• Επαμεινώνδας (10/5): - Επειδή ταξιδεύω συχνά και διαμένω σε διάφορα αντίστοιχα καταλύματα,έχω να πω ότι,το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα είναι ίσως από τα καλύτερα που έχω μείνει! Αν όχι το καλύτερο! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

• ΝΙΚΟΛΑΟΣ (10/5): Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. - Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική!Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ άνετο, κομψό και πεντακάθαρο! Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική και το παρκάρισμα εύκολο!
• Christopher (10/5): Brilliant - A nice and airy flat, well-appointed and a very helpful landlord. The apartment was about 15-20 minutes from the centre of town, so close enough to be convenient but not too close. For reasons I do not understand, booking.com seems to think I found the bed a 7.5 and not a 10. Ignore that. I was very comfortable on the bed!
• John (10/5): An apartment with wow factor ! - Stunning modern apartment, beautifully fitted out and furnished. Owner responded quickly to my requests. I would score this place a bit higher than 10. It's not in the prettiest part of town but it's only 15 minutes walk away from the Kastro (and 5 minutes from the bus station). I enjoyed the atmosphere and the comings and goings in the street below. Without detracting at all from my other comments - potential guests should know that the kitchen equipment is limited, not intended for full-on self-catering. Coffee is from a Nespresso machine, which takes capsules, you might want to stock up.
• Tim (10/5): Brilliant place to stay! - It’s absolutely great place to stay in! From the begging till the end everything was brilliant! Owner met us in front of the house & provide a parking place. Building is under CCTV surveillance, and from the apartments we were able to see our car on the parking place. Building is new & with elevator. Apartments are cozy, clean & tidy, modern! Absolutely fresh apartments. Bed lining & towels were clean & fresh. Apartments well equipped with all necessary equipment. Locater just 3 min driving from the down town & castle. Owner was so friendly, helpful & always available for any assistance needed! There are no any other options for us in Ioannina for the future stay. Highly recommended.

• Lucian (10/5): Exceptional - This was by far my best experience on booking. The owner was very flexible and even offered to help us park our motorcycles and offered assistence in case we need it on the road. He even phoned a friend to verify that the road we were headed to was open. The building itself was brand new, there s nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it and im looking forward to stay there again. Thanks!
