Salve ho prenotato una camera in questa struttura : Villoresi Rooms, la descrizione della camera dice "camera matrimoniale" ...2 letti singoli e 2 letti matrimoniali ...e poi di nuovo l'alloggio offre 4 letti . Ho prenotato per me e un mio amico pensando che la camera offrisse ,come da descrizione , 4 letti o almeno 2 singoli o 2 matrimoniali .All'arrivo all'alloggio visto che la camera aveva un solo letto matrimoniale ho contattato la struttura telefonicamente e mi e' stato detto che la struttura era al completo e che non c'era possibilità di avere un altra camera , quando ho detto che nell'annuncio c'era scritto 4 letti mi é stato detto che si riferiva alla struttura e non alla camera .Ho anche mandato degli screenshot su whatsapp mostrando il loro annuncio ma senza nessuna risposta in quel momento. Al mattino mi hanno risposto dicendo che l'errore era mio perche' l'annuncio diceva chiaramente "camera matrimoniale" e quindi con un solo letto matrimoniale . Ma allora perche' scrivere : 2 letti singoli e 2 letti matrimoniali ? Ho poi scritto una recensione su booking spiegando l'accaduto e dicendo che a me personalmente l'annuncio non era chiaro e sembrava un po un' imb.....o . Mi e' poi stato scritto dalla struttura che dovevo togliere immediatamente la recensione perché diffamatoria e che se non l'avessi fatto in pratica mi avrebbero denunciato ..... Ho poi scritto a Booking spiegando la situazione e chiedendo di poter fare una nuova recensione ed eccomi qui ... E ora riguardando il sito vedo che hanno cambiato l'annuncio della camera matrimoniale e hanno messo solo 1 letto matrimoniale ...era ora ...grazie

• עדי (6/5): - The room is clean and big It’s super noisy - there is no sound isolation, we stated in a room on the first floor, and not only the road was extremely loud, but you could also hear everything and anyone that comes in and out in the hotel. We just wanted to sleep close to the airport but we couldn’t sleep at all

• Benima (9/5): Great location, good money for value - Great location. Just 10min drive to the airport. Easy check in. We took 2 rooms for the family. Both rooms were clean and comfy. The room reffering to the main street was a bit noisy because of the traffic. The shower stream there was low. In the other room I did not have hot water in the shower. I was the second to take the shower.
• Remi (8/5): Very good - Very clean and quiet It was just basic, a room and toilet. Absolutely nothing in the room except the bed and the toilet, not even water. Just sleep and get out, that is the attitude. There was no restaurant or supermarket nearby that I noticed. A single bed in a small room

That aside, nothing really, it was a good stay in proximity to the airport.

Owner and his family are very good and always available for any help.. They can also arrange the Pick and Drop taxi to Airport on request. Thankyou to Villoresi for the Pleasant stay.
• Mc (10/5): Run, don’t walk there if you need a place near Malpensa Airport. Just wow. - Villoresi was one of the bigger surprises I’ve encountered during my frequent travels. I was looking for a place close to Malpensa airport with flexible check-in/check-out that wouldn’t break the bank, and Villoresi fit the bill. The property is located on a small-town street lined with low-rise houses typical for the area. The sign on the property led to a paved courtyard hidden from the street, with CCTV-surveilled parking spots for hotel guests. We had been given detailed instructions by the owner, so contactless check-in with keypad access to our room was a breeze. The whole structure clearly had undergone a recent full renovation, with plenty of clever details for maximum comfort, privacy, and ease. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen at the disposal of all guests, although you wouldn’t be able to tell it was shared because it was so tidy and spotlessly clean (kudos for the 5-tier recycling tower!). There were menus with QR codes for food delivery, which we didn’t need because we brought our own, including a bottle of wine. I texted the owner asking for a bottle opener (obviously not a vital necessity, but the welcome message said to contact them with any questions…) and, I kid you not, someone appeared at the door with a bottle opener within 5 minutes of my sending the text. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore the area with the bikes reserved for guests, along with recommendations for activities that sounded fun, but I’ll make sure to budget some time for this on our next visit. Can’t wait to stay there again! I loved everything!!!
