• Tom (9/5): Majoitus oli kokonaisuutena erittäin viihtyisä ja isäntäpari erittäin vieraanvaraisia - Majoitus oli erittäin miellyttävä. Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti, tilava ja viihtyisä, ja kodinkoneet olivat moderneja. Sijainti Agia Marinan keskustan läheisyydessä oli erinomainen — aivan ravintoloiden ja muiden palveluiden vieressä. Isäntäpari oli todella vieraanvarainen. He ottivat meidät lämpimästi vastaan ja olivat varanneet meille aamupalatarvikkeita, hedelmiä sekä heidän omaa viiniään ja oliiviöljyään. He myös varmistivat viestitse lähes päivittäin, että kaikki oli hyvin. Yhtenä iltana he toivat meille itse tekemiään loukoumades-leivonnaisia, jotka olivat herkullisia. Tunsimme olomme aidosti tervetulleiksi ja hyvin huomioiduiksi. Saamamme huoneisto ei ollut sama kuin Booking.com‑sivustolla esitetty. Ilmoitus antaa vaikutelman, että kyseessä olisi yksi villa, josta on esteetön merinäköala yläkerran terassilta, mutta tämä koskee vain yhtä yksikköä. Majoitus koostuu useasta erillisestä unitista, ja meidän huoneistostamme näkymä oli pääasiassa viereisen rakenteilla olevan rakennuksen seinään, ja merinäköala oli vain osittainen ja viisto. Se, että kyseessä on kohde, jossa on useita huoneistoja tulisi ilmaista selkeästi ilmoituksessa, jotta odotukset vastaavat todellisuutta. Lisäksi huoneiston kahvinkeitin oli hyvin heikkolaatuinen, eikä vastannut muuten modernin varustelun tasoa.
• Liselotte (10/5): Aivan ihana! - Ihanat vuokranantajat Georgina ja Andreas olivat vastassa kun saavuimme. Meille oli runsaasti vettä jääkaapissa, hedelmiä, leipiä, keksejä, tuoreita leivonnaisia, rakia ja oliiviöljyä ja viiniä omasta tuotannosta. Villa on mitä mahtavin ja uima-allaskin oli tarpeeksi lämmin vaikkei ollut lämmitetty. Viesteihin vastasivat heti ja ystävällisesti. Villan läheisyydessä paljon hyviä ruokapaikkoja. Voin lämpimästi suositella tätä villaa muillekin.

• tomas (10/5): Amazing villa. - Amazing villa. The welcome was very warm. Andreas is a great, helpful and very nice person. The fridge was filled with various fruits, water, Crete wine made by Andreas, raki and organic olive oil from Andreas' farm. The villa is perfectly clean, comfortable, has absolutely everything and is in a very good location. We will definitely come back next year. Perfect villa. Thank you very much Andreas!

• Marzena PP (10/5): - Bardzo polecam! Piękny i nowoczesny dom w pełni wyposażony także w produkty spożywcze takie jak chleb, owoce, wino, oliwę... Idealny dla rodziny - nasze dzieci zachwycone były basenem a gospodarz Andreas dostarczył nam dodatkowe materace do pływania. Zostaliśmy także mile zaskoczeni domowym ciastem z cukinii! Rewelacja. Kontakt z biurem rezerwacji był stały i bezproblemowy. Ulicę obok znajduje się dużo tawern i sklepów.

• Blanca (9/5): Superb - Fantastic house, modern, clean very well located, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Despite our late arrival, we were welcomed by Andreas, the owner of the house, who surprised us with bread and jam for the next day’s breakfast, as well as olive oil, wine, and fruit at our disposal. During our stay, we could count on the assistance of Eva, who responded very quickly to all my questions about local services. I highly recommend renting this house without a doubt. I would recommend blackout curtains for the windows without shutters.

• Ryan (9/5): Superb - Amenities..honey, coffee, complementary olive oil etc. Air-conditioning was perfectly👌working. A little walk away from different restaurants. Decoration and furnishing of the house makes it a very comfortable feeling. Downstairs it's easy to make the chamber dark for sleeping. Upstairs it's not possible so waking up because of early light coming in. The sunbeds outside are not to sturdy. Compared to the quality of inside furniture. Outside is a little of. Overall nothing to complain about. It wouldn't withheld me to book again.

