Guest Reviews
- Van wezel (7/5): - Beautiful place an area Having to go an pick the keys up from a real estate, I booked for 4 days but enter at 3pm an leave by 9 am thats ridiculous. I paid nearly $1000 for it then before I entered I had to pay another $150 to the real estate an I still haven't received it back. I know there was no damage to the property it was probably cleaner when I left.
- Berg (7/5): Loved it always come back to Redcliffe. - I got my own breakfast. The location is great the emities are great just the internet was terrible. The door handle to close to wall and the internet.
- Melissa (2/5): Do not recommend! - It was close to the ocean and it was self contained. Where to start, we got in and there were baby spiders, roaches, little fly bugs coming out of the wood work, literally! And out of areas where dishes were stored etc got there and the wifi’s chords had gone missing, so we had to get some.
The main selling points for us we're the pool, spa, and self contained kitchen. The pool was filthy, the spa didn't work and to top it off our bed was 2 mattresses on the floor. The skirting boards were coming of and missing pieces, the washing machine was plugged in but the dryer needed an extension chord, which we found out the day before we left, with all the negatives, I definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone!
- Winfield (4/5): Great location, disappointing accommodation - The place wasn’t very clean and lacked basic amenities such as tea towels, bath mat.
- Jessica (7/5): -
- Daniel (6/5): Good location just needs some maintenance on appliances - Location short walk to restaurants Dryer and spa weren’t working
- Sandra (9/5): If we had no problems with the keys it would have been good. - The property was handy to everything. Lovely and clean. We did not get two sets of keys. The garage door key was badly worn and would not open the garage. The back door to the garage did not work. Thhe agent also tried the door. We had to climb through an unlocked window to get our car out. We were playing in a competition and all our equipment was in the car.
- Helen (7/5): It wasn't a luxury apartment for sure but I had a good time. - The location was good and I don't eat cereal so I bought my own breakfast.
The apartment layout was good, the balcony space was nice and the street was quite.
It was a nice walk to the beach and cafes.
When I rang about the bathroom light a nice lady came straight over with light bulbs.
It was good they had wi-fi, but no instructions how to connect to it. There was no hair dryer.
The floors and blinds were really dirty.
The spa bath didn't work, there was no aircon in the bedrooms, and the light in the bathroom didn't work.
There was no washing up detergent.
- Clow (10/5): Exceptional - All we needed was there well set up There was no ceiling fans it got a bit humid
