip top.

- Mo (8/5): Spacious lil palace - Nice, modern, and spacious lil palace. Very noisy but I suppose it's to be expected if you book a place in town
- serena (9/5): Over Cape Town - Very spacious loft with amazing views of both the city and Lions head. In a central and very convenient location, the flat was well equipped and decorated - really appreciated having some coffee and detergent for clothes. The owner was really responsive. We would definitely stay again. The Jacuzzi is not really the main selling point - if you are booking this place for it. It's quite old and we didn't use it. Also, the flat is in a block with a mix of commercial and residential units and the door to get in can be a bit dodgy - the face authentication always failed
- Tony (10/5): My stay was comfortable - The place is convenient Nothing really
- Alana (10/5): - Awesome spa-bath and bed.
Check-inn made easy by Booby's communication with me. The wine bar oppisite the street was very noisy until early hours of the morning.
- Linda (8/5): Great value, large bright comfortable studio with fabulous city view in great location. - Fantastic view, huge light filled studio apartment. Great location close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Loved the jacuzzi. Good value Had a mix up with losing check in info on whats app and had trouble getting hold of the host for 2 days. This apartment is rented privately. Bad timing as host away and I had other contact, Worked out in the end and Bobby was apologetic. Just be aware there was no dishwashing soap ( and a dirty mug left in the sink), laundry soap or basic kitchen stuff like S&P, oil etc. These are usually supplied where we rent self catering in Australia but maybe that is usual here.

- Wiktoria (7/5): -
- Gardner (10/5): Amazing - Amazing host I love the apartment NA
- Anthony (1/5): -
- Burton (8/5): -
- Christie (6/5): Will probably not book there again - Great location and safe parking We stayed in the same unit a year or three ago and there is a pronounced drop in the standard. No more Netflix / Showmax, No WiFi password available in the unit. The bath jets were so dirty we had to scrub it with disinfectant before we could bath. At least three light bulbs were burned out. The electrical units ran low, we informed the caretaker on Saturday afternoon and only got a recharge voucher AFTER we booked out on Sunday - had to change our dinner plans due to the fact that the units would have run out if we cooked as planned.
- Mohammed Raa-iq (10/5): - The Jacuzzi No extra towels
- Kevin (8/5): -
- Michal (9/5): Superb -
- Alice (8/5): Very good - The place was lovely, clean and with great views. The wifi was working well (after contacting owner for password). I stayed there part of my marriage preparation and the space suited the bridal suite vibe. Receiving more information upon booking on how to access the key would have been useful (less stressful especially when the place is for your wedding preparations). I made contacts via the messaging of booking.com but didn't get responses. I got responses on whatsapp though and after a few phone calls.
- Jacqueline (10/5): Exceptional - Great hospitality and a gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location.
- Zaheera (8/5): Good Value and amazing views. - Beautiful penthouse apartment. Lovely views. Heated flooring was great in winter in the bathroom and upstairs bedroom. We just couldn't figure out the shower on how to get the water hot enough but that maybe our fault
- Isaacs (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Faizkippie (10/5): Excellent - Apartment situated close to restaurants. Walking distance . Place was clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful on what to do on arrival and getting to loft.
- Corne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dee (1/5): Dont bother - Nothing. Please stay away Its a big zero. We left as soon as we arrived. Nothing like the pictures. I'm sure I've lost my money, even though I've lodged a complaint.
- Hendricks (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (9/5): Superb - Location was great and the accomodation was super
- Hendricks (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonatha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Samantha (7/5): Good -
- Dollie (9/5): Great - Older security gentleman was abit irritable that we could not seem to get the code working at the front door to the building. Upstairs had no problems with the code however. Younger security guard was much more understanding of this.
- Simone (10/5): Nice location and beautiful views! - Great location! Beautiful and spacious room with a stunning view of the city and a little ocean view, perfect for sunsets! We had a blast staying there! Secure parking.
Will definitely have to come back! Nothing, everything was great
- Quinten (7/5): Good -
- Mark (7/5): Good - Said on add had jacuzzi that was why I booked it but turned out the bath was a jet bath
- Shaneel (10/5): Exceptional - Locations and views were splendid. Beautiful penthouse experience None
- Simon (7/5): Good -
- Francois (10/5): We will visit the property again - The ambience, the central location, stylish finishes, distant sea view as well as Table Mountain view. Jacuzzi was a perfect place for a sundowner Got very noisy with late night drag racing
- Nicolene (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicolene (9/5): Superb -
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Great views and layout.
- Marianne (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment in center of Cape Town 😊
- Shalendra (2/5): Misleading and poor experience. Pictures make the place look way better than it is. No coffee/tea. - The facility on booking.com to make the booking is very misleading showing pictures that make you believe that you are booking the penthouse only to arrive and be disappointed. No coffee for the machine. TV not easy to use and no TV options other than Youtube and Netflix, which is not set up.
- Tariq (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Phil (9/5): A perfect location for exploring Cape Town - Very spacious & clean. Location fabulous. TV didn't work but it was actually nice to get away from the news!
- Joanne (6/5): Magnificent views but cold jacuzzi - Gorgeous apartment with spectacular views Jacuzzi never went higher than 32 degrees! Not warm enough to enjoy. This was so disappointing as it was the main reason I booked the apartment.
- Logan (9/5): Great spot to enjoy Cape Town - Great location and views
Everything you needed
Spacious Hot tub a boon
Quick response by the owner plus helpful recommendations Windows a little breezy
- Bernabe (6/5): Well located but distant parking not convenient - Good location Parking garage is an issue
- Jessica (7/5): Good - The place itself was lovely and had everything we need. Very central and secure. I wouldn't stay there again purely based on the entry and exit gate mechanism. It was a bit of a nightmare to get in and out of building as the code worked sometimes and didn't at other times.
- Rory (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nishaat (6/5): Uncomfortably cold. - The location was nice. The place has only had underfloor heating in the bedroom and bathroo, and the air-conditioning only blew cold ai. Thee place was extremely cold and uncomfortable.
- Mogammad (10/5): Exceptional -
- North (9/5): Excellent communication from the host. The security staff were also very friendly - The location was excellent and the view amazing.
The hot tub was an added bonus and very needed after walking the streets of Cape Town The lifts at the apartment can be heard but it was not all night.
- Annemarie (8/5): Wonderful view but noisy elevator - The view is fantastic. Loft is comfortable. The noise that the elevator makes. Can not sleep with it. Many stairs inside the loft.
- Delport (7/5): Good -
- Shabnam (8/5): Very good -
- Michaela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ockie (10/5): Perfect get away apartment for a visit to the CBD. - Location, view and cleanliness of the apartment. Situated in the CBD close to all the nice restaurants and various activities. All was perfect and more then what i expected.
- Joshua (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shazly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Neo (8/5): Very good -
- Digo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clint (9/5): We loved it and felt like celebrities. - Great location and views of the city and Table Mountain. Stylish apartment, very unique. The only critique is the sound of the elevator, which disturbs your sleep.