• Марта (10/5): In short, if you want a heavenly vacation - choose this place, and we want to come back here - Our introduction to the villa began with the fact that we met the owner of the property, who gladly agreed to help us with things, and arranged an early check-in at no extra charge. The owner then gave us a detailed tour and gave us many niceties, such as olive oil and wine of his own production. The villa is wonderful, it is obvious that a soul has been put into it. Everywhere is clean, spacious, I was especially captivated by the magical views from the terrace of the second floor. The pool is just great, after a hot day at the beach, it's what you can dream about. It was also a pleasant surprise that on the third day of the stay, the maid came and cleaned the entire villa and changed all the towels and bed linen. Oh, and I forgot to add, the owner treated us to wonderful homemade donuts that he gave us one of the days, they were second to none! everything was perfect
• Mike (10/5): Wonderful luxury villa in a fabulous location - The villa was absolutely fantastic - just like the photos. Andreas was a wonderful host - we were delighted with the treats that he sent us during our stay! Maria and the Megalith team were really friendly and responsive - nothing was too much trouble, We had a small problem with one of the aircon units in the living room, which Andreas and a technician sorted out very quickly. The villa is very comfortable, especially the air conditioning, which was a very welcome relief from the heat outside! The pool, whilst not huge, was lovely for a dip. The Wi-Fi is good and the TVs are smart, so we could watch Netflix etc. using our own account. The villa is very clean, and remained so thanks to the cleaners coming every 3 days. Having the washing machine during our 2-week stay was also very handy (especially as laundry dries very quickly on the rack outside). The location in Agia Marina is brilliant - only 5 mins to the shops, bars and numerous restaurants and 10 mins to the lovely beach. There are regular buses into Chania old town (takes c.15-20 mins). A taxi to Chania cost 18 Euros. Nothing - it was all great.
• Eric (10/5): A relaxing holiday in Crete - An excellent modern villa. Great facilities with an excellent pool. Great views from rooftop terrace. Lots of amenities provided by the excellent hosts including bread, biscuits, water etc. They also provided us with their own homemade Greek specialities. The villa is in a great location only a few minutes walk from the beach and has bars, taverns and shops on its doorstep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future. Nothing.
• Tadeusz (10/5): Amazing villa in Western Crete - perfect for family Holidays! - Great, new and fully equipped villa in Agia Marina. Great place for family holidays to travel to best places at Crete like Balos, Elafonisi, Falasarna, Chania or Rethymno. Our host -Andrea was amazing. He took care about us. For the welcome he brang 3 bottles of wine, olive oil, fruits, bread and cookies. He also provide some water toys for our kids to use in the swimming pool. It would be useful to have cleaning tools such as a broom to be able to clean it yourself because cleaning takes place once a week. a large kitchen knife would be useful
• Pirkko (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay, such a beautiful place and a great location! - A Beautiful villa, a very nice pool, a stunning view from the roof top terrace, a well equipped kitchen, bathrooms (even a washing machine was there) Location was excellent. Right next to restaurants, the beach just a short walk away, still a very quiet small street, rarely saw a car. The owner was very friendly. He offered coffee, biscuits, toast fruit, wine etc and even fresh organic veggies from their farm. The mattresses were really uncomfortable.
• Geraldine (10/5): The villa is modern , beautifully furnished and kept very clean ,situated in a very central location - The owner waited for our arrival and gave us a tour or the villa explaining how everything worked .He also left a very generous welcome pack wine ,water,fruits ,bread ,biscuits and olive oil coffee tea A great addition to help get our holiday to a great start.The villa is surrounded by local tavernas and restaurants and a few minutes stroll to the beech and main road.The villa kept us informed at all times and were prompt in replying to any queries .We would highly recommend a stay at Megalith VIllas We have no negative comments

• Miroslav (10/5): Have a nice vacation in Crete. - The host Andreas was beyond polite and hospitable. He had taken care of us, arranging for us fruits, sweets, wine of his own production, olive oil and brandy also of his own production. He welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know. The house was lovely, very clean and cozy. We talked about some interesting hot peppers in Crete and he brought us seeds to plant. There was no such thing. Our stay was amazing.

Location is also great, within 5 mins walk of the main area of bars, restaurants, beach and supermarkets. The owners are lovely too, from booking, to arrival, through to departure, they are responsive and easy to communicate with. Will definitely return

• Susie (10/5): An unforgettable experience, we will be back! - This was the most incredible villa - the best location and the nicest people. We were greeted by the host (Andreas) and his partner let us in and showed us around. The host had left us some local treats on arrival and then dropped off some more gifts later in the week. The villa was just as it looks in the photos and the pool and the view were incredible. The villa was a stone's throw from amazing restaurants, shops, bars and beach but was still very private and quiet. The locals working in Agia Marina are so friendly. We mainly stayed local as there is so much on your doorstep but there are plenty of taxis around to head into Chania. We would highly recommend a local restaurant Aletri the beachfront restaurant Gorgona. We honestly just can't wait to come back!

The host welcoming us gave us a good introduction to the villa. The host had arranged for water, fruit, wine and bread at arrival… All pictures on booking.com is true to the experience The service and communication was very accomodating.. Warm recommandations Only 3 sunbeds for 4 people. And with thought of how the standard is for the rest of the house, we would have appreciated sunbeds of a better standard.
