• Choon Guek (9/5): Very comfortable stay, really love the fact that we come home to a clean tidy house everyday. A lot of extra facilities - Location, clean, modern, beautiful and comfortable It’s not cheap, the outside of the property looks completely different from the inside. Nothing wrong about it, car park is really narrow. Really hard to park. I read that a deposit is required which is fine, however there is another fee involved during check in verification process which add more to the total amount paid to the stay, and the total amount paid is already higher/more than other unit in the same building.
• Isiah (8/5): Great spot to enjoy the best parts of cape town. - great location. easy in and out of the unit, secure facility the bathroom was quite small and the shower drain was slow.

• Livia (9/5): Great views right by the beachfront - The location is just phenomenal. The apartment is well equipped and spacious, very clean and nicely furnished. The host was very accommodating and we had a lovely time overall. The building is undergoing a renovation (which we were informed about) so we couldn't use the balcony. No noise as we stayed over the weekend.

• John (9/5): Very happy with the apt and facilities and layout. Location excellent. - Location - proximity to Golf club( 50meters) and V&A - 15 min walk. Very good facilities and layout. Block manager (Ricardo) excellent. Txt Unfortunately there was very noisy maintenance going on but that did not impact the apt. Car park space was not available due to maintenance works but street parking always available.
• Hope (10/5): Apartment was beautiful, modern and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will definitely return. - The apartment was perfectly situated for the CT marathon. Beautiful views. Apartment had everything we needed and was very neat and clean. Was a bit of an over kill with all the emails being sent daily. Emails duplicated and sent from different addressed.
• Diana (9/5): Great place to stay ! - The flat is very well equipped, with everything you need for self catering. It is well located, with beautiful views of both the sea, and the mountain.

The location is perfect, around the corner from waterfront. The daily house keeping makes your holiday effortless. So so thankful for everything! Nothing
