• Rainer (9/5): - Der Limmerhof ist ein besonderes Haus! Kein Betonklotz, kein Hochhaus, kein Glaskasten. Obwohl 1993 in Betrieb gekommen, hat er die Anmutung eines Altbayerischen Hauses. Viel Holz, stimmige Dekoration, ruhige Atmosphäre, verbreitet Ruhe. Da haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße stört nicht, wir haben vom Verkehr kaum etwas gehört. Viele Parkplätze und eine Tiefgarage sind vorhanden. Den großen Außenbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, er sieht aber sehr gut aus. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass der geringe Personaleinsatz unseren Aufenthalt so gut gemeistert hat. Der Frühstücksraum und das dortige Angebot war voll unseren Ansprüchen entsprechend. Die Badewannen mit ihrem hohen Einstieg, den Spritzschutzvorhängen und die Armaturen sind für uns ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen. Hier könnte eine Erneuerung großen Fortschritt bringen.
• Ulrike (5/5): - Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig, wenige Gehminuten zur S-Bahn. Parkplatz am Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, sauer, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Fitnessraum ist ein liebloser dunkler Kellerraum, unbrauchbar. Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden, das Personal war nicht bemüht, man kam sich störend vor. Die Tische wurden nicht richtig gereinigt, schmutzige Tischdecken übersehen.

• Hendrik (4/5): Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise eine Option. - Die Lage war für meine Zwecke gut und das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit guter Auswahl. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und eine Tiefgarage. Das Hotel und besonders die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was sich vor allem im Bad zeigt. Zudem wäre ein Tresor im Zimmer für Wertsachen von Vorteil. Leider lies in meinem Fall auch die Saueberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Eine angebrochene Chips-Tüte im Schrank und Tampons unterm Bett waren wenig einladend. Auch im Bad (mit Badewanne inkl. Duschvorhang) gab es insbesondere an den Armaturen noch deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf in Punkto Sauberkeit

Widać tradycję regionu w tym hotelu. Sala restauaracyjna oddaje ducha regionu. Hotel ma już swoje lata świetności za sobą. Kotara na prysznicu już nie z tej epoki i lekko się przypychał odpływ.

Garden and outside area needed maintenance. Property needs to be updated to compete with other accommodation options in the area.

The design is a little old fashioned (yet classic). Some facilities are outdated (the shower, the room key) The restaurant (dinner) is outrageously overpriced.

I enjoyed a delicious steak paired with some nice beer, which made for a great dining experience. The price was very, very good, offering excellent value for what I received. Additionally, the location was super convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend! -
• Jose (6/5): Worth it if you find a cheap room, but don’t come expecting other services to work correctly - Parking spaces, location, beautiful building. The breakfast was so so (no bacon or sausages, only small croissant for pastry), but good enough. It’s dated. The hotel is obviously past its prime. But I could forgive that. What I can’t forgive is me asking when the restaurant is open and being told that is open until 10pm. I go down at 8:30pm and I’m told there are no non-red meat options (can’t have it for health reasons). No tap beer either. I eat a salad and then ask for desert. It was 9:05pm. I’m told ‘the cook left, so no’. At 9!!! It’s not a cheap restaurant, this was ridiculous, especially for a 4 star hotel. The least they could have done was warn me that he was leaving and ask if I wanted something else. Very disappointing.

• Stanisor (8/5): Very good - Both the outside and inside of the building looked very old and rustic. The location, although far from the center of Munich, was very peaceful. The bed was a little stiff for my liking, and the breakfast food was a little bland, although the selection was decent.

• Michał (8/5): Well located, stylish place with tasty fresh breakfast. - I stayed there while performing a training in Unterhaching. Location is very easily accessible, parking enough for the visiting guests - even during the summer time. The room was standard but definitely sufficient for my requirements. Communication at the reception and check out very clear. Worth mentioning is the breakfast - server on nice plates and cups. Especially the fresh crunchy bread is to remember. During the very warm days the temperature inside of the room may be a bit too high - an opened window may not be enough for the night. You can always take a cold shower, though!

Breakfast had a good choice and staff friendly The pricing in the restaurant for the evening meal seemed to be totally over priced in some areas. Close to 30 euros for fish or a meat course and 12 euros for apple strudel is way off where it should be and certainly would affect people’s decision to eat there.

Many travelling business people staying at the hotel during the week. I ended up staying at Limmerhof last minute. I did not use the facilities. Breakfast buffet was a bit limited. The Hotel is a quaint "time-capsule" of the 1990's/early 2000's

• Yasir (7/5): in this price it was ok not excellent - - great staff at reception, room service and in the kitchen - it’s location was suitable for me - building is robust and clean - good parking possibilities - mosquitoes in the room (mine was 21) - child bed was requested which they produced somehow, sure it was not clean enough, it contained some insects (child could not sleep in it due to itching) - two single beds instead of one double bed (was not suitable for me) - energy sources not sustainable (no solar) - electric car charging wished and is not available - breakfast did contain 5 types of meat but did not contain any fish - coffee machines located each corner but were turned off (or all were out of order if not intentionally turned off).

Assuredly, we accept full responsibility for our pets, ensuring they will not cause any harm to the hotel room. Our cats have been diligently trained to use the litter box for their needs, never left unattended in the room. Instead, they are briefly housed in a dedicated animal tent when necessary. Furthermore, we make it a point to safeguard the hotel furniture by using protective blankets. Despite this level of care, many pet-friendly hotels do not extend their policy to cats. Hence, it was truly refreshing to find this hotel so open to our feline companions. The staff were a delight to interact with. In particular, the hotel manager proved to be exceedingly courteous and personable, adding a delightful dimension to our stay. All in all, our interactions with the hotel staff were an absolute pleasure. While we truly appreciated our stay at your hotel, there are a few areas that, if addressed, could significantly enhance the overall experience for your guests. Primarily, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. We found ourselves compelled to do a bit of dusting upon arrival, and the state of the bathroom necessitated a more thorough cleaning on our part, which required both time and disinfecting wipes. This situation is far from ideal for guests seeking a comfortable and hygienic environment. Moreover, it became evident that the room could benefit from a thoughtful renovation and some necessary repairs. This left us with an impression of your rates being somewhat excessive for the value received. A bit of a refreshment in terms of decor and amenities could go a long way in justifying the cost and ensuring guest satisfaction. Lastly, while the absence of a water kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience, the solution provided - hot water in an old coffee pot - did not meet our expectations. The water carried a lingering taste of old coffee, which detracted from its enjoyment. While we raise these points as areas for improvement, we hope they will be taken in the spirit of constructive feedback, aimed at elevating the quality of the guest experience at your establishment. We believe these enhancements would undoubtedly solidify your reputation as a hotel that genuinely caters to the needs of its guests.
